Waste of Money for My Go Bag or Not I Need Your Opinion "IndyWatch Feed Survival"

I bought several new items for my emergency GO Survival Bag the most expensive being a $110 10.1" new laptop that's light. This laptop will never be used unless I need to split with my GO Bag as I have 2 larger, faster, more powerful laptops at home. My question is, I only have about 84 GBS of free space as the Hard Drive was only 160 gbs. Do I spend another $135-175 on a 500GB Hard Drive so I have about 300GBS more of free space? Mind you this laptop will never be used unless I have to...

Going to get my station back up and running. I remember from years ago some trouble I was having with one of my tuners. Decided to open it today. Would like to get some input before I start doing repairs on it. Looks like I probably forgot to change the power setting while tuning up a rig and fried a few components.

According to the schematic it's only the metering circuit. So worse case is I'll connect a swr/power meter inline and not worry about it. However, I'll attempt the repairs....

The Paleo Diet for Cardiovascular Disease "IndyWatch Feed Food"

Cardiovascular disease (which includes coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, and stroke) is our number-one global killer. Approximately 84 million Americans suffer from cardiovascular disease with approximately 610,000 deaths annually from heart disease alone.

Every day, about 2,200 Americans die from cardiovascular disease (one person every 40 seconds!), and by the year 2030, over 23.6 million people are expected to die annually from one of these conditions. Those are some scary numbersespecially considering heart disease is rooted in many diet and lifestyle factors we have control over.

Scientific Studies of the Paleo Diet for Cardiovascular Disease

The good news is that switching to a Paleo diet can dramatically reduce our risk of cardiovascular disease. And, this is more than just speculation from Paleo advocates: the scientific literature backs it up! A growing number of clinical trials have demonstrated that a Paleo-style diet can reduce virtually every risk factor for cardiovascular disease, even in high-risk populations.

Multiple studies have shown that following a Paleo diet reduces systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, apolipoprotein B (a component of LDL and VLDL), apolipoprotein A1 (a component of HDL), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1, related to intravascular clotting and linked to increased risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease), BMI, waist circumference, and hip-to-waist ratio, as well as boosting HDL good cholesterol and improving arterial distensibility (a measure of artery wall elasticity; lower distensibility is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease). In addition, Paleo reduces other risk factors by increasing weight loss, regulating blood sugars, restoring insulin sensitivity (see The Paleo Diet for Diabetes) and lowering C-reactive protein and other markers of inflammation.

In fact, studies show that the Paleo diet beats out the American Heart Association dietary guidelines in terms of reductions in total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides and increases in HDL. Paleo reduces cardiovascular disease risk by 22 percent,...

Flat Earther Gets Another Opportunity To Launch Himself Into The Air In Homemade Rocket "IndyWatch Feed Survival"

flatearth

A flat-earther is one who believes the Earth is flat.  And Mad Mike Hughes is so determined to prove the Earth is flat, hes going to launch himself into the air in a homemade rocket.

You may remember Hughes.  His little stunt to prove Earth is flat was put on hold when the government found out about it and decided to shut down his project.  But now, Hughes has set a new date to launch himself into orbit in a homemade rocket after his previous attempt was thwarted by a US federal agency.

Hughes, a limousine driver and self-described daredevil revealed on his Facebook page that he will carry out the vertical rocket launch on February 3 from the originally intended location of Amboy, California. Perhaps one of the biggest problems with this launch, it Hughes is only going 1800 feet up.  Planes can go higher than that.

Hughes previous comments seem to allude to the fact that he knows the risks, and are willing to take them. I know about aerodynamics and fluid dynamics and how things move through the air, about the certain size of rocket nozzles, and thrust, he added. But thats not science, thats just a formula. Theres no difference between science and science fiction. If youre not scared to death, youre an idiot, Hughes, who once reassured Ars Technica that he has a high I.Q., said. Its scary as hell, but none of us are getting out of this world alive.

Hughes says this newly scheduled vertical launch, which will see him lifted half a mile into the air on February 3, will now take place on private land owned by the owner of Amboy, Albert Okura. It is absolutely the most wacky promotional proposal I have had since I purchased the entire town in 2005, Okura said previously if Hughes. He is a true daredevil and I want to be part of it.

A promo video has been released ahead of the launch, which will be broadcast live on ...

Omoshiroi Blocks: Japanese Memo Pads Reveal Intricate Buildings As The Pages Get Used "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

We've all had the experience, growing up, of using notepads for something other than their intended purpose: running our thumbs down their stacked-up pages and savoring the buzzing sound, turning them into flipbooks by painstakingly drawing a frame on each page, and even in times of truly dire boredom cutting them down into unusual sizes and shapes. Now, Japanese architectural model maker Triad has elevated that youthful impulse to great heights of aesthetic refinement with their lineup of Omoshiroi Blocks.

The Japanese word omoshiroi () can translate to "interesting," "fun," "amusing," or a whole host of other such descriptors that might come to the mind of someone who runs across an Omoshiroi Block in person, or even on the internet.

According to Spoon & Tamago, Triad uses "laser-cutting technology to create what is, at first, just a seemingly normal square cube of paper note cards. But as the note cards get used, an object begins to appear. And youll have to exhaust the entire deck of cards to fully excavate the hidden object.

These objects include "various notable architectural sites in Japan like Kyotos...

I think most of the things that are in the book I had inklings about. For many years I had wanted to find out what causes depression and anxiety and how to really solve them. However, I was afraid that if I dismantled the story that I had about depression and anxiety even though that story hadnt worked well for me I would have no story at all, and it would feel really chaotic, and I would feel really vulnerable. For the 13 years during which I was taking antidepressants, despite some doubts, I did believe in the theory that saw chemicals as the main approach.

Introducing the Power Threat Meaning Framework "IndyWatch Feed Health"

From The British Psychological Society: A group of senior psychologists and prominent service user campaigners has published a report offering an alternative framework to understand emotional distress.

The Framework applies not just to people who have been in contact with the mental health or criminal justice systems, but to all of us. It summarises and integrates a great deal of evidence about the role of various kinds of power in peoples lives, the kinds of threat that misuse of power pose to us and the ways we have learnt to respond to those threats.

In traditional mental health practice, threat responses are sometimes called symptoms. The Framework looks instead at how we make sense of these difficult experiences and how messages from wider society can increase our feelings of shame, self-blame, isolation, fear and guilt.

Terab Project Allows Bitcoin Cash to Scale to one Terabyte Blocks "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Forcing cryptocurrencies to scale will always remain a very troublesome topic by the look of things. Bitcoin shows such issues can effectively cripple a network with relative ease. Project Terab, an open source initiative, wants to make sure Bitcoin Cash goes in a different direction. Right now, the network can accommodate blocks of up to 8MB in size. With Terab, the goal is to ensure one terabyte blocks become a possibility for the future. An interesting concept, but the bandwidth requirements shouldnt be underestimated either.

Looking to the future is always important in the world of cryptocurrecy development. It is always better to prepare for potential issues rather than patch things up later on. The Bitcoin network has learned this lesson the hard way. After many years of bickering, the network now has a scaling solution few service providers are willing to use. Moreover, there is the Bitcoin Cash altcoin which seemingly has no scaling issues as of right now. Several initiatives are underway to further increase the BCH block size in the coming years.

Project Terab and one Terabyte Blocks

One of these scaling initiatives is known as project Terab. Its an open source initiative focusing mainly on Bitcoin Cashs technical issues. More specifically, the team aims to introduce BCH blocks of one terabyte in the future. It is an astonishingly high number, but an interesting prospect nonetheless. Bringing such blocks to the network will be a rather big challenge, though. With such blocks, Terab would also allow Bitcoin Cash to process 7 million transactions per second.

It is evident these goals are very ambitious. Achieving such major milestones may not even be feasible in the long run. At the same time, in theory, nothing prevents a blockchain from scaling to such levels. The main problem is the terabyte blocks. Very few people have the infrastructure and bandwidth to process such blocks on a regular basis. Surprisingly, it seems unlikely such block sizes would be feasible for the regular Bitcoin blockchain. It seems the introduction of SegWit has made on-chain scaling a lot more difficult in terms of sheer block size increases.

Whether or not Terab will become a success, remains to be determined. The open source initiative certainly introduces some new opportuniti...

Bank Indonesia Team Up With Police to Clampdown on Bali Bitcoin Transactions "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Indonesias Central Bank, Bank Indonesia (BI), have united with the national police service to tackle the illegal use of Bitcoin in Bali. According to them, the tourist hot spot is much more likely to attract people trying to use the cryptocurrency for transactions that are outside the law. The Jakarta Post and local language news source Tempo.co report that on Saturday, January 13, a senior member from BI, Causa Iman Karana, announced the clampdown in Dempasar, the capital of the romantic island getaway location:

We are looking out for bitcoin transactions in Bali, particularly in tourist spots. We will take measures against non-rupiah transactions.

Karana also called on the people of Bali to not accept transactions using digital money. For the banker, it is the lack of central authority regulating transactions that is a primary cause for concern. Like most central bankers, the fear of their own pending redundancy was also a likely motivating factor behind his words.

This recent  crackdown in Bali is part of a wider initiative against the use of cryptocurrency in the nation of Indonesia. According to national legislators, making transactions in Bitcoin violates Law No. 7/2011 on currency. This recent reiteration underlines the initiative penned at the bank late last year. In early December, Bank Indonesia issued BI Regulation No. PBI: 19/12/PBI/2017. This expressly banned the use of digital currency in Indonesia and stated that all transactions and payments must be made using the national currency, the rupiah. A spokesperson for the bank, Agusman, at the time spoke of the risks posed to those getting involved in the digital currency space. Like Karana, he too deemed the primary issue with virtual money transactions the lack of centralised control:

We warned people not to carry out transactions with virtual money because there is no authority that regulates the transactions.

The bank spokesperson went on to highlight the speculative risk of using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Also amongst his concerns were the dangerous posed to the state because of money laundering, as well as the ease with which virtual currencies could be used to finance terrorism. Agusman concluded with a straight forward message for the people of his country:

Therefore, [BI] wants all parties not to sell, buy or trade the virtual currency.

Blunt Force: Take an Attacker Down in Seconds "IndyWatch Feed Food"

Yeah, ReadyNutrition Readers, this article is about the bat.  Not that flying mammal, or the derisive term used for a mother-in-law in angerthe All-American baseball bat.  This wonderful piece of sporting equipment is very effective in defending yourself in addition to hitting one over the fence in center field.  I know, I know, naysayers, you surely cant carry a bat around with you wherever you travel.yada, yada.  Seriously, there are several reasons to tote this everyday self-defense item around with you.  Lets cover them.

Batter Up!

For those of you who wish to know, my baseball bat of choice is an aluminum T-ball bat, a 24 job that sits directly next to my leg and within the groove of my vehicles front seat.  I recommend aluminum over wood for several reasons.  Firstly, theres no danger of the bat splitting at the handle or breaking apart: it is sturdily-constructed.  Secondly, it will not rot or deteriorateand the aluminum bat will not rust.  Thirdly, theyre pretty cheap: you can lay your hands on one in a used sporting goods store or thrift store for between $5 to $10.

It is not just for beating someone up.  The bat can also be used to bust out of the vehicle if its trapped and you cant open the door.  Just bust out the window with the bat, and get out.  How about hiking around?  You can use that bat to keep an animal at bay if need be.  The point is, you may also have to protect yourself without a signature, such as the sound of a gunshot.  The bat is a lot quieter in this regard.

It is also a weapon that gives you some defensive distance.  Muggers coming in, a pair of them armed with switchblades?  If they are after me, Ill show them how to dance with that bat in a manner they never viewed on Star Search.  That bat gives you the distance to strike without exposing yourself to some goon who wishes to come in close.

In the following video, the demonstrators use a baton, but the same defense movements can be used with a bat.

5 Ways You Can Practice With the Bat For Self-Defense

Once again, if you dont train with it, theres no point in toting it with you.  Another thing: even if youre trained, it wont do you any good unless you act.  The finest equipment in the world wont d...

