Injective (INJ) Gains Reach 9%
Injective (INJ) protocol has been behind Kaspa (KAS) when it comes to gains. He promptly walked out the front door 10 minutes later without his uniform on anymore. The worst thing about it was the manager was an insanely laid back guy. Hell, the whole restaurant was insanely laid back. You really had to try hard to get fired from this place. MATIC Price Needs Quick Reversal
The 1-day chart of MATIC reveals that MATIC lost the bull line, the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) last Thursday. The indicator served as Polygons key support on March 10 and again in late March this year.
Since breaking below the 200-day EMA, currently at $1.0521, MATIC failed to rise above it. If there is no timely recovery and another rejection (like yesterday), MATIC could fall towards the support level at $0.81.
However, with an RSI of 35 on the 1-day chart, MATIC is near oversold territory. So, this price could be the biggest pain for now. On the other hand, regaining the 200-day EMA could avoid this scenario. As then, the 23.6% Fibonacci level at $1.09 is expected to come into focus.
A dynamic move above this area would open the possibility for a rise towards the 38.2% Fibonacci level at $1.185. In this area at the latest, greater selling pressure from the bears can be expected.
Afterwards, the next target of great importance is the 50% Fibonacci level at $1.25. In mid-March, MATIC got rejected at this level and thus failed to achieve a reversal towards the February high.

Bitcoin (BTC) experienced a flash crash yesterday in which the price plummeted from $29,800 to as low as $27,243 in just 60 minutes. The reasons for this violent price movement, which has not been seen on the Bitcoin chart for a long time, has caused speculations about what caused the crash.
The popular Twitter account db (@tier10k) and crypto market intelligence firm Arkham Intelligence are in the crosshairs of the speculation. But what happened?
Bad Data Responsible For Bitcoin Flash Crash?
The crash was allegedly due to a wallet move by the US government and the sell-off of Mt. Gox Bitcoins. The Twitter account db sent out an automated tweet at 4:08 pm EST (8:08 pm UTC) that stated, [DB] Mt Gox and US Govt Wallets Making Transactions, which proved to be false.

Arkham Intelligence denies sending out erroneous messagesto certain users. But @tier10k also denied making a mistake: [DB] Arkham: A Bug Fix Deployed Today Caused Alerts to Be Sent Erroneously to Small Subset of Users, the account wrote as justification, explaining in a follow-up tweet:
Had to wait to get clarification from Arkham, did not want to point the finger incorrectly. Believe they will make a statement soon. Will use multiple on-chain providers going forward.
For its part, Arkham conducted an investigation DB Alert situation and determined that Arkham alerts were sent correctly in this case. The platform claims that DB set two alerts for all Bitcoin transactions worth more than $10,000 and named those alerts Mt Gox and US Gov.
Thus, Arkhams account of events suggests that DB inferred the transactions of specific Bitcoin addresses from the designations he himself assigned.
When we fixed a bug causing us to not send alerts on configs like this, he then correctly received many alerts based on his parameters. No one received inaccurate alerts, they simply began receiving the alerts they had previously set, Arkham states.
Remarkably, Arkham also clarifies that dbs tweets did not trigger Bitcoins flash crash. According to Arkhams research, the crash began before dbs tweet, as the drop occurred between 19:17 and 20:01 UTC (15:17 and 16:01 EST), and the alerts and tweet were sent aft...

SOL Price Prediction: Solana Topside Bias Vulnerable Unless It Surges Past $23 "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"
Solana is struggling below the $23 resistance against the US Dollar. SOL price could decline again if there is a clear move below the $20 support.

Bitcoin Price Saw Increase In Volatility, Heres Why The Bulls Are Safe "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"
Bitcoin price saw a couple of wild moves above the $28,500 pivot level. BTC is now rising and showing positive signs above the $28,800 level.
- Bitcoin climbed sharply and then nosedived to revisit the $27,250 support.
- The price is trading above $28,000 and the 100 hourly Simple moving average.
- There is a key bullish trend line forming with support near $27,800 on the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair (data feed from Kraken).
- The pair could continue to rise if it clears the $29,400 and $29,500 resistance levels.
Bitcoin Price Regains Traction
Bitcoin price started a major increase from the $27,000 support zone. BTC climbed over $2,000 and broke the $29,250 resistance zone. It even tested the $30,000 resistance before the bears appeared.
There was a sharp decline from the $30,037 high. Bitcoin dived over $2,000 and retested the $27,250 support where the bulls emerged. The price is now rising and trading above $28,000. It is also above $28,200 and the 100 hourly Simple moving average. Besides, there is a key bullish trend line forming with support near $27,800 on the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair.
The bulls pushed the price above the 50% Fib retracement level of the downward move from the $30,037 swing high to the $27,258 low. Immediate resistance is near the $29,400 level.

