Mysterious Musician Performs a Compelling Cover of Hotel California With a Guzheng "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Mysterious Musician Performs a Compelling Cover of Hotel California With a Guzheng

Musician Performing on a Guzheng

The Eagles' Hotel California is an extremely famous song, which is why there are hundreds of covers out there. While it has been performed by legends such as the Gypsy Kings, Nancy Sinatra, and Frank Ocean, there is an elusive musician who has enigmatic artist MoYun has versioned this popular song from the 70s. The result is incredibly beautiful, and it appeals to the harmonic complexity of Hotel California.

A guzheng is a Chinese plucked zither. The modern versions of this wooden instrument usually have 21, 25, or 26 strings and are about 64 inches long. The guzheng is tuned in a major pentatonic scale, and it is known for its sharp and metallic sounds. Thanks to its qualities and origins, it is mostly used to perform traditional Chinese folk music.

It can be hard to translate a song with multiple parts and different instruments, so the musician explained her choices in the video description. The use of guitar in Hotel California can be regarded as one of the classic arrangements in history, especially the 1994 live version. So I made some deletions in the vocal part, focusing on the two guitar solos of the prelude and the ending.

As if paying tribute to the timeless aspect of the instrument, the artistwho is known for rarely showing her face on camera chose a traditional outfit for this video. The costume this time is Wei Jin style wide-sleeved cross-collared Hanfu, she wrote. For the convenience of plucking the instrument, panbo are added. (, pn b, originated from the Song Dynasty, a tool used to roll up the...

Seouls Oldest Jazz Club Gets a Dramatic Red-Tinged Revamp "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Seouls Oldest Jazz Club Gets a Dramatic Red-Tinged Revamp

Interior Design by mttb at All That Jazz in Seoul

When Seoul's oldest jazz club moved to a new location, the management turned to interior design studio Make Better (mttb) to help them with the transition. All That Jazz opened its doors in 1976, and in its nearly 50 years, has become a focal point of jazz in South Korea, serving as a launching pad for many Korean musicians. Mttb was tasked with creating a mood and bringing a visual to this important cultural center in Seoul.

For the redesign, mmtb had to balance All That Jazz's new brand identity with respect for its past. To do so they used red as an integral color in the design, as the color also flowed through the previous location. Guests are hit with red as soon as they arrive on the second floor of the commercial building where the club is now located. After opening the red door, they are led down a glass-enclosed corridor bathed in red light. In this way, mttb's design immediately immerses visitors and sets them up for the warm, cozy interior they'll discover at the end of the hallway.

By layering the red in the lighting and upholstery, mttb has created an inviting environment away from the outside world. From a functional standpoint, the design firm has created a layout that maximizes the audience experience. Along one wall, a DJ booth to control sound is set up next to the bar area. Booths swathed in red upholstery line the perimeter, while the central area is filled with tables.

To pay homage to the club's past, mttb incorporated black and white images of musicians on the ceiling. As portraits were used to decorate the walls of the original location, this is a fitting touch. The final effect is a sumptuous environment that is striking and moody without distracting from the main star of the clubthe music.

When Seoul's oldest jazz club moved location, the managment asked local interior design firm Matter Better (mttb) to design the new space.

Fashion Designer Shows Amazing Trick for Folding Jeans in a Single Motion

When you think of the phrase blink and you'll miss it, it's likely about magic tricks and split-second phenomena. But now, it also applies to a hack to tidy up your closet. Turkish fashion designer Musab Kaya runs a clothing store named 333 Jeans. Like any retail environment, keeping the merchandise looking orderly can eat up a lot of time. Fortunately, he has developed a unique talent for folding jeans with a single snapping motion in a matter of milliseconds. This hack is as useful as it is amazing to see.

Kaya has posted plenty of videos showing his jean-folding trick on TikTok. Sometimes, he does it with one hand, other times with both. Either way, its lightning speed never decreases, and the result still looks very polished. The key seems to be in holding the jeans by the bottom half and whipping them up and down, letting the force of the motion fold them neatly into place. When he is only using only one hand or not doing it on a table, he seems to rely on his thigh for support during the final part.