A very strong explosion witnessed at the Stromboli volcano Eolian Islands Italy "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

RSOE Alert map
Reports are coming of an explosion at the Stromboli volcano on the Italian island of Ginostra, below is a report translated from Italian
A very strong explosion seems to have occurred on the Stromboli volcano last night around 21:00 local time, friends of ours who are currently on the island of Ginostra, Italy reported.
Thomas H. who at the time was in a house near the port (east side of island) wrote: Last night, around 9pm, a very large detonation occurred at the mountain and the night sky was bright as day, even the window facing the sea towards the east was lit up my girlfriend believed to hear rumblings from falling rocks, while I suspected this to be rather the sound of strong rain.
No trace of such an eruption could be found on the available webcam images in the archive (which are only 3 minutes apart and have probably missed the event), except that they indeed show that rather strong eruptions continue to occur.
A few days ago, Thomas reported that strombolian activity from multiple vents continues to be very intense, with explosions every few minutes, including often large ones sending bombs to 2-300 m height.

Britain braces itself for post-Brexit wave of scrounging ex-pats "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

Fears are growing that Britain may be swamped by a grey wave of elderly migrants returning once European healthcare accords are abolished when Britain leaves the EU. About 75% of Britons settled in continental Europe are one untimely slip in the shower away from the Grim Reaper now multitudes of them may descend on us like a plague of wrinkly locusts, putting the nations supply of Werthers Originals seriously to the test.

Brexit has put a lot of countries backs up said Simon Stevens, head of the NHS in England. We doubt theyll continue footing the bill for our sickly retirees filling GPs surgeries every day, waiting to been seen for imaginary stabbing pains in their lower left back once formal welfare agreements end. If they return, they would overwhelm our already overstretched services there are simply not enough Mecca Bingos to cope.

UK residents have reported mixed feelings over the impending deluge of geriatric moochers. Some are furious over what they see as a betrayal of their own basic human right to live in Spain and refuse to learn the local language, while others have expressed concern that the OAPs will come over here and steal all the jobs working part-time Wednesday mornings in the Cancer Research UK shop.

I heard they dont stand for the Queens speech anymore, fumed housewife Nora Taylor. But theyll salute a photo of Antonio Banderas downing a Sangria and poking a bull in the eye with a sombrero. Disgraceful. However, Kevin Briggs said: I dont understand whats going on here. Dont we own the Costa del Sol? Isnt that what the Falklands War was all about?

Do I like Philip K. Dick? Do androids dream of electric sheep? Honestly, I dont think well ever be able to answer such questions about the subjective experience of artificial beings. But I know for certain that I like Philip K. Dick. Deeply admire, respect, fear, even there are many words I could use to describe the way I feel about his imagination and vision. And I could say much the same about the film adaptations of Dicks work, up to and including Blade Runner 2049, which wasnt as visually overwhelming on the small screen after its release on streaming video but still as emotionally captivating in its narrative, pacing, score, and director Denis Villeneuves fidelity to, and expansion of, the original films use of color and monumental, future-brutalist architecture to tell a story.

Though he very much wanted to break out of science fiction and achieve the status of a literary writerthe distinctions in his day being much harder and fasterDicks fiction has provided the ultimate source for the cinematic sci-fi epic for several decades now, and shows little sign of falling out of favor. Right-to-try laws are a cruel sham that claim to help terminally ill patients by providing them with earlier access to experimental therapeutics, even though they do very little in this regard. Promoted primarily by the libertarian think tank the Goldwater Institute, in reality they are a strategy to weaken the FDA's regulatory power to assure that marketed drugs are safe and effective. Now, a final push is on, with the help of the Koch brothers, to pass right-to-try. For the sake of patients, this push must fail.

Ethearnal Launches ICO 2.0 #DAICO for a Trustless, Smart Contract Based P2P Freelance System "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

January 15, 2018, Kowloon, Hong Kong Ethearnal has decided to put up its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) to provide investors an opportunity to monetize and benefit from a full-fledged P2P freelance system. The company is planning to launch the ICO 2.0 offering in January 2018.

Ethearnal is a peer-to-peer freelance platform developed with the aim to serve as a bridge between businesses and skilled individuals. It is a holistic, secured platform where all parties can engage with each other, gauge competencies, and enter into a client-freelancer relationship to achieve a mutually agreed upon result. Disputes are settled fairly through a decentralized arbitrage system where a pool of independent moderators resolve issues through voting.

Ethearnal has the potential to revolutionize the way freelancing systems work. Thanks to Ethereum smart contracts, both employers and freelancers can have peace of mind that their investment, be it money, time, or, effort, is safe and secure. Thats the beauty of working using blockchain technology you incur lower trading costs and have a trail of transactions on public record, says Stanislav Uzunchev, Co-Founder of Ethearnal.

What makes Ethearnal unique are Ethearnal Reputation Tokens (ERTs). The company has managed to create a framework that tokenizes reputation for businesses, freelancers, and even moderators. The rule of thumb is that the more ERTs you have, the higher your visibility will be in the network.

The secret behind the high effectiveness of our reputation system is that ERTs are worth real money. The owner can buy, sell, transfer, or trade them in any way they wish. Creators decide how much reputation or ERTs each party must put at stake. Its only natural that bigger projects will require a larger amount of ERTs, ensuring that only serious and capable people participate in them, said Vladimir Vladimirov, Co-Founder of Ethearnal, while explaining the USP of the Ethereum-based freelance model.

Ethearnal levels the playing field for small investors and ensures equal investment opportunities through a dynamic ICO cap that increases by the passing hour. Investors will have complete control over their investment, empowering them to continue or terminate the project at any stage to get a refund for their investment.

When asked about the future game plan for Ethearnal, Vladimir said, By the start of Q2 of 2018, we will have our decentralized system online for moderating and curating records, followed by the release production network and software. By the end of 2018, we will launch Ethearnal iOS and Android apps. Also, our team is w...

As More and More Misinformation Spreads Online, Can Trust Ever Be Restored? "IndyWatch Feed Literature"

It was only five years ago when hundreds of thousands of internet users, companies and platforms waged one of the first wide-spread nationwide campaigns fought via social media. Companies like Google and Wikipedia went dark, turning their websites black and urging visitors to read up on the dangers of net neutrality. The campaign grew, as people changed profile photos to protest a Congressional vote on the issue, which eventually failed.

But this year, as the federal government is again considering restricting internet access, the issue became a lot more complicated than just changing profile photos or website banners. The Federal Communications Commission received a reported 7.75 million comments from fake email domains, some of the 23 million comments sent were filed under the same 60 names, and 444,938 comments originated from Russia.

Quickly, this story turned from concerns about false identity to concerns that Russia was playing a role in our politics, again, capping off a year-long wave of concerns about the vulnerabilities of social media platforms corrupted by foreign foes, where social powerhouses like Google, Facebook and Twitter were called to Capitol Hill to explain.

The drumbeat of conversations about distrust hit a crescendo when people like Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg were called to testify and admitted thousands of Russian-created ads were posted on Facebook during the 2016 presidential election. Social media platforms that once claimed there was no interference from Russia, later claiming there was some inference to later admitting the influence was a lot worse than expected, such as tens of millions of people saw the ads on the various platforms.

Tipping Point

In September 2017, Facebook released a statement admitting 3,000 ads were published on the platform in violation of their policies, allegedly linked to and operated out of Russia. The ads werent strictly the types usually seen and recognized as campaign ads, disguising themselves as news articles or memes led to their further infiltration.

Facebook released content of the ads to investig...

25 Men Share How to Stay Faithful in the Face of Temptation "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Experts estimate that approximately 1 in 5 adults in a monogamous relationship have cheated on their current partner, with that rate coming in even higher among married men. Even more shocking, nearly half of people have admitted to being unfaithful at some point over the course of their lives.

It is not uncommon to have feelings or thoughts of being unfaithful, in fact, it is entirely human for other people to catch your wandering eyes. It is this same thought process and reaction that causes us to have discussions with our friends about the hot actress in the latest Hollywood blockbuster. The problem lies in the moment when that appreciation for another womans appearance takes the next step, crossing the line into stepping outside of your relationship behind your partners back.

Source: Mad Men | AMC

25 men share their tips to stay faithful in the face of temptation:

#1 I think the problem with guys who cheat is that they have no imagination. If you can fantasize, you dont need to act on all the horny urges running through your mind. You can envision yourself getting humped by the cute hippie chick seated across from you on the subway instead of bumping uglies in real life. Thats how I manage. Hussain (age 26)

#2 My girlfriend doesnt police me, and I think thats key. She doesnt demand that I check in all the time or call me non-stop when Im out with my buddies. Some guys I know have to call or text their girl every hour, or theyre in trouble. And guess what? That pisses them off and makes them resentful. Theres trust between my girlfriend and me, and I respect our relationship even more because of that. Trust isnt easy to build, and its even harder to rebuild, so I dont plan on compromising it. ...

12 Signs That You Are Truly Loved "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

When you are in a relationship sometimes it can be hard to tell if the person you are dating truly loves you. While we might think we are loved, sometimes we are mistaken.

False love is far more common than we would like to admit. Some of us spend our whole lives with people who just dont really give a shit about us. However, there are lots of things that define a loving relationship. If you and your partner do the following you are in a truly loving relationship.

12 Signs You Are in A Truly Loving in Your Relationship:

1. You accept one another.

You accept each other for who you are, because you know none of your flaws matter. You are able to understand one another on a deeper level; communication is a key part of this.

2. You put each other first.

You put your partners needs on the same level as yours. You want everyone to be satisfied within the relationship. This is not all about me or you.

3. You forgive and forget.

You do not get caught up in petty arguments. When small issues arise you talk things out. Forgiving one another comes easily.

4. You support one another.

You are there for each other in all the best ways. You are your partners best cheerleader. You are always pushing one another to do better.

5. You respect each other.

Respect is key in any relationship. You respect your partner and your partner respects you. No relationship will work if it is lacking respect.

6. You remember important things about one another.

You remember the things that matter to your partner and your partner remembers the things that matter to you. You remember birthdays and anniversaries, and while someones favorite color may seem minuscule, it is important to your significant other.

7. You share the burden.

No one is holding the weight of the world on their shoulders. You share the burden with one another. What your partner is struggling with, you are also struggling with.

8. You push one another to follow dreams and reach goals.

You are there for one another in all ways. You push your partner to follow his or her dreams and they do the same for you. You are both working on yourselves together.

9. You know how to exist without one another.

You can be yourself without issue. You know how to live without your partner. Your partner does not define who you are.

Debitum Network Leverages Ethereum Blockchain to Deliver Game-changing Small Business Finance Solution "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Debitum Network, a business financing blockchain startup, is quickly emerging as a robust small business finance solution that promises to eliminate the need for the highly over-regulated intermediaries. This project has just completed a successful crowdsale campaign and has recently clinched the first place in both jury and audience in the prestigious d10e ICO Pitch Award.

12th January 2018: Debitum Network continues its dream run towards achieving its mission towards building a decentralized, safe, and transparent ecosystem for micro, small, and medium business financing. An innovative funding platform based on the Ethereum blockchain, Debitum Network strives to free the SMEs around the world from the middlemen and provide them financing opportunities that have always been out of bounds to them.

Almost all small businesses around the world suffer from the common problem of limited or no access to credit. According to the World Bank, in 2017, approximately 70% of all micro and small to medium size businesses in emerging markets lacked access to credit. Its argued by many experts that the highly constrained and strict regulations of the banks and financial institutions are intended to restrict the SMEs from receiving funds from international or individual investors. This lopsided business lending scenario has led to a currently estimated credit gap of $2 trillion.

Debitum Network was created with the belief that the only way to overcome the inadequacies of the existing funding system is to build a hub that brings together the local players for resource sharing. Built as a hybrid platform, Debitum Network unites the borrowers with the lenders, risk assessors, document validators, insurers, etc. It is a secure and incorruptible infrastructure, as all actions are processed through the Ethereum Blockchain.  Businesses can utilize this service in their locality and from day one because all transactions are run through fiat currencies.

The Debitum Network project is the brainchild of a highly proficient team of experts with a wealth of experience in alternative financing platforms. They have already developed a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in which the full blockchain infrastructure runs on ETH, based on real financing requests from the SMEs.

We believe that small companies must have fair opportunities to connect investors from any part of the world and then utilize their investments. We have experienced this need ourselves while developing successful IT and alternative finance businesses, says Debitum Network Co-founder Martins Liberts. We feel that now its time for us to share our experience and to help other companies grow. We are proudly creating an instrument which provides equal growth opportunities for different size businesses,...

Scientists Create Interactive Map That Reveals 170 Million Americans Are Drinking Radioactive Water "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

The thought of radioactive water is more than enough to leave a sour taste in our mouths, however, it seems that may very well be the case for millions of people. Does over half of the drinking water in the US contain radioactive elements?