On April 8, at 11:57 a.m. EDT, some observers in Maine caught a glimpse of a bright fireball above them. The meteorite was detected by NASA's Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) Lab. American Meteor Society eyewitnesses also note the event, the 2,002nd of 2023. Despite the frequency of meteorites being sited, very few (around 10) are recovered each year. NASA calculated the strewn field where particles are likely to be found along the Canadian border near Calais, Maine. The area is heavily wooded, and the fragments are likely to be dark and charred. None have been recovered so far, but the museum would like to change that.

American toy company Mattel continues to expand its range of diverse and inclusive Barbies with its latest additiona doll with Down syndrome. This model is part of the Barbie Fashionistas line, a collection that features dolls of different body types, ethnicities, disabilities, and more. With this new Barbie, toy manufacturer Mattel hopes to help more children find representations of themselves in the toys they play with.
The Down syndrome doll was made in collaboration with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) in the U.S., which oversaw the design of the Barbie to ensure it included characteristics of those who have the condition, including a shorter frame and longer torso. There are also many thoughtful details incorporated into the outfit of the Barbie. For instance, her puff-sleeve mini dress is decorated in a blue and yellow floral print with pink butterflies. Blue and yellow are the colors of Down syndrome awareness, and butterflies symbolize the condition. Even her pink neckless includes a pendant with three arrows, representing the third 21st chromosome that people with Down syndrome have. It also coordinates with the ankle foot orthoses (AFOs) which support her as she walks.

Manisha Lath Gupta was certain that she did not want to use concrete for her home in the Chandigarh region of India. Jitesh Malik is trained as an architect, artist and a landscape architect and thrives on experimenting with materials. He is committed to integrating the indoors and outdoors in artistic ways and that is exactly what he did at Manishas farmhouse. She wanted a home that was sustainable, energy-efficient, aesthetic and comfortable.
Maliks experience in Auroville helped as he brought with him a wealth of expertise about earth architecture. Versatile and viable, this humble material allows for extraordinary diversity in the way it can be used. Earth enables sustainable living with breathable walls and the ability to regulate temperature, humidity, and noise naturally. We chose rammed earth for this project because it has the flexibility of concrete, is cohesive, which lessens the chances of cracks, and provides high heat capacity, explains Malik.
They did what is called a jar test to see if the earth is suitable in terms of its composition that is if it has the right balance of clay, sand and silt. They adapted the process by replacing cement as a stabilizer with locally sourced lime to great success.
The farmhouse has shallow brick domes in the living
room and bedrooms. There is a madras tile roof over the family den,
a wooden roof over the dining hall, and earthen pots embedded in
the kitchen roof. While most walls are made using rammed earth, the
house also has stone gabion walls. There is also a wall that embeds
empty glass bottles in it, creating a beautiful texture and subtle
filtering of light into the space. The house is a repository of
sustainable building practices and materials, and all its various
parts are tied together visually and structurally by an upper beam
that also serves to make the home earthquake-resistant.
The home is designed on five-acre farmland and faces a seasonal pond. Malik has skillfully integrated the built spaces with the landscapes outdoors, creating enclosed outdoor spaces, small gardens and outdoor seatingall the while ensuring natural light and excellent ventilation into the built rooms.
Sustainability for me is not just about the material; it is not a mental idea. It is not complete unless there is a deep connection, unless you are connecting a place deeply to a practice. It is not about changing the world; it is more about changing...

Six years after the release of a monumental compendium of Dutch birds, the publisher and naturalist Jan Christiaan Sepp (1739-1811) shifted his focus from avians to geology. In 1776, he issued Marmor Soorten, or The Book of Marble, a striking catalog of scientific illustrations and annotations featuring 570 types of the prized stone. This first tome was based on research published by the German engraver Adam Ludwig Wirsing and released in 11 volumes that presented the stunning, crystallized samples in exquisite hues, requiring 100 color plates to print.
A forthcoming release from Taschen reproduces Sepps monumental work in its entirety. Based on two first editions of Marmor Soorten held in collections at Dredsens State and University Library and the Getty Research Institute, the facsimile offers insight into the vast diversity of the material itself and the Enlightenment-era impulses to share knowledge and information with the public.