This hack truly deserves a slow-motion replay, much like impressive plays in basketball and hockey do. But despite the many requests he gets every time he posts a video, Kaya has yet to share a tutorial. It's somewhat understandable that he hasn'tkind of like a magician withholding the secrets behind their magic tricks.

If you consider yourself an eagle-eyed watcher, maybe you'll be able to d...

Operation Ukraine: Americas Fingerprints (DOKU) "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Now we have this dreadful situation where the United States is using Ukraine as a proxy to fight against the Russian Federation, says US State Department former employee, Michael Springmann. - In 2014, a recording of a phone conversation between high-ranking U.S. politicians in which they were choosing the new leader of Ukraine was released online. The Americans offered to include all the most prominent figures of Euromaidan in the future government. - Without hiding it, Western diplomats have been guiding Kievs politics for years. How Bitcoin Can Preserve The Life Savings Of Refugees "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

This is an opinion editorial by Josef Ttek, a Bitcoin analyst at Trezor.

Suppose you lead an ordinary family life in an undisclosed country. Suddenly, a crisis hits. This could be the rise of an autocratic regime, a democide or an armed conflict. Whatever the circumstances, you will most likely have two pressing problems on your mind. First and foremost, you need to get everyone to safety, preferably abroad. Second, you need to preserve as much of your savings as possible to set up your life elsewhere. Since a safe escape from a disaster-stricken country depends heavily on individual circumstances, this article will focus on a savings preservation strategy that is globally applicable.

Preserving Your Savings The Traditional Way

Protecting the value of ones savings while fleeing a country has never been easy. Those fortunate enough to have had any wealth before a crisis strikes may find it difficult to save it when there is a sudden need to leave the country.

Real Estate

So, you own your house, and chances are that you have benefited greatly from the easy money policies of the past decade as it has grown a lot in value over the years. You may be moderately well off on paper, but how easy is it to actually turn your house into money in a short time frame? The market demand might be heavily impacted by the very crisis that is forcing you to flee for example in a case of foreign invasion, the demand for houses in the affected region will come to a halt, while the number of homeowners looking to sell will skyrocket. So, unless you foresaw a crisis looming ahead and sold before others, chances are you wont be able to extract much of your homes value when you need it the most.

Savings In The Bank

But lets say you had good foresight and sold your house in time. Now you have a lot of money in the bank. Again, if the crisis affects the entire country, chances are you won't be able to withdraw or move your money fast enough. There are many examples in history where a "bank holiday" was announced and depositors were denied their money when they needed it the most. One of the more recent examples comes from Lebanon, where banks simply shut their doors and ATMs to prevent clients from withdrawing their money in the midst of an ongoing economic crisis. If you think you can protect yourself against a national currencys devaluation by owning a dollar account, you better think twice: In Lebanon, the dollar accounts were forcefully converted to a Lebanese pound that had lost 97% of its value against the dollar since 2019. In fact, bank accounts may not be safe anywhere, as banks around the world operate in fractional-reserve mode, making them vulnerable to ru...

Monaco, NFTs, And Formula 1: Reasons Polygon Is Bullish "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Platinium Group, the premier ticket provider for Grand Prix events, has joined forces with an NFT marketplace, Elemint; and a web3 company, Bary, to release a new NFT ticketing system on Polygon that debuted this weekend at the Formula 1 event in Monaco.

Tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix, which is ongoing and started on Friday, May 26, are being minted on Polygon, the Ethereum sidechain that enables fast processing speeds and high throughput.

Polygon Labs head of global business development, Urvit Goel, emphasized that the platforms use of Ethereums robust security and NFTs unfalsifiable uniqueness improves ticket authenticity, reduces the likelihood of counterfeiting, and gives fans a digital memento they can keep forever.

The ticketing platform combines the robust security of Ethereum with the forge-proof uniqueness of NFTs to enhance ticket authenticity and prevent counterfeiting while providing fans with lasting digital mementos.

Polygon Rally

In response to this deal, MATIC prices rallied on May 26, soaring to as high as $0.97. Even though prices have since retracted, the upswing momentum remains and the token appears to be bottoming up.