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) recently carried out an investigation that revealed to us just how radioactive our drinking water truly is. They found that a quite large portion of the drinking water in all 50 states contains radioactive elements that could actually for those who do not know, increase our risks of cancer. This group took the time to analyze around 50,000 public water systems. Their research showed that water consumed by around 170 million Americans contain radioactive elements on some level.

That being said, while there were many cases where radioactivity was found, they did not exceed the EPAs legal limits. Only 27 states were found to have water supplies with radioactivity levels exceeding the EPAs limit. In 158 public water systems used by over 200,000 Americans, this group found that radium levels were above the legal limits.

The most common radioactive element the EWG found was radium. Radium is something that the EPA categorizes as carcinogenic and sets safety levels for it. This is something that enters groundwater naturally through deposits in the Earths crust. Levels were found to be higher in places where oil/gas drilling was occurring as it disturbs the deposits from rock and soil.

This study was conducted between 2010 and 2015, it also noted that people in California are drinking water that contains levels of radium far above what is considered to be safe. The EPA guidelines are as you most likely would have assumed not as stringent as they could be. The EPAs levels allow for 70 cases per 1 million in regards to cancers this sort of thing causes.

The study states as follows:

The EPA has classified all ionizing radiation as carcinogenic. There is clear evidence that high doses of radiation cause cancer in various organs. The probability of developing cancer decreases with lower doses of radiation, but it does not go away.

The developing fetus is especially sensitive to ionizing radiation. At doses higher than are typically found in drinking water, radiation has been shown to impair fetal growth, cause birth defects and damage brain development. But there is no evidence of a dose threshold below which a fetus would be safe from these effects.

Six radioactive contaminants were included in EWGs Tap Water Database, including radium, r...

12 Signs you Come From A Long Line of Witches "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Witches are even now not what we would consider to be accepted. While the road to acceptance has come a very long way we still have plenty left to go.

You could be a hereditary witch and not know it, lots of witches even now choose to remain in the dark. Some families reveal their magical aspects to the newer generations where-as others choose to keep it a secret. If your family is doing or has done the following you may come from a long line of witches and not even know it.

12 Signs you Come From A Long Line of Witches:

1. Your family loves to be in nature.

Your family is very nature oriented. You all like to be outdoors and spend a lot of time going on walks and exploring. Witches feel at pease in nature.

2. Your family is always interested in the things you dream about.

Your family knows what your dreams mean and their importance. If you have a nightmare they are right beside you asking what it was about. They reassure you when nothing is wrong and let you know what it is your dream might mean.

3. Your family pays attention to things others do not (for instance, moon phases.)

Lets face it, most families dont keep up with this kind of stuff but your family is like a walking calendar. You were taught from a young age that paying attention to things like the moon was quite important. Most people cant even tell what a full moon really is, they merely lookup and see what they think is the whole moon and go with it.

4. You all have witch marks of some kind.

Do you all have the same birthmark or something of that nature? This could be your witches mark; all witches have a mark of some kind.

5. Your family uses a lot of potions or remedies.

Witches are always working on some kind of potion be it to cure a sickness or even bring good luck. There is a remedy for everything and your family puts them all to good use. This should be a big red flag.

6. Your family loved to tell you fairytales when you were young.

Your family members would get very into the stories they told you. Everything felt as if it had a deeper meaning. They also never asserted that those things were merely stories.

7. You feel that your family is different.

Your family sticks out like a sore thumb sometimes. You know your family is odd but not to the extent. Even when you were younger you felt different from everyone else.

8. The advice your family gives is often not easy to interpret or come across as odd.

Catholic Priests and their Guilty Secrets "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Catholic Priest

Sarah Thomas grew up without knowing her father. She was told by her mother that he was a university lecturer but Sarah later finally found out that he was a Roman Catholic priest working in London.

In 1990, when Sarah was 12, her mother finally told her the truth.
Her father wasn't a lecturer - he was a Roman Catholic priest, living and working in London. "I just said, 'That's fantastic! I'm sure he'd like to meet me,'" Sarah says.
Her mother wasn't so sure.

Sarah's father was horrified when he found out about the pregnancy. He ended the relationship that day and never spoke to Sarah's mother again on his own - only in the presence of another representative of the church. A senior priest suggested to Sarahs mother that she go away to stay by the sea until the baby arrived and then give it up for adoption, but Sarahs mother refused. So this priest decided that my father could carry on and become a priest, Sarah says, as long as my mother and the child me were in cahoots with their plan of secrecy, BBC reports. According to Children of Priests International, the situation whereby the children of Catholic Priests are not allowed to express their identity and treated as guilty secrets can cause significant difficulties for those involved.

At age 14, Sarah finally fulfilled her desire to meet her father but the meeting didnt go well. "I went in there thinking we were going to be best friends, but he was very aloof and cold," she remembers. Sarah faced life with a lot of disappointment and misunderstanding after meeting her father, until a terrible accident in which she barely survived helped her reconcile with the fact that a relationship with her father could not be better. She thought for long time she was the only child of the priest until she discovered an organization Coping International that is helping the children of Catholic priests. "It was like being hit by a thunderbolt, I literally thought I was the only priest child in the world," she says.

According to their website Coping is a voluntary, self-help, mental health organization that promotes the well-being of children of Catholic Priests and Religious (male & female) as well as their parents worldwide.  It acts as an aid and resource for children of clergy, freely available, which is continually updated.  Coping International aims to educate and promote awareness of the phenomenon of children of priests worldwide.  Priests assumes priests, Bishops and Cardinals, and does not exclude religious sisters.

Obituary Lenny Sharples Prog Rock legend "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

The death of Lenny Sharples, lead guitarist with 1970s progressive rock band, The Topographic Sentinel, was announced on the bands website last night. He was 74 and still going strong right up to last week when the band played The O2 in London.

The main creative force within the group, he is widely recognised as having single-handedly created the 10-volume concept album when he penned the seminal work, Faber est suae Quisque Fortunae (Every Man is the Artisan of his own Fortune) in 1970.

Born, Leonard Sharp-Phipps, in Virginia Water Surrey, the only son of a multi-millionaire business magnate, he became interested in music at Harrow School, where along with some chums he formed what would ultimately become the first line-up of Sentinel.

Their drummer, Gav Wheatcroft, speaking to Mark Radcliffe on BBC 6 Music recalled, Len was an amazing guy. Ill never forget the gig in Earls Court when we were touring our album, A Biblical Travesty, in 78 and dear old Len, bless him, nearly got simultaneously drowned and electrocuted when the Red Sea malfunctioned and flooded the whole stage. What a night! Like Whoosh! We made the bloody BBC main news, man!

Rick Wakeman longtime keyboardist with prog royalty, Yes, recalls: Sentinel were once supporting us in Melbourne and it ended up that we never went on that night after Len launched into one of his trademark solos. He kinda got caught up in the moment, either that or it was maybe the three LSD tabs hed dropped backstage, but anyway, he lost track of time and went on for six hours. The rest of Sentinel left him to it and we all went out for a curry instead. When we came back he was still up there in full flow. The crowd had gone home and the road crew had started to dismantle the set around him as we had to get to Tokyo for the next night. But that was Len for you. A real one-off and an amazing guy.

He was regarded as true innovator and leaves behind the legacy of progs now ubiquitous Lenocaster, the first quintuple-neck guitar to incorporate six-string electric and acoustic, twelve sting, five string bass and banjo necks.

He is survived by his 10th wife, Chantal, and their two-year-old son, Frodo Baggins Sharples.

Greek Courts would have Precedence over Sharia Law "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Shariah Zone

Sharia law, the religious law that is the part of the Islamic tradition, is being used in most Muslim-majority countries. Europes only country where Islamic courts still operate is Greece. At least it was Greece until Tuesday when lawmakers voted to change procedures dating back more than 90 years. Greek courts will now have priority in all cases. Members of Greeces Muslim minority have hailed new legislation that will enable citizens to sidestep sharia law in family disputes. According to the new law, the muftis jurisdiction will be optional and subject to the agreement of all concerned parties, otherwise the case will be subject to civil courts.

Estimates of the recognized Greek Muslim minority, which is mostly located in Thrace, range around 100,000, about 1% of the population. Following the 19191922 Greco-Turkish War and the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne, Greece and Turkey agreed to a population transfer based on cultural and religious identity. The only exception to the rule was that Turkey pledged to maintain the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople and not to expel its Greek minority. In exchange the 120,000-strong Muslim community of western Thrace was allowed to stay put.

The Treaty of Lausanne recognized that the community enjoyed various exceptional rights, including being allowed to live according to its existing customs. Since then, the Sharia law has been applied in Greece as the legacy of the Ottoman Empire. Any problems relating to marriage, divorce and inheritance are settled by the muftis office in Xanthi, Komotini or Didymoteicho, the regions three main towns.

Problems with sharia in Greece were highlighted when the first woman from Greeces Muslim minority took a case to the European court of human rights in 2015, disputing a ruling based on sharia law that stripped her of part of her inheritance. In October 2013 Greeces Supreme Court ruled that matters of inheritance involving members of the Muslim minority must be settled by the mufti, as required by sharia law. Thats why Hatijah Molla Salli took the case to the European court of human rights. The tribunal is expected to cast its ruling in June.

The government knows that the ruling will not be in its favor and is only acting to prevent condemnation by the court, said Ktistakis, Sallis lawyer. This is a political move. The laws governing sharia should be abolished altogether.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said in a statement that the new law respects the special characteristics of Greeces Muslim minority, while redressing past injustices against community members who we...

Whats an Aqua APGAR? "IndyWatch Feed Fertility"

Whats an Aqua APGAR?

After I wrote a blog post sharing the results of some new studies highlighting the benefits of water in labour, a few people contacted us to ask for more information on the Aqua APGAR, which was used in one of the studies to evaluate the condition of the newborn babies. So heres a bit of history and an overview for those who would like to know more.

Midwives who attend the births of babies born in water have long been aware that there are some differences in their behaviour compared to babies born on land. In a nutshell, they are often calmer, and to some people they can seem to take a little longer to acclimatise to the change of being born. Midwives will tell you, however, that this isnt a disadvantage, or a bad thing. Their transition to earth is often gentle, and this is one reason why some women, midwives and birth folk are big fans of water as a medium for labour and birth.

At the same time, midwives also became aware that the usual method of evaluating the condition of newborn babies the APGAR score wasnt always accurately reflecting the health and calmness of babies born in water, especially in the first minute or so after birth. That is partly because the scoring system was based on the (rather reasonable at the time it was created) assumption that all babies were born on land, or into air, depending on how you look at it. It expected the healthiest babies to be vigorous, and didnt really account for these calm but very healthy and alert babies who were being born in the water.

As Dianne Garland (2017) notes in her book on waterbirth, the physiology of the first breath in a newborn is different in water than on land, and this is partly why German midwife Cornelia Enning developed the Aqua APGAR score. (Another notable issue that Garland raised is that the one-minute APGAR score is often not done at exactly one minute, generally because peop...

Ripple Price Technical Analysis XRP/USD Decline to Extend "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Key Highlights

  • Ripple price remains in a bearish trend below the $2.00 handle against the US Dollar.
  • There is a declining channel forming with current resistance at $1.90 on the hourly chart of the XRP/USD pair (data source from Kraken).
  • The pair is currently in a declining mode and it could test the $1.70 support area in the near term.

Ripple price is struggling to recover against the US Dollar and Bitcoin. XRP/USD has to move above the $2.00 level to overcome the current selling pressure.

Ripple Price Resistance

After a minor correction above the $2.20 level, Ripple price struggled to move further higher against the US Dollar. The price failed to stay above the $2.00 support and made a downside move. It traded below the $1.9870 support as well key $1.9500 level. Moreover, there was a break below the 50% Fib retracement level of the last wave from the $1.5132 low to $2.4956 high.

There is clearly a lot of pressure on XRP and it seems like the price could decline further towards $1.70. At the moment, there is a declining channel forming with current resistance at $1.90 on the hourly chart of the XRP/USD pair. The pair is facing a lot of sellers and it could remain below $1.95-2.00 levels in the short term. On the downside, an initial support is around the 76.4% Fib retracement level of the last wave from the $1.5132 low to $2.4956 high.

Ripple Price Technical Analysis XRP USD

It seems like the pair is poised to test the $1.70 level in the near term. On the upside, a break above the $2.00 level is must for more gains. Moreover, the 100 hourly simple moving average is at $2.05 to prevent upsides.

Looking at the technical indicators:

Hourly MACD The MACD for XRP/USD is moving slowly in the bearish zone.

