Russia Will Begin Testing A Digital Currency Next Month SHTF Plan

Russian rulers have outlined their rules for a digital ruble. Testing of the new central bank digital currency (CBDC) with clients will reportedly begin next month.

Russias central bank published draft regulations for the use of a digital ruble on Wednesday, as it prepares to launch testing of the new currency with clients. The draft sets out rules for transactions between the Bank of Russia, as the operator of the digital ruble platform, and the systems users, according to a statement on the banks website.

The document explains the types of digital wallets that will be available and the procedure for opening and closing digital ruble accounts. It also outlines the list of possible operations with the new currency. The draft regulation also provides a mechanism for dispute resolution and a procedure for monitoring user compliance with the platforms rules, according to a report by RT.

The concept of a national digital currency was unveiled by the Bank of Russia in late 2020. Russia is no the only country that wants to convince the public to enslave themselves with this currency. If there was ever a time for humanity to stand together against the masters, its now.

The Endgame: Central Bank Digital Currency

The new form of money is expected to coexist with cash and non-cash rubles. Unlike virtual currencies such as Bitcoin, the digital ruble will be controlled by the central bank, and the ruling class with have the final decision as to how it is used, where, and in what amount. They will also decide how much they believe they are entitled to and how much the slave can keep. It will be issued by the state monetary regulator and backed by traditional money (fiat currency).

Economic Forecasts Predict Recession Wont Hit Until 2024 SHTF Plan

According to Kiplinger Economic Forecasts, a recession still looms, but it isnt likely to happen until 2024. The rising interest rates have not culled public consumerism and spending, and thats what is keeping the economy afloat.

Interest rates have soared, and short-term rates are much higher than long-term rates, a classic recession indicator. And yet, the economy keeps chugging along.

If a recession hits, its likely to come later than we and many forecasters once thought. The second half of 2023 seemed like a good bet. The first half of 2024 may see a downturn. Probably no sooner than that. Why not? Unlike in prior cycles of rising rates, the steep hikes implemented by the Federal Reserve are doing little to slow the economy so far. Normally, higher rates quickly curb demand for houses and automobiles, since they are typically financed. Declining sales lead to layoffs in home building and manufacturing, spooking consumers into spending less. Soon, a general dip in spending leads to a recession.

Americans are carrying much more credit card debt on higher interest-rate cards now than they were before. In this debt-based economic slave system we are living under, debt continues to propel the economy and keep a recession at bay.

Demand for cars and houses is up, in spite of much higher interest rates. Pent-up demand for cars dating back to the pandemic is still there. And since few homeowners are putting their homes on the market, opting to hang on to superlow mortgage rates that were scored during the COVID-19 scamdemic, the market for new homes is heating up. Builders are busy and hiring more workers if they can.

Growth will be slow through the rest of this year and well into next, even if we dodge an official recession...

The World Health Organization has warned that the outbreak of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) could become the next pandemic. Unfortunately, this virus is actually deadly and will be noticeable if the outbreak worsens.

CCHF is a potentially deadly fever caused by a virus and is currently on the WHOs list of priority pathogens that could cause worldwide outbreaks and pandemics, Forbes reported.

Zelensky Claims The West Is Showing Signs Of Weakness By Being Indecisive SHTF Plan

Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraines ruler has claimed that NATOs (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) indecisiveness about Kyiv joining the bloc was a sign of weakness. Zelensky wrote on Twitter that the Wests indecisiveness on the issue of Ukraine joining NATO was a sign of weakness in the U.S.-led military alliance.

The U.S. delegation attending the NATO summit in Vilnius was furious over the tweet in which Zelensky criticized the military alliance for its reluctance to provide a concrete roadmap for Kyivs accession to the bloc, t he Washington Post reported. The Post cited an unknown official on the matter.

On Tuesday, Zelensky wrote on Twitter that he had been informed that the final text of a statement issued at the summit would not include a timeline for Ukraines membership of NATO.

He called this omission unprecedented and absurd, and suggested that indecisiveness on the issue was a sign of weakness in the U.S.-led military alliance. Zelensky claimed that Kyivs Western backers had decided to bargain Ukraines membership in NATO in negotiations with Russia. RT

The paper pointed out that Zelensky blasting the alliance stood in stark contrast to the image of Western harmony that [U.S. President Joe] Biden and his aides had been projecting at the event. This is likely to make a meeting scheduled to take place in Vilnius on Wednesday between the US and Ukrainian leaders one of the summits most high-profile engagements, it added.

A senior NATO official allegedly told The Washington Post that Zelenskys tweet puts pressure on the alliance, while also helping him to say, I am fighting to the end to the population of Ukraine. Also on Tuesday, an unnamed senior diplomat from Central Europe told Politico that Zelensky is going too far with his criticism of NATO. I think that this is not a thoughtful and fair approach from the Ukrainian leader, he added.