Whether this event will trigger more gains in the sessions ahead is yet to be seen. However, the spike that lifted MATIC above key resistance levels on May 26 may be the foundation for another rally going forward.

Currently, MATIC is down 40% from February 2023 highs and remains under pressure, trailing other assets, including BTC.

MATIC Price On May 28| Source: MATICUSDT On Binance, TradingView

Besides price action, the release of the new ticketing platform on Polygon is when NFTs are finding new uses after a concerning contraction in 2022.

Bertrand Labays, Platinum Groups Chief Operating Officer, said the integration of blockchain in their operations is imperative and that NFTs would play a role in sports.

NFTs Rising Popularity

Last year, NFTs trading volumes contracted, following the sharp retracement of asset prices. While MATIC recovered in Q1 2023, gains have not been strong in Q2 2023. However, the platform is positioning itself as a go-to portal for minting NFTs.

Specifically, users are finding Polygons low-fees and high scalability an advantage. Besides, Polygons EVM compatibility means issuers can move their assets to Ethereum.

Still, whether the recent announcement from Platinum will draw more interest remains to be seen.

Recently, Formula 1 also partnered with Tezos, a self-amending layer-1 blockchai...

European Commission To Present Regulatory Framework For Digital Euro In June "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Fabio Panetta, a member of the Executive Committee of the European Central Bank (ECB), recently announced that the European Commission would be presenting a legislative proposal for the digital euro in June. He further stated that the next steps would be decided in October.

Digital Euro Regulatory Framework In Progress

In an interview with the ECBs official site, Panetta confirmed that the eurozone bank is in regular contact with the European Commission to establish a regulatory framework for the digital euro. The digital euro is set to become the official central bank digital currency (CBDC) for the 27 countries in the European Union.

Panetta stated, We are studying the design of the digital euro, its distribution, and its impact on the financial sector. He also mentioned that the proposal expected to be presented in June would receive a response from the Governing Council of the ECB in October.

The Governing Council will then decide whether to initiate a preparation phase to develop and test the digital euro. According to Panetta, the European CBDC testing phase could last two to three years.

If everything progresses smoothly and both the Governing Council of the ECB and the legislators of the European Parliament approve the proposal, the digital euro could be launched in approximately three to four years, estimated Panetta.

Will The Digital Euro Receive Significant Adoption?

During the interview, Panetta was asked about the benefits and potential risks of using the digital euro. In response, he emphasized the need to provide citizens with a risk-free digital means of payment that can be used freely throughout the euro area.

Panetta highlighted that such a solution currently does not exist, pointing out that the card payment market is dominated by non-European companies, specifically referring to Visa and Mastercard. He stated that this situation would be unthinkable in the United States and expressed concern about companies selling users personal data.

Panetta also emphasized the importance of central bank money remaining at the financial systems core. The increasing adoption of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) raises concerns for entities like the ECB.

Addressing concerns about privacy, Panetta clarified that the ECB would not have access to personal data. Finan...

Sui (SUI) Continues Downward Trend As Bears Maintain Control "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

The crypto market once again experienced a sell-off this week, leading to a plunge in the price of many crypto assets. The impact of this market downturn is not limited to Bitcoin alone, as it has affected various cryptocurrencies, including Sui (SUI), a Layer 1 smart contract platform. Sui has witnessed a significant decline of 15% in its value over the past seven days, reflecting the broader negative sentiment prevailing in the market.

Sui Dips Below $1 Support Levels

SUI experienced a significant setback this week, breaching its crucial support level at $1. This support had been maintained since early May, providing stability for the token during that period. However, after enduring two weeks of downward-sloping resistance from above, SUI finally succumbed to selling pressure.

The tokens decline reached a low point of $0.95 on Wednesday, marking an all-time low for SUI since its launch at the beginning of the month. This sharp drop highlights the prevailing bearish sentiment surrounding the token and its challenges in the current market conditions.

Technical Indicators Point To Potential Bearish Path

Sui, a layer 1 smart contract platform, distinguishes itself with its unique programming language called Move. Developed by the lead executives of Metas now-defunct Diem stablecoin project, Sui aims to address common pain points of first-generation blockchains, such as scalability and programmability.