Hourly RSI (Relative Strength Index) The RSI for XRP/USD is currently just below the 50 level.

What Happens When You Use Blockchain to Fix the Food Industry "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Trust in companies is currently at an all-time low because of the constant pressure to lower costs in order to increase margins. To combat this, many companies are looking for ways to increase the level of trust their customers have in them. One way theyve thought of doing this is by using technology to document the flow of goods through their supply chain.

Trust as a pain point

As a customer, a constant worry when making any purchase is that the good will be counterfeit, or not up to the standard one expects when making said purchase. Until now, companies had to rely on the strength of their brand to build this trust in their supply chain. When customers buy Armani clothes or Jimmy Choo shoes, they are assuming that the good is representative of what should be expected from the brand.

But what if there were another way to verify the quality of the end product without needing to make your customer blindly trust in your brand? The answer comes from the power of Blockchain technology to identify and track your goods through the entire supply chain. When you have multiple parties participating, such as the manufacturer, distributor, retailer and the consumer, it helps to have a digitized method of building consensus in a supply chain.

Your food is an asset too

Although not as valuable an asset, these ideas can also be applied in the context of food safety. Food safety has long been an issue in China, and this extends around the world. Contamination is a major worry as death or illness can result from improper handling of food. It is not always possible to verify the quality of the original goods and most of the current processes are executed by manpower, which can be tampered with.

For regulators, this makes things much easier to track and measure than any of the previously offered solutions. There would then be a method of tracking the status of each product in the supply chain and transactions could more easily be monitored. Companies will love this because they can measure the upstream and downstream effect of any modifications they make to their supply chain, and consumers will be grateful for a method by which they can establish a trust in the system.

How would this system work?

The general framework of the system would be to have information tracking occur all through the supply chain, which would then result i...

Benefits of Coffee and Tea "IndyWatch Feed Health"

30 Tips in 30 Days Designed to Help You Take Control of Your Health

This article is part of the 30 Day Resolution Guide series. Each day a new tip will be added designed to help you take control of your health. For a complete list of the tips click HERE

By Dr. Mercola

Just as you can make or break your health via the foods you choose at each meal, you can support or sabotage your well-being one beverage choice at a time. At one end of the spectrum would be soda one of the absolute worst choices to drink. At the other, pure water arguably the best for quenching your thirst and supporting optimal health.

For those times when you're looking for something to savor and sip, an excellent alternative is coffee or tea, both of which have earned a solid spot among healthy beverages, with some caveats, however.

After water, coffee and tea are the most commonly consumed beverages worldwide, and theyre also top sources of both caffeine and antioxidant polyphenols for Americans. Tea, particularly green tea, has been linked with a reduced risk of stroke, diabetes and depression, and improved blood pressure, abdominal obesity and glucose levels, while coffee consumption is associated with reduced risk of premature death and cardiovascular death, for starters.1

"Coffee is a complex beverage containing hundreds of biologically active compounds," researchers wrote in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology,2 and this is why it, and tea, have such far-reaching health potential. From your heart to your vision to your brain, there are many reasons to enjoy a cup (or a few) of coffee or tea daily organic, preferred.

Health Benefits of Coffee From Your Heart to Your Brain

Research presented at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions 2017 found that compared to non-coffee drinkers, coffee drinkers had a 7 percent lower risk of heart failure and an 8 percent lower risk of stroke for each additional cup of coffee consumed per week....

Is Fermented Blueberry the Most Powerful Tonic? "IndyWatch Feed Health"

By Dr. Mercola

Blueberries are often called a superfood, and for good reason. They are packed with antioxidants that help your body keep free radicals in check and fight inflammation. Along with other berries, blueberries are among your best dietary sources of bioactive compounds like anthocyanins, flavonols, ellagic acid and resveratrol. Furthermore, blueberries are an excellent source of vitamins K1, C and B6, as well as manganese and fiber.

While the benefits of the whole berry are well-known particularly as it relates to antiaging, blood sugar, heart disease and vision health research suggests fermented blueberries may be even more potent and beneficial. In animal studies, fermented blueberry juice has been shown to help with memory loss, cancer, diabetes and obesity. The research suggests cultured blueberry juice is a powerful tonic worthy of your time and attention.

Can Blueberry Vinegar Help With Memory Loss?

According to Alzheimers Disease International,1 an estimated 50 million people worldwide are living with dementia, and more than 9.9 million new cases are diagnosed annually. Assuming the rate of incidence continues to rise, 75 million people are expected to suffer from dementia by 2030. These statistics underscore the need for new and better treatment strategies for cognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimers disease.

A study2,3 published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry involving lab mice with amnesia suggests blueberry vinegar, which is produced by fermenting fresh blueberries, effectively improves short-term memory. After having amnesia induced through a drug called scopolamine, the mice were given either 120 milligrams per kilogram (mg per kg) of blueberry vinegar or 120 mg per kg of blueberry extract every day for a week. Researchers noted the following results in the mice given blueberry vinegar:

  • A reduction in the breakdown of acetylcholine in their brains, which is significant because people with Alzheimers disease generally have low levels of acetylcholine, and blocking acetylcholine receptors is known to disrupt learning and memor...

NEO reaches record high "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

There will always be winners and losers in the crypto race, and while most altcoins are still flying high from levels a couple of months ago, some tend to stand out in the crowd. NEO is one of those coins that has remained bullish when the bears have influenced the rest. Last week saw a huge sell off on the back of FUD and fake news out of South Korea. There was no crypto ban in the Southeast Asian nation despite some leading news agencies reporting so. What actually transpired was a ban on anonymous trading accounts to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering.

Altcoins, which are traded heavily in South Korea, fell across the board last week however NEO remained strong and continued upwards. The Chinese Ethereum as it is often called reached a new record high just a couple of hours ago during the Asian trading session. According to Coinmarketcap, which no longer includes Korean exchanges, it climbed to $176, up over 90% from the $92 it traded for at the start of last week.

NEO has weathered the digital storm and remained in a steady uptrend for the past month; it is often seen as being more stable than many of the other altcoins which are frequently pumped and dumped. NEO is traded primarily on Binance with almost 40% share, followed by Bittrex taking around 12%. Total market capacity sits at just over $10 billion at the time of writing with 24 hour volume at $720 million according to Coinmarketcap.

NEO DevCon
While most new projects still use Ethereum as their primary platform NEO is gaining momentum, especially in China where it already has a number of partners. A developer conference has been planned for the end of January in San Francisco where, according to their website, the community plans to come together;

With multiple sessions and workshops NEO DevCon is bringing the NEO community together for a 2-day conference full of innovative ideas and projects, featuring many top speakers from the Blockchain space.

Key speakers will include founder Da Hongfei. Further events have recently taken place in Amsterdam and Shanghai where developers and blockchain experts have lectured on the merits of the NEO Smart Economy. At the time of writing NEO was trading at $156, up over 12% on the day.

Ethereum Price Technical Analysis Can ETH/USD Hold $1300? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Key Highlights

  • ETH price started a downside correction from the $1415 swing high against the US Dollar.
  • There was a break above a key bearish trend line with resistance at $1310 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD (data feed via SimpleFX).
  • The pair has to stay above the $1290-1300 levels to stay in the bullish zone for an upside move.

Ethereum price is still in the bullish zone against the US Dollar and Bitcoin. ETH/USD could continue to move higher back towards the $1360 level.

Ethereum Price Support

There was a decent movement in ETH price above the $1300 level against the US Dollar. The price started a minor downside correction after trading as high as $1415. It traded lower and moved below the $1360 and $1300 support levels. However, the downside move was protected by the $1260 level and the 100 hourly simple moving average. Later, the price started moving higher and was able to move back above the $1300 level.

There was a break above the 38.2% Fib retracement level of the last decline from the $1415 high to $1260 low. Moreover, there was a break above a key bearish trend line with resistance at $1310 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD. The pair is now trading nicely above the $1300 level and the 100 hourly simple moving average. On the downside, there is a bullish trend line with support at $1298. • Bitcoin cash price is slowly gaining upside momentum and is currently above $2500 against the US Dollar.
  • There was a break above a connecting bearish trend line with resistance at $2525 on the hourly chart of BCH/USD (data feed from Kraken).
  • The pair is currently attempting a close above $2550 and the 100 hourly simple moving average.

Bitcoin cash price is showing positive signs above $2500 against the US Dollar. BCH/USD may gain momentum and head higher toward the $2700 level.

Bitcoin Cash Price Uptrend

There was a nice recovery from the $2000 swing low in bitcoin cash price against the US Dollar. The price started an upside move and was able to trade above the 50% Fib retracement level of the last decline from the $2946 high to $2000 low. However, the upside move failed near the $2850 level. There was a failure to close above the 76.4% Fib retracement level of the last decline from the $2946 high to $2000 low.

There was a slow and steady downside initiated and the price moved below $2600. The downside move was protected by the $2500 support. At the moment, the price is moving higher and gaining pace above $2500. There was a break above a connecting bearish trend line with resistance at $2525 on the hourly chart of BCH/USD. The pair is currently attempting a close above $2550 and the 100 hourly simple moving average. Once there is a proper close above the $2550 and $2600 levels, there could be more gains.

This video gets to the point about the shole supposed comment, in a very clear, point by point way. According to him, there is NO evidence that DJT actually said that word when referring to certain not so prosperous countries. But the main stream media (MSM) took this phrase and ran and ran and ran with it, and certainly appear to be promoting THEIR agenda rather than the actuality of the situation. What is their agenda? It appears to be to do whatever they can to make the DJT look bad.

And its why I refuse to take ANY of the MSM seriously anymore.

And on top of that, all of this is bringing instant karma to those that are doing these types of things. As Corey Goode and David Wilcock (and others) have noted, we can likely expect a lot more of this, as the final minions of the cabal are acting out from a state of desperation.

Corey Goode Mega-Update: Ancient Builder Race "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Corey Goode Mega-Update: Ancient Builder Race- Recovering Humanitys Billion-Year Legacy

Below is page 1 of this amazing mega-update from Corey Goode, with a preface written by David Wilcock. This extraordinary intel update is well worth the long read, be prepared for a couple of hours reading.

As always, a massive thank you to both Corey and David for their tireless work in bringing about disclosure and helping to improve the situation on planet earth!

Readers please use your own discernment, accept what resonates with you and reject what doesnt.

The Secret Space Program has landed on and entered Oumuamua, the mysterious cigar-shaped asteroid that NASA announced in December.

What they found was a technological wonderland that they estimate to be over a billion years old from what insiders call the Ancient Builder Race.

The Ancient Builder Race apparently left crystalline domes, pyramids, obelisks and underground cities all throughout our solar system as well as many neighboring ones.

This was described in The Ascension Mysteries, along with compelling NASA imagery of some of these ruins on the Moon, asteroids and elsewhere.

This stunning homecoming is only one of a series of events that transpired in the world of the Secret Space Program as of December 2017.

Corey Goode was brought out on two major occasions for his most remarkable series of visitations and experiences since at least the winter of 2016, if not the very beginning.

These experiences involve all of the characters we have met throughout this entire saga. Many of the storylines have been resolved in remarkable ways.

The ultimate takeaway is that we have turned a pivotal corner in the war against the dark forces on earth, in our solar system and beyond.

In my personal estimation, this is also the best and most interesting update Corey has ever written. I am happy and honored to help in its release.

SOME ORIENTATION IS NECESSARY

In order to fully understand what you are about to read, it is important to note that this is the latest installment in a very epic narrative that began in March 2015.

It was at this time that Corey was brought up to an alleged secret base on the moon, known as Lunar Operations Command or LOC, for the first time in many years.

This happened almost immediately after he had finished giving me his entire testimony over the phone in the preceding four m...

Astronomers Just Spotted Bizarre Holes on the Moon That Might Reveal Hidden Tunnels "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

by Mike Wehner; BGR

The Moon is our closest neighbor and weve learned a lot about it over the past century or so. Weve studied it, mapped it, and even visited it on more than one occasion, but that doesnt mean it doesnt have a few surprises in store for us.

A new research effort has uncovered one of those mysteries in the form of large holes in the lunar surface near the Moons north pole, and scientists believe they might hint at a huge subsurface tunnel network.

The bizarre holes were spotted by researchers working with the SETI Institute and Mars Institute, both of which used imagery from NASAs Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter to identify the gaps in the Moons dusty surface.