Bees are critical to American agriculture. They pollinate over $15 billion worth of crops across our country each year. But lately, habitat destruction and colony collapse disorder have wreaked havoc on these incredible creatures. As useful as they are to humans, bees do not receive the same care and concern over their emotional wellbeing as other agricultural animals. The tiny critters have brains the size of poppy seeds, yet recent research by ecologists such as Stephen Buchmann suggest they can learn, think, and even likely feel, much like mammals.
Buchmann's recent book, What a Bee Knows: Exploring the Thoughts, Memories and Personalities of Bees, collects the work of bee scholars as they work to unpack what goes on in their minuscule brains. What has until recently been a fringe scientific field, the insect minds of bees hold a critical place in the American economy. Buchmann's work also suggests they should hold a special place in our ethical scheme. For Buchmann and some other scientists, what they have learned about bees changes their research strategies to be more ethical, on par with the standards set for vertebrate mammals such as mice and monkeys.
Experiments, the outcomes of which are addressed in the book, illuminate the sentient secret life of bees. Lars Chittka, a University College of London professor in sensory and behavioral ecology, did an experiment 16 years ago where he hid a robotic predatory spider in flowers. More About Choosing Wood
3/8" wood is what is shown in the photos and videos. I have also done 1/2". Both work just fine, really will depend on what wood is available to you.
The depth shown in these photos and video is 1-1/2" (may be referred to as 2" when buying but it is actual dimension of 1-1/2"). I like this shallow depth because it is easy to reach in small spaces if the depth is short. Avoid tall, narrow dividers that are hard to reach in.
For wood species, I used pine. There are other options, even softer wood like balsa, or more expensive hardwoods. All work just fine. You could even use hardwood plywood that is ripped into strips.
How Much Material Do I Need?
For my one drawer shown, I used right at 1 foot of c-channel and about 2 linear feet of wood board. My advice would be to purchase the pack of c-channel from Amazon, and then just cut and use it up as...

At the time of writing, the third-generation blockchain token is seen trading at $1.07, according to Coinmarketcap data. This is only a slight increase from its 24-hour low of $1.02.

OP in this case has been helping his daughter with money and a few living expenses while shes in college.
I 47m have a 22 year old daughter. Shes in college and lives on campus. I agreed to help her make car payments, since she was in school.
Recently, a co-worker of his told him that he had seen his daughter stripping. When he confronted her she said she needs/wants the money. When he suggested she work fast food instead, she told him theres no other way to make such easy and good cash.
I was recently informed by a young man I work with that my daughter strips at a club about 40 minutes away. I confronted her on this and she said she didnt plan to do it after she graduated, and she needed some money. I told her then work at McDonalds, not use her body.
We got into an argument, and i asked her to quit stripping and get a decent job then. She refused and said stripping was easy money.
He told her since shes making such good money she can pay her own car payment, but both his daughter and wife think hes being unreasonable.
So basically I said there was no need for me to pay her car payment anymore since she is making money so easily. She got upset and said that wasnt fair, and that she doesnt make enough for that. I told her to figure it out.
She told my wife about what happened, and my wife is upset by her job of choice but says its unfair for me to stop supporting her so suddenly over an argument. I think its perfectly fair, its my money and my decision when to cut it off.

The men of the group, which is said to descend from Ishmael, son of Abraham, fashion vibrant flower crowns made from marigolds, jasmine, herbs, and other plants, wearing the handcrafted ornaments as symbols of pride and joy. Comprised of dried and fresh materials, the headpieces are donned for celebrations, to ward off sickness, and for their beauty, and the practice spans professions and age.
Omar Reda, a Lebanese photographer currently living and working in Saudi Arabia, traveled to the province in January 2021, where he met some members of the tribe. The country holds a treasure trove of hidden gems, he says, noting that hes interested in documenting the vast cultural diversity of the Arab nation. In his photographs of the flower men, Reda brings the viewer into direct confrontation with the subjects, documenting their crowns, facial expressions, and garments with close precision. The intimate portraits highlight how the uniqueness of each individual emerges through a shared practice, providing a common point of connection throughout the community.