Despite its innovative approach, Sui has struggled to generate substantial gains since its inception in the trading market. In the short term, the coin may continue to experience lower lows. According to technical analysis on TradingView, the current conditions indicate that asset selling might be prudent. Seven of the 11 daily technical indicators are signaling a strong sell, with no indicators displaying buy signals.

Shiba Inu Burn Rate Surges 1500% In 24 Hours, Yet Price Continues To Struggle In Red "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

While Shiba Inu (SHIB) token appears to be getting rivaled by another currently hyped meme coin called PEPE, the latest update shows SHIB still has a strong community devoted to its growth.

In the last 24 hours, the SHIB community continues to fulfill its burning commitment and surged SHIBs burn rate by more than 1500%. However, despite the surge in burn rate, SHIB has continued to struggle in the red.

Interestingly, the burn rate surge was executed via a single wallet burning 246.7M SHIB tokens.

Shiba Inu Burn Rate Surges

According to data from Etherscan.io, a wallet tagged cultpunks.eth has burned a staggering 246.74 million SHIB in a single transaction executed about four hours ago.

In the past day, the overall Shiba Inu burn rate has skyrocketed by 1549.47%, a result of the recent move made by cultpunks.eth. This marks the second time in the past 30 days that this wallet has burned a significant amount of SHIB. The first instance was on April 15th, when the wallet burned a staggering 230,799,740 (230.79M) SHIB in one transaction.

The CultPunks team has committed to utilizing a portion of their raised funds upon sellout to burn SHIB tokens. In addition to this, they have also dedicated 1% of their funds to the ShytoshiKusamas fund, which aims to empower women in blockchain, and 2% to the buyback and burn of CULT tokens.

The CultPunks is a set of 10,000 exclusive and randomly produced NFTs that were launched through a partnership with Soupsea, an NFT marketplace on Modulus. These NFTs were created on April 15th, 2023, and have become increasingly popular among NFT enthusiasts.

Despite the increase in the burn rate, the SHIB token price continues to struggle, and the cryptocurrency remains in the red. This is a significant contrast to the price rally the token experienced a few weeks ago.

Price Action: Shiba Inu Downtrend

The SHIB token price has been in a downtrend in the past few days. With the meme coin struggling to hold above key support levels. SHIB is currently trading at $0.00000996, down 12.8% over the past two weeks. The token has a market capitalization of $5.8 billion, making it the 16th largest cryptocurrency by market cap.

NEO Token Surges 10% In The Past 24 Hours Heres Why "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

NEO emerged as the largest gainer among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap in the past 24 hours. At the time of writing, NEO has been trading at $10.75 while managing $106.2 million in volume, according to Coinmarketcap.

The 59th largest crypto, with a market cap of $760.2 million, is also one of the top-performing coins in the past week, with more than 14% gains.

NEO Experiences A Resurgence In 2023

Much like the rest of the crypto market, after the brutal 2022, NEO price surged in value in 2023 to nearly $15 towards the end of February, only to drop under $10 in the second week of March. Over the next month, the price of NEO went upwards before topping at just above $13.50. And last week, NEO went back to around $9 before it started gaining traction this week.

NEO has experienced a positive rise in the past 7 days: source @Coingecko

While the exact reasons behind NEOs current surge are not clear, it is worth considering the recent developments in the project. NEO has recently made a significant foray into the field of artificial intelligence (AI). As AI fever has gone mainstream and permeated the crypto industry, NEOs integration of AI has sparked excitement and possibilities.

However, it is worth noting that many crypto projects are leveraging the AI trend without substantial implementation or genuine value, which is a trend observed across various sectors due to the current hype surrounding AI technologies.

In the case of NEO, the project recently announced the winners of its NeoChat ChatGPT launch competition. This investment in AI is likely one of the contributing factors to the recent spike in NEOs price.

While up 61% in 2023 so far, NEO is still down a whopping 95% from its all-time high (ATH) of almost $200 that was hit in Jan. 2018.