Before you go dreaming of little green men living in the Moons underground you should know that scientists obviously dont think the tunnels were created by aliens at all. The tunnels are thought to be the remains of ancient lava tubes where liquid rock once flowed beneath the Moons surface. Over time, the magma flow ceased and large hollow tubes are all that remains.

The holes the scientists spotted are thought to be skylights where the shell of the lava tube has collapsed and created a path to the surface. Its unclear at this point how large the tunnels actually are, or how far they stretch, but NASA is already considering other known tube locations for their potential usefulness in future manned missions to the Moon.

Bitcoin Price Technical Analysis for 01/15/2018 Still Stuck in a Triangle! "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Bitcoin Price Key Highlights

  • Bitcoin price continues to tread sideways and is still hovering around the bottom of its descending triangle on the 4-hour chart.
  • Price looks ready for a bounce off support as a double bottom is forming.
  • Bitcoin has yet to break past the small reversal patterns neckline around $14,000 before confirming the climb.

Bitcoin price cant quite seem to gain bullish momentum to climb up to the triangle resistance, but buyers are still defending support.

Technical Indicators Signals

The 100 SMA is below the longer-term 200 SMA to show that the path of least resistance is to the downside. In other words, the bottom of the triangle is more likely to break than to hold.

Stochastic is turning higher, though, so bulls could still regain control of bitcoin price and push it back up for a test of the triangle resistance at $15,000. This is also close to the 200 SMA dynamic inflection point, which might hold as resistance.

RSI is also on the move up to indicate that buyers have the upper hand. However, if both oscillators hit overbought levels and turn back down soon, sellers could make another attempt at pushing bitcoin price below the triangle support at $13,000. Note that the triangle is around $6,000 tall so the resulting drop could be of the same height.

Market Factors

Dollar demand has once again picked up late last week when US CPI and retail sales came in mostly in stronger than expected. Headline CPI came in line with estimates of a 0.1% uptick while the core reading beat expectations with a 0.3% gain versus the estimated 0.2% increase.

As for bitcoin price itself, this particular cryptocurrency seems to be losing ground to its altcoin rivals on the lack of volatility. Alternative digital currencies are offering higher potential returns and are much cheaper, after all.

Besides, the crackdown in China and South Korea is once again threatening volumes and global activity in bitcoin.

80 Percent of the Total Bitcoin Supply Have Been MinedSo far on January 13, 2018, 16,800,000 BTC have been mined and theres only 20 percent left for miners to acquire. When Satoshi Nakamoto introduced the bitcoin protocol to the public by launching the codebase in 2009, the cryptocurrency came with a capped supply. The supply will never be increased and Nakamoto set the number to 21 million bitcoins ever to be found. So far the creators plan and miners securing the network have successfully secured this rule from changing with hashpower. Theoretically, however,...

Abstract:  We determined the effect of suppressing lipolysis via administration of nicotinic acid (NA) on fuel substrate selection and half-marathon running capacity. In a single-blinded, Latin square design, 12 competitive runners completed four trials involving treadmill running until volitional fatigue at a pace based on 95% of personal best half-marathon time. Trials were completed in a fed or overnight fasted state: 1) carbohydrate (CHO) ingestion before (2 g CHOkg(-1)body mass(-1)) and during (44 g/h) [CFED]; 2) CFED plus NA ingestion [CFED-NA]; 3) fasted with placebo ingestion during [FAST]; and 4) FAST plus NA ingestion [FAST-NA]. There was no difference in running distance (CFED, 21.53 1.07; CFED-NA, 21.29 1.69; FAST, 20.60 2.09; FAST-NA, 20.11 1.71 km) or time to fatigue between the four trials. PMID:  J Sports Med Phys Fitness. 2017 Nov ;57(11):1499-1503. Epub 2017 Jan 13. PMID: 28085125 Abstract Title:  Evaluation of hydration status by urine, body mass variation and plasma parameters during an official half-marathon. Abstract:  BACKGROUND: The aim of this study was to verify the agreement of urine, body mass variations and plasma parameters to determine the hydration status of 14 male runners (294 years and 54.35.5 mLO2/kg/min) in an official 21.1 km road race.METHODS: The mean dry-bulb temperature and air relative humidity during the road race were 25.12.1 C and 54.72.2%, respectively. The volume of water ingested by the runners was monitored using marked volumetric plastic bottles provided at the hydration stations located at 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.5, 14.0, 16.0 and 18.5 km from the starting line. Hydration status was assessed using urine specific gravity (USG), urine osmolality (UOSM) and plasma osmolality (POSM). Furthermore, body mass variation (BM) was assessed by comparing body mass (BM) immediately prior and after the race. Total sweat was estimated by BM, added water volume ingested and deducted blood volume collected. Thesweat rate was calculated through total sweat and total exercise time.RESULTS: The mean water intake was 0.820.40 L, and the mean sweat rate and total sweating were 1440.11182.13 mL/h and 2.670.23 L. After the race, the BM reduced by 1.70.4 kg. The BM was -2.410.47%, and the plasma volume variation was -9.794.6% between pre- and post-running measurements. Despite the POSM increased post-racecompared to pre-race, the UOSM and USG did not change. No significant correlations were found between POSM variation with UOSM variation (r=-0.08; P=0.71), USG variation (r=-0.11; P=0.78) or BM (r=0.09; P=0.77).CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, this study shows that bothBM and POSM indicated a hypohydration state after exercise even though the BM did not correlate significantly with POSM. These results demonstrate that BM is a practical method and can be sufficiently sensitive to evaluate the hydration state, but it should be utilized with caution.

Abstract:  BACKGROUND: The effects of chronic exposure to exercise training on vascular biomarkers have been poorly explored.OBJECTIVE: Our study aimed to compare the amounts of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs), and endothelial (EMP) and platelet (PMP) microparticles between professional runners and healthy controls.METHODS: Twenty-five half-marathon runners and 24 age- and gender-matched healthy controls were included in the study. EPCs (CD34+/KDR+, CD133+/KDR+, and CD34+/CD133+), EMP (CD51+) and PMP (CD42+/CD31+) were quantified by flow-cytometry. All blood samples were obtained after 12 h of fasting and the athletes were encouraged to perform their routine exercises on the day before.RESULTS: As compared with controls, the CD34+/KDR+ EPCs (p=0.038) and CD133+/KDR+ EPCs (p=0.018) were increased, whereas CD34+/CD133+ EPCs were not different (p=0.51) in athletes. In addition, there was no difference in MPs levels between the groups.CONCLUSION: Chronic exposure to exercise in professional runners was associated with higher percentage of EPCs. Taking into account the similar number of MPs in athletes and controls, the study suggests a favorable effect of exercise on these vascular biomarkers.

Sungazing: How An Ancient Technique Can Heal You From Within and Possibly Even Trigger Super-Human Abilities "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Sungazing is an ancient art that has been practiced by many different cultures. Even the Ancient Egyptians believed there was a great power within the Sun.

While Sungazing is not considered common practice in current times we could spiritually benefit from it, if we do it correctly. You have to be careful though, as the Sun can damage your eyes if you are not being careful. With the right method and enough practice looking into the sun is not as crazy as it sounds.

The best times to expose ourselves to the Sun is right after/during Sunrise and just before Sunset. Sunlight carries energy and this energy can be absorbed through Sungazing. The Sun is what gives life to just about everything on this planet. Without the Sun we would not survive for long. Through Sungazing, you can relieve stress and stimulate your pineal gland.

Many believe the Sun can be used to heal the body, mind, and spirit. There is only one real method to Sungazing and it is something that can be critiqued to fit the needs of any and everyone. This is the HRM method.

The HMR Method goes as follows:

Begin by spending a maximum of 10 seconds on the first day by looking directly at the Sun during the safe hours. When doing this, it is important that you are standing barefoot on the Earth. This helps you to remain grounded.

While looking at the Sun visualize the Suns energies coming into your body and filling you with their light. Each day increase your time gazing for 10 seconds but if you feel any discomfort at all during this time please remember to STOP. Do this daily over an extended period of time. After you do this each day, take a walk through nature.

Remain centered and grounded while you walk. Really take in the world surrounding you. This will allow you to reap the benefits of the energies you have absorbed. You will notice the benefits quickly.

This is known as the HMR method because it was coined by Hira Ratan Manek who often goes by the title HMR. He has been researching and studying the practice of Sungazing for quite some time. He believes strongly in this method and Sungazes every single day. He claims to live mostly off of Sunlight and that he merely drinks coffee or tea on rare occasions.

His website SolarHealing goes over Sungazing as follows:

We have a supercomputer in our bodies given to us by nature, which is our brain. HRM (Hira Ratan Manek) calls it the brainuator. The brain is more powerful than the most advanced supercomputer. Each and every human being is gifted with innumerable talents, and infinite inherent powers by nature. Individuals should never underestimate themselves. Everyone i...

Six radioactive contaminants were included in EWGs Tap Water Database, including radium, radon, and uranium. By far the most widespread are two isotopes of radium known as radium-2...

RBC Indices: What Are They and What They Tell About Your Health "IndyWatch Feed Health"

RBC indices (red blood cell indices) are used to check the size of red blood cells and the amount of hemoglobin in your blood. RBC indices are part of a complete blood count (CBC) which is used to check the health of your blood. Usually, red blood cell indices can help diagnose various types of anemia and help identify the cause of the low red blood cell count.

Red blood cells look like doughnuts without the hole in the center and carry oxygen throughout your body. Red blood cells are also necessary to remove carbon dioxide from your body. If there are abnormalities with your RBC indices, you might find that you get tired easily, are short of breath, get dizzy, and have pale skin.

Some common reasons why problems can show up in your RBC blood tests are a lack of iron in your diet, vitamin B12 deficiency, blood loss, or a gastrointestinal disorder. Usually, if your RBC indices indicate a problem, your doctor will run further tests to establish the exact cause. Very often, increasing iron levels in your blood or addressing the underlying cause helps to normalize your red blood cell count.

In this article, I will look at the 3 main components of RBC indices and look at the causes why they can be too low or abnormally high.

What Are RBC Indices? What Are They Used For?

RBC indices are composed of 3 main components:

  • Mean corpuscular volume (MCV) of your blood cells.
  • Mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH).
  • Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC).

The publication Clinical Methods states that red cell indices are used to identify the causes of various types of anemias. Along with the red blood cell count, the red cell distribution width (RDW) is also taken into account.1

According to the International Journal of Laboratory Hematology, red blood cell morphology is the assessment of the shape, color, size, and arrangement of red blood cells. RBC morphology can help to discover if the anemia is caused by incorrect DNA synthesis that impairs RBC production.2

Abnormal RBC indices can happen for a number of reasons. For example, you may have anemia because your body doesnt produce enough red blood cells. Or blood loss during heavy menstruation could cause a drop in your hemoglobin levels. In some cases, anomalies in your red blood cell indices are the result of red cells getting destroyed too quickly.

ACME hired to ensure no further Hawaiian button blunders "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

Following the false alarm when an employee at Hawaiis Emergency Management Agency mistakenly pushed the wrong button setting off automated warnings triggering widespread panic that total global destruction was imminent, officials have now replaced the button with a Wile E. Coyote-style ACME plunger.

Governor David Ige was quick to apologise to islanders but added: I cant say that Im surprised this incident occurred. I mean,  you see a big red button on a wall, or on a desk somewhere, and whats your first thoughtHmm, now I wonder what happens if I just pushHELLO! Yeah, exactly! At least a plunger sends the right message. Everyone knows what to expect if you press one of those bad boys.

But as the old saying goes every cloud, because inhabitants of the islands, believing they were under attack from incoming ballistic missiles, quickly had retailers reporting brisk sales of lead-lined grass skirts. However almost immediately queues of disappointed hula girls had to be turned away when stocks sold out within five minutes of the warnings sounding. They were then advised they would have to rely on the more traditional all-grass ones, or else try lying down behind a sofa or wall and putting a brown paper bag over their head, although it was very doubtful if this would do any good whatsoever.

The false alarm threw golfers at the PGA Tours Sony Open at the Waialae Country Club into panic. One player who was in contention at the time told reporters: Everyone was getting kinda edgy and freaked out wondering whether we were gonna get paid before the world ended. It was scary and I have to say it affected my putting really badly. Ive now dropped down the field quite some way.

Meanwhile commentators are unanimous in their view that it was a blessing Donald Trump was himself out playing golf at the time and chose to ignore the crisis, otherwise it was felt highly likely he would have ordered a retaliatory strike before the Hawaiian mistake had been discovered. The President later remarked: Look this was just a silly goof-up by some bozo in a jazzy shirt out in the ass end of nowhere and no harm was done. But you wanna know the good news here? I picked up twenty thousand bucks in my game and played some real great golf. FACT!