Bitcoin Bearish Signal: NVT Golden Cross Enters Overbought Zone "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"
On-chain data shows the Bitcoin NVT Golden Cross has entered into the overbought region, something that could be bearish for the price.
Bitcoin NVT Golden Cross Has Been Going Up Recently
As pointed out by an analyst in a CryptoQuant post, the most recent touch of this zone led to a drop in the price of the cryptocurrency. The Network Value to Transactions (NVT) is an indicator that measures the ratio between the market cap of Bitcoin and its transaction volume (both in USD).
What this metric tells is whether the asset is overpriced or underpriced right now, based on how the value of the network (the market cap) compares with its ability to transact coins (the transaction volume).
High values of the indicator suggest the cryptocurrencys cap is inflated compared to its volume, and hence, the coins price may be overvalued currently. Similarly, low values can imply the asset may be undervalued at the moment.
Now, a metric derived from the NVT is the NVT Golden Cross, which compares the 30-day moving average (MA) of the NVT with its 10-day MA. By taking the ratio of the long-term and short-term trends like this, the indicator can help point out the tops and bottoms in the NVT.
Here is a chart that displays how the value of the Bitcoin NVT Golden Cross has changed over the past year:
As shown in the above graph, the quant has marked the historical regions where the Bitcoin NVT Golden Cross has signaled underbought and overbought conditions for the asset.
It looks like the values of the metric above 2.2 have been a sign that the cryptocurrency is undersold, while those below the -1.6 level have implied an oversold condition.
From the chart, its visible that the indicator touched the underpriced region last month, and the price reacted by observing some bullish momentum. Since then, the metric has seen an overall uptrend.

I might not have read a single truly funny novel that year if my friend hadnt stopped by my Los Angeles porch one afternoon carrying an out-of-print copy of Robert Plunkets comic masterpiece, My Search for Warren Harding.
We were in the worst of daysthe depths of the pre-vaccine pandemicand our world was on fire, both literally and figuratively. The copy of the novel that my friend, the writer Victoria Patterson, handed over to me looked the way we all felt in those days: yellowing, battered, dusty from too long in storage. Tory bellowed through the muffling fabric of her N95 mask that it was one of her favorite novelsand really fucking funny.
I needed funny. I opened the book a few weeks laterand despite my allergic reaction to the mold in the edition, kept reading for the next 256 pages. When I was done, I sat in a kind of silent, focused delight. I held in my hands one of the best, and most invigorating books Id read in years, and certainly the funniestand yet, how was it out of print? Why had I never heard of this novel before now? (Later I learned Tory had actually written an excellent piece about it for Tin House magazine in 2015.) Why had it disappeared so fully from the literary landscape? And what did that say about this literary landscape if it could bury a book like this? Most intriguingly: Who was Robert Plunket?

The World Health Organization has warned of a possible biological risk after Sudanese fighters took over the National Public Health Laboratory in the capital Khartoum. Violent clashes erupted between the Sudanese military and the Rapid Support Forces, the paramilitary group battling the army over who gets to control the masses, in the northern part of Khartoum state.
Many foreign nations made efforts for rapid evacuation of people from the country as violence marred a fragile United States-brokered ceasefire. Gunfire and the roar of fighter jets were heard in Khartoum on Tuesday, half a day after the announcement of a 72-hour truce raised hopes of opening up escape routes for civilians desperate to flee. Both sides claim the other violated the ceasefire.
A high-ranking medical source told CNN that the lab, which contains samples of diseases and other biological material, had been taken over by RSF forces. Nima Saeed Abid, the WHO representative in Sudan, described the development as extremely dangerous because we have polio isolates in the lab, we have measles isolates in the lab, we have cholera isolates in the lab.

What's the value of seaweed? A new study published in Nature Communications suggest the value of the sea plant goes far beyond sushi. Researchers valued kelp forests, forests of large brown algae, at about $465 billion and $562 billion per year worldwide due to their positive impact on commercial fisheries and the environment. This flora also absorbs 4.5 million tonnes (4.96 tons) of carbon dioxide annually, rather like forests on land.
Aaron Eger at the University of New South Wales in Australia set out with his fellow researchers to quantify the benefits of seaweed. The team focused on six kinds of kelp which grow in dense thickets known as forests. About 1,500 species of fish and marine life live in these forests. This sea life supports commercial fisheries and food supplies. They added this value to the other benefits of kelp. Kelp absorbs carbon dioxide (largely responsible for our warming planet) as well as nitrogen and phosphorus from agricultural run off. This helps preserve the quality of our waters.
Testing seaweed gave researchers insight into how much the plants absorb. Much like a plant on land, [kelp forests] are taking up nutrients, theyre taking up carbon dioxide, and using light to fuel their growth, Eger said. In total, these kelp forests provide two main benefits. They support $465 to $562 billion per year of the global economy. They also sink almost five million tons of carbon dioxide.