Corporations Threatening Free Speech and Religious Freedoms Exposed in Business Index "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Many companies celebrate 'transparency' when it comes to issues like diversity, gender identity, and climate change but remain silent on issues like free speech
Non-profit Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) has published this years Viewpoint Diversity Score Business Index, putting the spotlight on corporations with little respect for freedom of faith and speech that put Americans at risk of getting punished for their beliefs. The index measures how tolerant a corporation is when it comes to respecting free speech and religious freedom. Out of the 75 major corporations evaluated in the index, only two businesses scored more than 25 percent out of a maximum 100 percent possible in terms of respect for speech and religion. ADF calls this a sign that millions of everyday U.S. citizens are at risk of cancellation or punishment for their views, according to a May 16 press release. Policies and practices at behemoths like JPMorgan Chase, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, and PayPal threaten the fundamental freedoms of Americans, it said. Other low-scoring companies include Disney, Twitter, Pinterest, PayPal, eBay, Amazon, Alphabet, and Airbnb, with these firms scoring 5 percent or less. The firm that scored the highest in the index was Florida-based multinational Fidelity National Information Services at 50 percent. This was followed by M&T Bank at 25 percent, BOK Financial at 17 percent, and Apollo Global Management and Fifth T...

Investigation Reveals 450+ Clergy Abusers in the Illinois Catholic Church "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

A shocking investigation released by the Illinois Attorney Generals office on May 23rd revealed that 451 Catholic clergymen sexually abused nearly 2,000 children in the state within 70 years, more than four times than the 103 victims reported by the church when investigations began in 2018.

During a news conference, Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul said investigators found that 451 Catholic clergy members in the state abused 1,997 children between 1950 to 2019, covering 69 years.

It is my hope that this report will shine light both on those who violated their positions of power and trust to abuse innocent children and on the men in church leadership who covered up that abuse, Raoul said at the conference, crediting those who accused the church for making the investigation possible.

These perpetrators may never be held accountable in a court of law, but by naming them here, the intention is to provide a public accountability and a measure of healing to survivors who have long suffered in silence, Raoul added.

The lengthy report also paints a painful picture of how Illinois church leaders are slow to acknowledge the severity of the abuse within the clergy. They were also accused of deliberately holding back actions that would confront the accused clergy and failing to warn devotees about possible abusers, sometimes even after decades after a clergyman was accused of abuse.

The investigation began in 2018 under Ra...

Man Asks if Hes Wrong for Ruining a Proposal at a Wedding "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Yikes!

This doesnt sound good, does it?

It sure doesnt!

But maybe this guy didnt act like a complete a**hole by ruining a wedding proposal?

Lets get all the details and see what the heck is going on here.

AITA for ruining a proposal at a wedding?

So, I (27m) am a part-time DJ. I mostly DJ for just family and friends Im not really a professional, just do it for a little side cash from time to time.

Last weekend I got invited to DJ on the cheap at a wedding for a friend of a friend. At the wedding while everyone was on the dance floor one of the guests well call him Kevin approached me and asked if I could play the song Golden Hour It was an odd request because at this time all the guests were literally hoping around and dancing but I was told to take all requests so did it anyways.

When I started playing it the dance floor started to clear up and then Kevin invited a woman onto the dance floor they started slow dancing for a bit, a few people joined them (including the bride and groom) Then at that one part of the song Kevin got down on one knee and I knew right away that he was going to propose.

I didnt think it was right especially because they were in the middle of the dance floor with all eyes on them and I kinda felt like if this happened I would take the fault because I was the one to put on a romantic song out of nowhere.

So instead of letting that happened as soon as he pulled out the box I started to play BOOGIE and turned up the volume instead. After that Kevin just side-eyed me and got up and everyone else sat down. After that nothing else really happened and the tension was very thick.

After the wedding no one really brought it up and I obviously thought that I wasnt the a**hole and the friend that was friends with the bride...

Shocking Protest: Pig Heads Sent to Mosque Site in South Korea "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

A mosque currently under construction in the South Korean city of Daegu has been a point of contention between residents and Muslim students of a local university. So much so that residents have put severed pig heads in front of the construction site in protest.