After all, we want the best possible outcomes. Therefore, at the end of the article, weve included information about how you can make sure youre listened to as a new mother. The United States health system has two embarrassing statistics. First, despite access to modern medical health care, the US has a high maternal death rate. Second, black mothers are three times more likely to die from pregnancy or birth complications than white women. The worlds greatest tennis player and new mother, Serena Williams, recently shared her birth experience in Vogue magazines February issue. She shared her views about life as a new mother and her career ambitions. She graced the cover with her daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr, showing the beauty of new motherhood. Most shockingly, Williams revealed how, just hours after giving birth via c-section, she walked hospital staff through a process that saved her life, after her symptoms had been brushed aside. Williams was experiencing a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal blood clot in the lungs. Vogue reported: The next day, while recovering in the hospital, Serena suddenly felt short of breath. Because of her history of blood clots, and because she was off her daily anticoagulant regimen due to the recent surgery, she immediately assumed she was having another pulmonary embolism. (Serena lives in fear of blood clots.) "She walked out of the hospital room so her mother wouldnt worry and told the nearest nurse, between gasps, that she needed a CT scan with contrast and IV heparin (a blood thinner) right away. The nurse thought her pain medicine might be making her confused. "But Serena insisted, and soon enough a doctor was performing an ultrasound of her legs. 'I was like, a Doppler? I told you, I need a CT scan and a hepa...

Excessive Video Gaming Now A Mental Disorder What Parents Need To Know

As the mama of four boys, I can tell you the latest video gaming system, handheld devices and accessories were definitely on our Christmas shopping list. If your holidays looked anything like mine, at least one electronic device was wrapped and waiting for eager, little hands. Electronics arent necessarily my favourite gifts for kids. But as someone who works on a laptop and always has a phone in hand, I find it hard to say no to technology.

Excessive Video Gaming Now A Mental Disorder What Parents Need To Know

What Is Gaming Disorder?

The World Health Organizations International Classification of Diseases (ICD) makes it possible for physicians and other healthcare workers to make clear diagnoses. This includes descriptions of mental health conditions, which are universally understood (e.g. your primary doctor, psychotherapist and neurologist can easily understand each diagnosis in your medical history). A draft for the WHOs updated ICD describes gaming disorder as: A pattern of persistent or recurrent gaming behaviour ('digital gaming' or 'video-gaming'), which may be online (i.e., over the Internet) or offline, manifested by:
  • impaired control over gaming (e.g., onset, frequency, intensity, duration, termination, context)
  • increasing priority given to gaming to the extent that gaming takes precedence over other life interests and daily activities
  • continuation or escalation of gaming despite the occurrence of negative consequences.
Essentially, gaming disorder isnt defined simply by excessive use, but by use that interferes with daily life, family, work, education, etc. Gaming disorder isnt si...

Mama Gina weaves musical tales of goddesses and a toe-loving dragon "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

TWH When Pagan musician Mama Gina landed in a St. Louis hospital while touring in the summer of 2016, doctors told her they had to amputate one of her toes due to complications from her diabetes.

But the singer-guitarist knew the real cause: Twas the dragon!

This crazy song came out of me in August 2015 and it actually took several months to write, Mama Gina said by phone from her home in Tampa. This story was circulating in my brain about this bard who has a curse on her that nobody can remember her name which totally sucks if youre a bard. You want to get a gig again.

Mama Gina [Courtesy]

Mama Gina continues: So, she makes a deal with a dragon. In return for giving her a name that everyone will remember, she has to spend the night with the dragon and give him whatever he wants. Well, the dragon has a toe fetish. He takes a toe and she becomes ta-da! Nine Toes the Bard.

Yes, that timeline is correct. Mama Gina, whose real name is Gina LaMonte, wrote the song Nine Toes the Bard in the third quarter of 2015. And in a strange case of life imitating art 10 months later she literally became Nine Toes.

I was in the hospital the day after my surgery playing Nine Toes for the nurses, Mama Gina said. Theyre crying and laughing and theyre saying Did you just write that? And I go, No, thats the really funny part I wrote this last year.

Over the past decade at such festivals as the Florida Pagan Gathering, Pagan Spirit Gathering, CalderaFest, Phoenix Phyre in Lakeland, Fla., and many others, Mama Gina has performed such songs as Summer of the Fae, Cerridwens Cauldron, Ravens of the Nine Worlds, The Empress Down Rattlesnake Road and musical tales of Coyote, the Morrighan, Oshun and Freya.

Festival-goers gathered around a campfire as the rhythms of a nearby drum circle spiraled into the night sky may have heard Mama Gina announce, OK, Im gonna channel the dead chick. Whereby she would toss back her long auburn hair, guzzle a metaphorical cup of gravel and proceed to conjure a dead-on imitation of Janis Joplin singing Mercedes Benz.

But channeling this Nine Toes chick, which Gina, a former paralegal, has described as this 15th-century Welsh lass . . . well, thats a different story.

She literally showed up in the hospital, Gina said of that fateful day after the surgeon er, the dragon? took her toe.

Maybe it was the combination of antibiotics they had me on. Maybe it was the fact I...

4D Ultrasound Scan: What Is It? (Based on Latest Medical Research) "IndyWatch Feed Health"

4D ultrasound scans allow parents to see real-time images of their baby moving around inside the womb. 4D ultrasound tests also give doctors new opportunities to diagnose health issues with the growing baby that were never possible before. 4D scans let parents and doctors see real-life video images of your unborn babys mouth, nose, hands, and other features. You might even see your baby yawning, gripping with hands, or even smiling!

4D ultrasound scans are not yet standard practice in all hospitals or pre-natal clinics. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay extra for a 4D scan, or it could even be covered by your medical insurance. However, for many mothers and fathers, seeing their baby move around in the womb on a 4D scan video is much better than a black and white, grainy 2D ultrasound scan.

What are the benefits of a 4D ultrasound scan during pregnancy? Is a 4D ultrasound safe during pregnancy? Are there any risks associated with 4D scans?

In this article, I will look at the latest medical research on the benefits of 4D scans. I will also look at some of the health issues that doctors can detect in unborn babies with a 4D ultrasound scan.

What is 4D Ultrasound Scan During Pregnancy?

An ultrasound scan or sonogram using 4D technology is a way to capture live video of an unborn baby. The journal Critical Reviews in Biomedical Engineering explains that 4D ultrasound imaging provides doctors with rich visual information. This information can be assessed and used to make sure that the baby is developing properly.1

The 4D ultrasound scan also allows parents to keep a fetal keepsake video of their baby.

According to the journal Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, 3D or 4D ultrasonography lets clinicians obtain 3-dimensional images that were never available with traditional 2D scans. These pictures or videos can give the parents a demonstration of how the baby is growing. The 4D ultrasound scan also allows doctors to diagnose any defects in the babys growth.2

In other words, whereas 2D ultrasound produces two-dimensional images of the baby, 3D and 4D ultrasound produce both a three dimensional picture, but the 4D ultrasound adds another dimension movement, so it is like watching a live video.

How is the 4D Ultrasound Scan Done?

A 4D scan using ultrasound wave is carried out in the same way as any other ultrasound scan.

Recent Studies Provide Evidence of a Fourth Dimension "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Wrapping our heads around the idea of a 4th dimension is not as crazy as it might sound. Physicists have been working to explore this possibility for quite some time.

Two more recent studies published in the journal Nature have seemed to provide evidence in different manners of a fourth dimension. These two papers both focused on very different experimental approaches. That being said, they both came to similar conclusions about the fourth dimension.

These researchers set out to observe the quantum Hall effect which is the movement of electrons within a material limited to two dimensions. As this material passes through a magnetic field perpendicularly it can be extended in four spatial dimensions. Our world exists in three spatial dimensions and these researchers set out to see the effects of a fourth spatial dimension detected within our three-dimensional word.

For one of these two experiments, researchers studied the behavior of light particles moving through a specially made glass that bounced light back and forth between its edges. They noted irregularities that could only be made possible if a fourth dimension was working without being seen.

Mikael Rechtsman, a professor at Penn State University who worked on one of these papers told Gizmodo as follows:

Physically, we dont have a 4D spatial system, but we can access 4D quantum Hall physics using this lower-dimensional system because the higher-dimensional system is coded in the complexity of the structure,

Maybe we can come up with new physics in the higher dimension and then design devices that take advantage the higher-dimensional physics in lower dimensions.

Both studies seem to have been brought to the same conclusion, there is evidence of the fourth dimension on some level. That being said, we cannot access the 4D world. We are stuck in 3D. You can gain a bit more insight of the fourth dimension by checking out the video below. Think of it as if we were in a video game on a 2D level threw into a 3D world, our perspective would not change but minor differences or distortions would be noted, right?

While we cant visit the fourth dimension in time we will better understand it. We have plenty of evidence that it does exist. What do you think about all of this?

Bugging Out Equipment List. WHAT & WHY. "IndyWatch Feed Survival"

I decided to post this because when I read lists of other peoples modern equipment for bugging out I often see items that I cant make sense of. Items that are NOT sustainable & seem of very little use. Some say well I use this until it breaks & then I throw it away. The problem with that is that this equipment has taken up room, added weight to the pack, can leave sign to track you by if you dont dispose of it properly, & meanwhile you could have used this space & weight to either carry a better piece of equipment, or you could have left it out & saved room & weight. If you can afford to throw it away, then you dont need it in the first place.
Anyway, here is my list. Please feel free to comment, different people sometimes see things in a different way & I like to hear other peoples point of view.

Why?  Large calibre smoothbore has a lot of knock down power with a round ball, very versatile using bird shot, buckshot, or round ball or a combination of any two of these, able to use other projectiles found in nature, only requires a siliceous rock for ignition which can be found in nature, the lock is easy to repair, if the lock breaks & there are no spare parts I can use it as a matchlock or tinderlock & keep using it, I can use the lock to make fire without the use of gunpowder, I can make my own black powder, I can retrieve spent lead from shot game & reuse it, I can mould my own round ball & shot.

The Power Of Positive Thinking (Inspiring Story)

Zig Ziglar

9 days after Zig Ziglar was born, he stopped breathing. Sadly, the doctor laid the lifeless body on the bed and then his grandmother held his body close and began whispering in his ear. Miraculously, he revived in her arms.

He was 5 when his father died and 2 days later, his baby sister died too. He was raised The 10th out of 12 children by his widowed mother during the great depression. At 7 he was already helping to support his family, by selling their vegetables and milk, his dream, was to be a navy pilot. When he was 20, he fell in love and married a woman called Jean. In order to support his new family, he quit school, abandoned his dream and sold pots and pans.
Life as a salesman was unpredictable and so for years, the couple struggled financially. Sometimes he could only afford a few gallons of gas, so wherever his car rolled to a stop is where he would start working door-to-door. He maintained a positive attitude about everything, he made a promise to his wife about how good things were going to be.

Refusing to accept defeat, he decided instead to spread his message of positivity

He began travelling to churches, schools and clubs, sharing lessons about the power of positive thinking

Every night he wrote down all the great things he would accomplish the next day, when the company he worked for dissolved, he decided to sell the product he knew best: his own energy and optimism. He turned full-time motivational speaking, helping countless people achieve their dreams. When he read a positive article in the paper, he placed it in a folder called Inspirational Stories building a library of material to share in his seminars.

By 1975 he had written, See you at the top a book of his most inspiring thoughts and stories. It was rejected by 30 different publishers before it was finally printed. It has now sold more than 2 million copies worldwide.

One of the worlds most trusted experts on motivation, he travelled over 5 million miles in his 40-year career, hosting seminars from all walks of life as well as advising Fortune 500 CEOS to US Presidents. We Compiled Stats for the Top JavaScript Projects of 2017. Heres What We Learned. "IndyWatch Feed Education"

Announcing 2017s JavaScript Rising Stars

Every morning at 6:00 a.m. Japan Time, theres a tiny piece of code stored somewhere in the cloud. It wakes up, hits the GitHub API, and then goes back to sleep until the next day.

It then takes that GitHub data, compiles the number of stars for a pre-selected range of JavaScript projects, and then stores those stars in the BestOfJS.org database.

And then, once a year, we take all this accumulated data and use it to figure out the most popular JavaScript projects of the year, also known as the JavaScript Rising Stars.

Lets see what we learned.