Considering the number of weapons the rulers of NATO countries have given to Zelensky, it seems like a terrible idea to start criticizing your only allies when in a war that isnt winnable.

CDC Altered Minnesota Death Certificates To Remove COVID Vaccine As Cause Of Death SHTF Plan

An unnamed individual recently obtained every death certificate in the state of Minnesota recorded from 2015 to the present. Subsequent analysis revealed that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) fudged every death certificate that labeled Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines as the official cause of death.

Exceptionally rare to begin with, COVID jab deaths are rarely if ever, labeled as such on official death certificates because most hospitals across the nation knew to systematically label them as something else so as to avoid laying blame on Big Pharma. Some slipped through, though, and those that did were altered by the CDC to erase all evidence of the shots being the culprit.

In almost every death certificate that identifies a COVID vaccine as a cause of death, the CDC committed data fraud by not assigning the ICD 10 code for vaccine side effects to the causes of death listed on the death certificate, reported the Brownstone Institute.

Should the CDC be renamed the Centers for Data Concealment?

The official policy for death certificates requires the input of certain information, including causes of death or CoD. A CoD references any underlying medical conditions that are deemed to have played any kind of role in the demise of the decedent.

To qualify as a CoD, a condition only needs to contribute to the medical decline of the decedent in some way, but doesnt have to be directly responsible for whatever ultimately killed the person, Brownstone explains.

If someone had high blood pressure, and subsequently suffered a heart attack that led to cardiac arrest which killed them, all three conditions qualify as CoD. On the other hand, this unfortunate fellows ingrown toenail is not a cause of death, because it in no way contributed to their demise.

The CDC has published a guide on how to fill out a CoD in accordance with the above criteria. It specifically instructs medical workers to fill out the text description portion while leaving the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10 code section empty for the CDC to fill in itself.

The Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever is spreading in Europe. The ruling class is blaming it on climate change, unsurprisingly. This disease could reach the United Kingdom, experts warn.

Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) has caused two reported deaths in Pakistan and there have been several cases reported in Spain, in addition to other nations, according to the Mirror UK.

James Wood, head of veterinary medicine at Cambridge University, said CCHF is one of the biggest threats to public health at the moment. The disease is caused by Nairovirus, a condition that is spread by ticks and according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and has a fatality rate of between 10 and 40 percent.

One of the earliest symptoms of CCHF is neck pain and stiffness and headaches. Other symptoms include fever, but medics stress these are also common signs of less serious diseases and illnesses too. CCHF can be treated at the onset with antiviral drugs, such as ribavirin.

The World Health Organization (WHO) website says: It is difficult to prevent or control CCHF infection in animals and ticks as the tick-animal-tick cycle usually goes unnoticed and the infection in domestic animals is usually not apparent. Furthermore, the tick vectors are numerous and widespread, so tick control with acaricides (chemicals intended to kill ticks) is only a realistic option for well-managed livestock production facilities.

The WHO also states that preventative measures should be used to avoid human-to-human transmission, including avoiding close physical contact with CCHF-infected people, wearing gloves and protective equipment when taking care of ill people, and washing hands regularly after caring for or visiting ill people.

WHO is working with partners to support CCHF surveillance, diagnostic capacity, and outbreak response activities in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, the website adds. WHO also provides documentation to help disease investigation and control, and has created an aidememoir on standard precautions in health care, which is intended to reduce the risk of transmission of bloodborne and other pathogens.

Heres a fun fact. Approximately one percent of the urban population in developing countries makes their living from scavenging. And more than 15 million people get their income from waste picking worldwide. Scavenging is a multi-billion dollar industry and a way of living for many, even in wealthy nations.

Its also one of the oldest economic activities known because living is consuming. Therefore we produce waste simply by existing. The type and amount of waste generated are constantly changing. The more wealthy and urbanized a society becomes, the more waste it will produce. A lot of folks think of scavenging as an activity that only happens after the SHTF, but its a way of life for many on the planet.

Waste management is crucial. Most people are just content to have their trash magically disappearing from the front of their houses every day and give this no second thought. I suspect society, in general, would be a lot more discerning and restrained (and respectful) about consumption habits if a more significant number of people became more aware of this process and its implications, but I digress.

Whats happening out there

Judging from what I have seen, the numbers above have grown rapidly since 2020. The social agents I speak with corroborate. The news is bad but still doesnt show an accurate picture.

Ive been meeting a lot more families that lost jobs, income, and homes. They are now in the streets and are scavenging their way to survive.