The plan to build a mosque to accommodate the Muslim students of the citys Kyungpook National University (KNU) initially began in September 2020, when they received permission from the local district office to construct a mosque in a neighborhood near the university.

The need to build a mosque for the Muslim student community of KNU became apparent as the community grew in recent years. Initially, they bought and used an old house a few minutes from the universitys west gate. The house, called Dar ul Emaan Kyungpook Islamic Center, became too old and small for the growing Muslim student community.

However, residents near the site of the planned mosque fiercely protested against it, filing a petition and claiming that the mosque would turn their neighborhood into a slum. Unfortunately for the students, the local district office of Daegu ordered the mosque's construction to be suspended, citing concerns from the residents.

These developments shocked KNUs Muslim student community, which fluctuates between 80 and 150 people and hails from countries with significant Muslim populations, such as Nigeria, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. They were surprised to receive opposition from the residents as they did not resist when they established their Islamic center and used it for seven years.

Upper Caste Hindus Threaten Immolation to Keep "Untouchables" Out of Temple "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

A temple entry issue raged in the village of Melpathi in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, where some members of upper-caste Hindus blocked a local temple and even threatened to immolate themselves to stop Dalits from entering.

The incident reignited tensions between groups in Melpathi and led to the deployment of law enforcement personnel to prevent unforeseen events.

The issue has been raging in the village since last April when members of the Adi Dravidar or Paraiyar community, a Scheduled Caste (SC) community, were prohibited from entering the Sri Dharmaraja Draupathi Amman temple. A case was registered after members of this community protested against this action. However, villagers noted that nothing else was done after registering the case.

A few villagers submitted a petition to the collectors office on May 17th, asking them to take immediate action to be allowed to enter the temple and arrest those responsible for denying them entry during last month's festival.

I have informed them (the Adi Dravidar community) that they will be allowed into the temple. The officials have briefed them as well. I request the other residents of the village to set aside these differences inside the temple, everyone should be treated equally. K Ponmudy, Tamil Nadus Minister for Higher Education, said on May 17th regarding the issue. For political reasons, a fe...

She Made Her Daughter and Her Wife Sleep in Different Rooms. Was She Wrong? "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Well, this seems pretty annoying, huh?

And pretty out of touch with the times, right?

But, as the saying goes, my house, my rules.

But still, perhaps this mom went a little bit too far?

Read her story below and see if she was out of line.

AITA for making my daughter and her wife sleep in different rooms?

My daughter (31F), her wife (33F) and their son (5M) live in a different state. I (60F) always am the one who goes to visit them in their house because of my DILs busy work schedule.

My daughter said she wanted to come and see me and her old friends with her family. They are currently renovating their house (they have a house in our city and usually stay there when they rarely do come over) and my daughter asked me if they could stay with me. I said of course.

When they arrived, I mentioned I had prepared each of them a different room. One for my daughter, one for DIL and one for my grandson. My daughter said I was being unreasonable and that she wanted to sleep in the same room as her wife. I said I made her brother and his wife do the same thing when they visited and they never complained.

My daughter told my DIL to arrange for a hotel. I was really hurt by her decision and said I hoped shed just stay and it was a few days. She said she hadnt slept apart from her wife for the past 9 years and wasnt going to start doing that now.

They left and stayed at the hotel. My daughter is still kind of cold to me and my friends think I acted like an AH. Was I the a**hole?

Now lets see how folks reacted on Reddit.

This person said this woman is an a**hole.

Plain and simple.

Kava (KAVA) Price Rallies 10% In 7 Days Heres Why "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

KAVA, the native token associated with the Kava platform, has experienced a whirlwind week regarding its price swing. The token, which began the week trading around $1.03, surged to $1.23 on May 23, driven by positive news within its ecosystem.

However, the bull momentum was short-lived, with the token recently experiencing a significant price correction. Nevertheless, at the time of writing, KAVA is up 10% and is one of the top gainers in the crypto market within this period.

Kava has experienced a significant price correction this week; source @tradingview

Whats Behind The Recent Spike In Kava?