Vue.js Is Number One (Again)

Just like last year, Vue.js is the JavaScript project that has accumulated the most new stars in 2017.

Now this doesnt mean its the most popular project in terms of total number of stars (that would still be React, with 85,589 stars), but it does make it the fastest-growing two years in a row. And at that rate, Vue should overtake React in about six months!

Also be sure to check out our special write-up by none other than Vue creator Evan You himself!

Reacts Strength Is Its Ecosystem

Despite Vues success, React is doing great as well.

While React itself isnt adding stars at quite the same rate (as should be expected for an older project), the true success story is the React ecosystem:

The five top projects have accumulated a collective total of 67.9k stars, vs 44.4k for the Vue ecosystem.

Also, now that all this license drama is behind it, the last major barrier to adoption for React may have fallen down. So itll be interesting to see how things evolve in 2018.

Parcel Got More Stars In A Month Than Most Projects Do In a Whole Year

Youd think that when it comes to yearly rankings, launching your project in December would pretty much destroy any chances of placing in the top 20.

Dont tell that to Parcel though: it managed to accumulate over 14k stars in less than one month, shoot...

Becoming Your Authentic Self Does Not Involve Finding Happiness "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.
Albert Camus

Feeling good all the time is great and it would be awesome if we could all he happy all the time. That being said, life doesnt work like that. Happiness is not something to be found, it comes from within.

In life, we all need to be more focused on becoming the best versions of ourselves that we can possibly be. In becoming the best possible versions of ourselves, happiness will come. You cannot become truly happy by being so self-oriented all the time.

There is a lot to be gained through experiencing emotions other than happiness. We need to feel sadness, anger, and other things of the sort. There is a power in the negativity that can be turned into something positive.

When we suppress the bad things that happen in life we are not allowing ourselves to feel the things we need to feel. Sometimes things need to tear us apart to help build us up. Everything happens for a reason, even the bad things.

Rather than focusing on forcing happiness on ourselves, we have to work to transform the negative things into positive things. We have to look for the meaning behind everything to better ourselves. There is so much to learn from pain.

Happiness and the pursuit of happiness are not all that people make it out to be. We should not be pursuing happiness, we should be experiencing all that we can. There is no sense in trying to force yourself to feel a way that you do not feel. Happiness will come when you least expect it.

Once we truly give up the pursuit of happiness we can truly begin becoming who we were meant to be. Let go of any and everything that does not serve you. Free yourself and focus on becoming better. Help others and in doing that, help yourself.

One of the greatest regrets in life is being what others would want you to be, rather than being yourself.

8 Ways to Shift the Energy in Your Home in the Right Direction "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

We are surrounded by energies in every area of our lives, impacting our decisions, feelings, emotions, and ability to succeed in all that we do. By controlling the energies that we allow ourselves to be exposed to, we can, ultimately, work to influence our lives on a great scale.

The Law of Attraction states that what we focus on and put out into the world we will receive back in return. When looking at energy, if you embody negative energies, putting negativity out into the world, you will receive negativity in response. Conversely, if you make the effort to ensure that you are surrounding your self in positivity, and sending positivity out into the world, you will be blessed with positive energy in return. The deciding factor is you, and the effort you are willing to put into it.

Source: New Moon Beginnings

While we cant always control the energies that others are bringing into our lives, we can decide which energy we will allow to take residence. By actively banishing negative energy from our homes, workspaces as well as from ourselves, we can make room to welcome positivity in its place.

Cleanse your home of negative energies using these 8 techniques:

#1 Crystals

The use of healing crystals is well documented over the years. Each type of stone or crystal carries its own healing ability, allowing the practitioner to heal ailments, banish negativity, attract positivity and protect yourself and your loved ones. Some well-known crystals for banishing negativity include jade, amethyst, quartz, citrine, and amber. These crystals can be worn in the form of jewelry, or placed in the room that you are looking to cleanse.

Blockchain for Dummies, sorry, for Idiots. "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

5 reasons why a mainstream blockchain product is the next big thing:

All the buzz and noise about Bitcoin in this last year has made me understand one thing: I must start earning in crypto. Maybe some of you readers are big, smart asses and you have your impressive portfolio of investments.

But I am in my early 30s after a divorce that didnt leave me much, I dont even have the smallest amount to invest and enjoy this world of crypto and blockchain. I only have my skills, which I will tell you more about later, and I guess that like me- there are many, many millions out there in the world.

So, I went out searching for the perfect blockchain product, platform, or ICO, and I promised to myself (and to my new girlfriend that was impressed by my knowledge in crypto) that Im not coming back without the perfect guide, and at least 1 or 2 findings.

As someone that studied and assessed the crypto and blockchain space deeply in the last year (one of my strongest abilities) and read almost every piece of information, watched all the leading Youtubers and Webinars in the crypto world and investigated dozens of startups in this sphere, or ICOs, I understand one thing; The king is pretty much naked.

So, Im here to talk about the fact that most of the projects seem massive and unclear.

Most of these crypto projects dont even have any existing products, and it all sounds so complicated. Its exactly what I dont need, and I recommend for you to follow my lead in getting involved in mainstream blockchain products. That is how I came up with the brilliant headline of this article.

After all, blockchain and crypto should make our lives better, open our lives to new opportunities, and really ease the transfer of payments and information. The accessibility level should be increased, so why the hell is it so complicated and not user-friendly? Why cant I start earning in crypto tomorrow?

So, in this pile of noise and clutter, I definitely found some pearls of wisdom that made sense and fit the simplicity and rationality I was looking for. Two platforms that easily integrate crypto into daily life are Steemit and Vanywhere. Steemit is an existing content-driven medium that allows users to earn crypto for their submissions. If you have a knack for creating content, it could be a good platform for you. By submitting original work related to different topics, users can become of the community.

Secondly, Vanywhere is a soon to be launched skill-sharing platform that enables Skillers to earn in crypto, that is simplified and accessible, even for crypto beginners. Vanywhere has found a way to break the barriers of complicated entryways for cryptocurrency simply by creating a platform where you can share your skills in different...

React shouldComponentUpdate demystified "IndyWatch Feed Education"

Photo by mile Perron on Unsplash

While developing in React have you ever wondered when and why a components render() method is run? Or when to use less obvious lifecycle methods shouldComponentUpdate()?

If the answer is yes your app might have performance issues. Read through and you will be able to fix them easily.

It all comes down to how React works under the hood. Reacts big promise is that it is blazing fast at rendering elements on a page.

To do this React keeps in memory two versions of the DOM:

It compares the two and updates the displayed DOM with only the parts that have changed. This process is called tree reconciliation. The root of the tree evaluated for reconciliation is a component which props have changed.

Great. Now whether you planned for it or not, your web app follows the container/presentational components split to some extent. See here and here for definitions. This means that each complex view in your app is made of a container component that holds the logic and has a lot of display only components as children.

This is a very good pattern. If you look closer though it means that any user interaction on the view will affect the container itself and trigger a render of it and all its children. Say you have a list of elements with a fancy display of text, image and an Add to favourites yellow star like button. The minimal model for a list element could be:

product = {
imageUrl: '...',
title: '...',
isFavourite: false
}

The list of favourites could come from another source of data. Regardless, your components organisation probably looks something like this:

elements={this.props.elements}
onElementChanged={this.props.onElementChanged}

Nimitz UFO-Video: Alleged Trace to German Film Production Company Leads to a Mysterious Dead End "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Saarbrucken (Germany) While the media interest in the unveiling of a secret UFO research program by the US Department of Defense through the New York Times is still unbroken, independent researchers are investigating the information and videos presented. Especially for the alleged UFO-encounter of the USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier Combat Group in November 2004, which was actually well confirmed by at least two military eyewitnesses, the trace of the accompanying video leads to a German film production company, whose specialties are also 2- and 3D animation and special effects. The leading German newsblog on frontier science and the paranormal Grenzwissenschaft-Aktuell.de (GreWi) investigated. The result is all the more mysterious

As GreWi already reported last October, the circumstances of the incident have been known at least since 2015 through an article on the US-American aviation and military website FighterSweep.com.

Furthermore a video of the on-board camera and tracing system (ATFLIR) of one of the fighter interceptors involved in the USS-Nimitz UFO-encounter is supposed to show the object and have been available online since 2007.

Please find a full documentary with further information and discussion of the video HERE
Please find another documentary HERE

In fact, since 2007 the so-called WaybackMachine of the internet archive Web.Archive.org shows a download-option for the video under the name f4.mpg via the website or server of the German film production company Vision Unlimited (VU) based at the town of Uhingen. VUs specialties include 2- and 3D animations as well as special effects.

Understandably, this fact still raises doubts among many observers, investigators and skeptics about the authenticity and origin of the video, which is described by the New York Times and the To The Stars Academy as officially released by the US government.

GreWi-Editor Andreas Muller asked the manager of Vision Unlimited, Mr. Philip Schneider about the above described situation and he explains:
Unfortunately, I cant help at all. We dont know where the file came from and can only say that it hasnt been on the server for a long time since. Because the case is so strange, we also wanted to investigate. But quickly this showed to be fruitless because the file was on an old server and all data (LOGs etc.) are no longer available. Ive also talked to former employees who had access to the server, but no one could tell me anything about it. On a further inquiry to clarify that the video in question is NOT a product of Vision Unlimited, Schneider summarizes the situation again from VU...

CIA Pilot: 250 Million Citizens Are Living Inside Our Moon "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Former CIA pilot John Lear has sensationally claimed that the Moon is currently home to well over 250 million citizens.

Lear claims the Moons citizens are hybrid humanoid aliens who live beneath the lunar surface, working in huge laboratories on jointly run projects with the U.S. government.

Anonymous reports: Everything you heard about the Moon is a lie, exclaimed Mr. Lear.

He said he has discovered secret structures on the Moon and furthermore, showed some images that allegedly show proof of these artificial formations.

Amateur astronomers have recently recorded something that looks like a holograph projection of the Moons surface.

There are many conspiracy theorists that believe that some kind of a science or technology is hiding the structures on the moon. So, this holographic technology might actually be the one that covers them up.

The first visits to the Moon most probably happened thanks to the Teslas anti-gravity craft.

I cant prove this of course or Id be dead already. I cant show you a picture of the USS Enterprise up there now. Its just what makes sense knowing the technology gained after the US government pumped billions or trillions into all of Teslas research, claims Lear.

In Lears video, you can observe some photos taken from an observatory in 1946. They apparently show a big catastrophe that happened north-west from the Endymion crater.

He further continues explaining how the Moon was made inside of Jupiter 40 million years ago. Allegedly, during the last ice age, 15,000 years ago, the electromagnet trajectory was stuck in the Earths orbit. Thus, he claims, the big cities, civilizations and bases on the Moon started showing up.

Lear described the Moons citizens as humanoid aliens. He also said that among them there is also the race of the Greys, but they live under the Moons surface, working in enormous laboratories.

To sound even weirder, he said that the Earth is actuall...

How to Use SnapKit to Write Constraints Programmatically for iOS Apps "IndyWatch Feed Education"

Thats a horizontal constraint that will center a subview on the X axis of its superview. Not so easy to read not to mention writing that for every constraint gets old fast. Still, I wanted to ditch storyboards so I searched for an alternative. Thats when I found SnapKit.

SnapKit has a clear and concise API that makes writing constraints in the code a breeze. Im going to go through a few really basic examples of what can be done in SnapKit.

Ill be going over:

  1. Laying out a subview in its superview
  2. Laying out subviews relative to each other
  3. Updating and animating constraints

Getting started

Make sure you download SnapKit in your project. I use Cocoapods for 3rd party libraries.

Add pod 'SnapKit' to your Podfile and run pod install. Now write import SnapKit at the top of the file you want to use it in.

Laying out a subview in its superview

First off Ill pin a subview to the edges of its superview:

let subview = UIView()
view.addSubview(subview)
subview.snp.makeConstraints { (make) in
make.top.equalTo(view)
make.bottom.equalTo(view)
make.left.equalTo(view)
make.right.equalTo(view)
}

This will set constraints for the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the subview to the corresponding edges of its superview with a constant of 0.

The subview pinned to its superviews edges with a constant of 0

Notice that I add the subview to the superview before I setting the subviews constraints. If you write constraints for views that arent already added to the superview, it will throw a fatal runtime error when the view loads.

Is this REAL TRUTH about Pentagon UFO video that convinced world aliens may exist? "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

US Navy radar footage of a mystery object with glowing aura said to defy physics also created headlines of we are not alone across the globe.

The clip was released by Luis Elizondo, a former US intelligence officer, who ran the Pentagons Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP) before defecting to join To The Stars Academy, formed by former Blink 182 singer Tom DeLonge to expose the truth about the UFO phenomenon.

Mr Elizondo said after outing the AATIP that it is likely we are not alone.

Former US navy pilot David Fravor also came forward with his account of an inexplicable flying object that defied physics that was caught on his radar.

The combination of revelations, witness accounts, and the startling video had the UFO community in a frenzy, with many convinced an imminent announcement from the US Government that it is aware intelligent aliens are visiting Earth would follow.

A still from the US Navy footage (left) and an object snapped by a pilot.

But doubt has now been cast on whether the object shown in the video is even a UFO.

Sceptics at debunking website Metabunk.org have been analysing the footage to see if it does in fact defy physics as claimed.

Mick West, administrator of Metabunk.org, who has poured cold water on may previous claims of evidence of UFOs, came to the conclusion it could just be a misidentified plane in the far distance.

He wrote in a forum discussion about the video: Im thinking the black shape around the object is some kind of IR flare/glare.

I think its probably a distant aircraft, as when the camera moves, the position of the object moves in sync with the far clouds, which tends to indicate its part of the environment.

We know that the shape of a very bright IR source, like the engine of a plane, can be much bigger than the object itself.

Peter Dutton Labels Victoria A S***hole "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

Minister for Home Affairs Peter Dutton has ramped up his attack on the State of Victoria by labelling it a s***hole.

Look I stand by my statement that Victoria is, pardon the French a s***hole, said an unrepentent Minister Dutton. I mean have you been there, they have coffee shops in alleys just covered in graffitti and have you seen Federation square. Who designed that it looks like a crumpled up shipping container.

And dont get me started on the militant gangs that roam the city, forcing people out of restaurants.

When asked if he had experienced these gangs in person the Minister replied: I have, last August I was in town on a Saturday afternoon when a hoard of people dresssed in black and white came marching out of Flinders street station heading towards the MCG. They were chanting these tribal chants one went, Collingwood, Collingwood. Over and over, it was truly terrifying.

It was put to the Minister that he had confused a group of AFL fans for gangs to which he replied: I am the Minister for Home Affairs I dont mistakes. Besides people dont go to football games on masse have you ever seen an NRL game broadcast from Sydney, the crowd rarely hits double figures.

Patasola: The Destructive Femme Fatale of the South American Jungle "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Ancient civilizations who navigated the unforgiving coastlines of the North Atlantic, like the Vikings, feared, worshiped, and mythologized a pantheon of unforgiving sea creatures with origins half in this world and half in much, much darker places. Seductive sirens, alluring mer-folk and enchanting sea witches joined together to create the mythology of oceanic peoples; while the Shamans of jungle locked cultures toiled with similarly malevolent spirits in the form of insect, plant, and animal spirits, entities, and gods.

Found within folklore and mythological systems at distant parts of the globe, characters and personality types can be found playing out similar roles and activities, with stared outcomes and underlying moral instruction. This observation, according to Dr. Carl Gustav Jung, can be explained with his concept of the Collective Unconscious. Simply put, archetypal personalities and character types appear in the myths of cultures all over the world, transcending material constraints such as race, location, and even time.

An Old, Dangerous Archetype

Deservedly, standing in the hall of Jungian archetypal gods, the seductress, the femme fatale (French for Deadly Woman) is one of the oldest female archetypes. Although there has been great diversity in how she has been portrayed, she has some core traits which are found in every account, no matter where the story is told. She is always a sexy, manipulative, cynical, sexual predatorand often villainous.

This seductive, mysterious and alluring woman, enchants, charms, and ensnares would-be lovers into compromising, dangerous, and often deadly situations. She appears at fundamental levels in most ancient cosmologies, religions, philosophies, ancient holy books, folk stories, and fairytales where in the latter she is often the evil step-mother; for example, in Hansel and Gretel and Cinderella. This intelligent and witty temptress has starred in movies like  Gone with the Wind, Fatal Attraction, Double Indemnity,  and Basic Instinct,  and she appears today in pop-fictional works such as the character Poison Ivy in  Batman and Mystique in  X-Men. She is the polar sexual opposite of the hero.

PMID:  Drug Discov Ther. 2017 Nov 22 ;11(5):230-237. Epub 2017 Oct 11. PMID: 29021502 Abstract Title:  Structural analysis of an innate immunostimulant from broccoli, Brassica oleracea var. italica. Abstract:  Vegetables are eaten as part of a healthy diet throughout the world, and some are also applied topically as a traditional medicine. We evaluated the innate immunostimulating activities of hot water extracts of various vegetables using the silkworm muscle contraction assay system, and found that broccoli, Brassica oleracea var. italica, contains a strong innate immunostimulant. We purified the innate immunostimulant from broccoli, and characterized the chemical structure by chemical analyses and NMR spectroscopy. The innate immunostimulant comprised galacturonic acid, galactose, glucose, arabinose, and rhamnose, and had a pectic-like polysaccharide structure. To determine the structural motif involved in the innate immunostimulating activity, we modified the structure by chemical and enzymatic treatment, and found that the activity was attenuated by pectinase digestion. These findings suggest that a pectic-like polysaccharide purified from broccoli has innate immune-stimulating activity, for which the polygalacturonic acid structure is necessary.

Between November 2013 and September 2014, I was in direct contact with the CDC Whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson. I recently wrote about my interactions with Dr. Thompson in an editorial piece that appeared in the winter 2017 edition of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons (22:119).

One of the key issues that I discussed with Dr. Thompson was the relationship between thimerosal and tics, based on CDCs own publications.

showed a clear, statistically significant increase in both motor and phonic tics in boys in a high thimerosal exposure group as compared to a low thimerosal exposure group.

The literature regarding thimerosal and tics (both motor and phonic) is quite compelling. Several of CDCs own studies show that high levels of thimerosal exposure via infant vaccines can lead to tics later in life.

Thompson et al. 2007 (NEJM 357:1281) showed a clear, statistically significant increase in both motor and phonic tics in boys in a high thimerosal exposure group as compared to a low thimerosal exposure group. This relationship was reaffirmed in 2012 by Barile et al. (2012 J Pediatric Psychol 37:106) when the same data were analyzed using a more rigorous method.

The 11 Most Dangerous Medications on the Planet "IndyWatch Feed Fertility"

As a society we have been conditioned to trust in medical science, buying into the latest medical advances. We are bombarded with television ads and online articles pushing the importance of the newest vaccine.

In a world of ever-advancing technology and cutting-edge science, it is no wonder that a large portion of the population will blindly buy into the information put before them without a second thought.

The truth, however, is that we all need to take the time to do our research and educate ourselves. Not only are incredible medical advances catching the attention of the mass media so too are the lawsuits that follow when vaccinations and medications go horribly wrong. While I will not discount the many positive aspects of our current medical system, there are some medications and treatments that have the potential to cause more harm than good. Whether associated with frightening side effects or highly addictive, these medications and vaccinations should be avoided if at all possible.

Here are 11 of the most dangerous medicines currently on the planet:

#1 Benzodiazepines

A widely used class of psychoactive drugs, benzodiazepines, including the well-known drug valium, are prescribed as both anti-anxiety and antidepressant treatments. This sedative class of drugs has some surprising side effects including euphoria, depersonalization, and aggression. It is also, however, associated with symptoms of psychosis and psychopathy, causing abusers to often engage in incredibly risky behavior.

#2 Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine

Currently circulating mainstream media, being praised as the solution to the risk of cervical cancer faced by women everywhere, developers of the HPV vaccine dont want you to know the shocking truth. The manufacturers have been sued for millions of daughters by families whose teen daughters have experienced chronic or permanent side effects, anaphylactic shock or even been left in a coma after getting the vaccine.

How to Heal Your Body Naturally Through Fasting "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

Fasting is something many people talk about for many different reasons. Whether they are spiritual reasons or health reasons, it is something we can all benefit from.

Dr. Arnold Ehret who was responsible for beginning what is known as the Mucusless Diet actually went over fasting quite a bit throughout his works. In his book Rational Fasting he called it natures operating table. Ehret believed that fasting was crucial and that we should all partake. He says that when we leave our bodies alone like that we are allowing them to heal themselves.

Fasting can be done in a ton of different ways. Some people like to go on juice fasts and others merely take in nothing but water. They are done for mere days to even long periods of time though I do not suggest going for months on end, our bodies do still need nourishment. You can fast in any way you see fit but depend on the kind of fasting you are doing your results will vary.

There is no doubt about it, the diet we consume in current times is not a good one. Overly processed foods, fast foods, dairy, and everything else is only going to cause issues in the end. The way we eat now is weighing down on us heavily. It is overburdening our digestive system and causing stress on our bodies.

According to Ehret, dry fasting is the best means of fasting but is something that should be done in moderation and not something the average Joe should jump right into. Dry fasting for those who may not be aware is a type of fasting that involves abstaining from food and water. Sounds terrifying now doesnt it? Well, its not as scary as it sounds.

In the book Dry Medical Fasting: Myths and Reality Dr. Sergi Ivanovich Filonov says that when we dry fast, our body switches on its detoxification pathways and works to cleanse the body. Because the body is being starved of water stronger cells eat the weaker cells and in the long run, our blood and lymph are purified through an internal filtration process.

Now, Dr. Mercola even suggests fasting on some level is beneficial. That being said, the kind of fasting you see Dr. Mercola talking about the most is called intermittent fasting. This is more or less scheduled eating and it helps people lose weight and reduce the risks of chronic diseases like diabetes. If done correctly intermittent fasting is awesome. You can learn more about that by clicking here.

New Survey Says Adults Who Rarely or Never Attend Church More Likely to Cheat on Spouse

Adults who didnt grow up in intact families and those who rarely or never attend religious services are more likely than others to have cheated on their spouse, according to a new study. The Demographics of Infidelity in America, found that the rate of infidelity among those who attend a worship service at least once a week or several times a month or a year is 14 percent, as opposed to 19 percent among those who attend a religious service once a year or less.

A persons political identity and family background are also related to whether or not they cheat, said the study released last week by Wendy Wang, director of research at the Institute for Family Studies. Fifteen percent of adults who grew up with both biological parents have cheated on their spouse before, compared with 18 percent of those who didnt grow up in intact families, pointed out the study. A Beautiful Explanation Why You are a Microcosm of The Macrocosm by a Professional Energy Worker "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

There is a popular saying, As above so below, as within so without.

This adage is said to have its origins from the Greek, Hermes Trismegistus, also known as Thoth in ancient Egypt and acknowledged as a scribe for the Gods.

Hermes was credited with thousands of writings of high standing, reputed to be of immense antiquity.

This principle of correspondence speaks to the mirror-image relationship between all cosmos. It simply says that the greater and the lesser are alike. The Universe and Earth are of the same pattern. Nature and man reflect each other. By observing one relation you gain knowledge of the reflected whole.

To put it another way, the meaning of as above so below is that everything is a microcosm of the macrocosm.

We see the same patterns reproduced in all levels of the cosmos, from the largest scale all the way down to the smallest sub-atomic substance, including the metaphysical.

Contemplate the macrocosm as The Universe and the microcosm being You. Deeper inquiry into this idea can bring some pretty potent revelation. The Universe is part of All That Is, which is the same as God, the ultimate creator entity. Everywhere there is conscious life, all made from the exact same core substance.

This substance is vibrating through patterns of energy, of light and of sound. This core vibrational pattern of the ultimate principal entity is the same as the human. The human pattern is the same as the cell. The cells vibrational pattern is the same as the atom.

Lets consider the innate cognition in the very nucleus of the globular atom. For years, scientists have known that atoms are intelligently driven particles of energy that can discriminate and choose.

Atoms possess cognitive qualities such as the ability to select and reject, to attract and repulse. They also demonstrate th...

Blockchain Technology Is Changing the Logistics Industry "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Blockchain is gaining momentum in a number of growing industries. Because of the rise in popularity of Bitcoin, Blockchain technology has proven useful in the financial arena. A growing number entrepreneurs are utilizing Blockchain to transform a number of industries.

Blockchain is known for driving greater transparency and security across the digital information ecosystem. Armed with this knowledge many startup companies are beginning to implement use cases for the nascent technology.

This has caused a heightened awareness around the technology in areas stretching from payments to public policy. As popularity grows, the need for more information and training will increase as well. Learning how these industries are using Blockchain to advance their companies is becoming more and more accessible with more events and conferences happening every day.