However, it is important to analyze the factors behind this rally to assess its sustainability. Cryptocurrencies are known for their price volatility, and sudden reversals are not uncommon. In the case of KAVA, the token experienced a swift downturn following the initial surge, raising concerns about the solidity of the upward movement.

This pattern is often observed when a rapid rise lacks strong fundamental support, leading to a correction as the market adjusts itself. In terms of recent developments, it was reported that the Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) in South Korea removed investment warnings on KAVA and WAVES, the latter being another digital asset associated with the Waves platform.

The warnings had been issued due to concerns about stablecoins linked to these assets, which were found to be not normally linked to 1 dollar. However, after a thorough review, DAXA determined that the risks associated with KAVA and WAVES had been resolved, allowing South Korean exchanges to resume deposit services for these tokens. This news likely contributed to the positive sentiment surrounding KAVA and may have played a role in the recent price rally.

In addition, the launch of the Kava 13 mainnet and the introduction of GameFi (Game Finance) and non-fungibl...

Women Share Useful Tips About Living Alone and Staying Safe "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Women, we want you to listen up today.

Because other ladies out there offered up useful tips about living alone and we think there is some good stuff in here that you should keep in mind if you live by yourself.

And even if you dont live by yourself, these pieces of safety advice could still do you a lot of good.

Take a look and please be safe out there!

The safe option.

Living alone safely starts at where you choose to live.

When first looking at apartments as a single woman, I ruled out any place that required me to walk down a path where I cant run away.

If the entryway, path, or road leading to your place doesnt allow for witnesses, escape, or can easily let someone hide in waiting or creep behind you and overtake you, dont choose to live there. Keep looking, youll find a safer option.

Escape plan.

Have a plan and know where you can escape or hide.

Even if its just locking the bedroom door or rolling under the bed and calling for help.

It might buy you a little time.

Good one.

NEVER let a first date or new friend pick you up.

ALWAYS meet them someplace somewhat central, but still further for you.

After the date/meet-up, dont bring them back to your place until you have known them a bit.

Have it handy.

Keep your key fob on your nightstand.

If someone breaks in, you can set your car alarm off to alert your neighbors or scare off the intruders.

Just in case.

I always put the address of a neighbor when Im using rideshare apps.

When I used to live in an apartment building, I would wait before turning the lights on after bei...

XRP Revisits $0.47 What Can Be Expected For Short-Term Price Movement? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

XRP has shown recent gains on its price chart, allowing the altcoin to surpass a significant resistance level. Although the 1% increase over the past 24 hours may not be substantial, it has helped maintain bullish momentum. However, on a weekly chart, XRP has experienced minimal movement.

Despite this, the technical outlook for the coin indicates bullish strength in the market. Buying strength has risen, and both demand and accumulation have turned positive, contributing to this technical outlook. The performance of XRP on its chart may be influenced by the movement of Bitcoin.

If Bitcoin continues to appreciate and reaches the $27,000 range, XRP may attempt to break through its immediate resistance. With buying strength recovering and demand potentially supporting the bulls, their position in the market could strengthen.

However, if the price remains stagnant at its current level, demand might start to decline, causing the bulls to lose momentum. The increase in the altcoins market capitalization over the past 24 hours suggests that buyers have gained control over sellers.

XRP Price Analysis: One-Day Chart

XRP

At the time of writing, XRP was trading at $0.47. In recent trading sessions, the altcoin successfully surpassed the resistance level of $0.45. Sustaining this positive momentum, the next resistance level for XRP is expected to be at $0.48.

If this level is cleared, it could fuel a rally towards the $0.50 mark. However, if the price retreats from its current level, it may invite bearish pressure, potentially causing the price to settle around $0.43.

Notably, the volume of XRP traded in the last session was relatively high, indicating a lower selling strength in the market.

Whales Flock To XRP, Accumulate 52 Million Tokens In Just 3 Weeks Heres Why "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

In the world of crypto, the actions of large investors, known as whales, can often provide valuable insights into the market sentiment surrounding a particular digital asset. Recent data has revealed a common trend in the XRP market, as whales have been actively accumulating millions of tokens over a short period, particularly in the last three weeks.

This surge in whale activity has sparked intrigue and speculation among crypto enthusiasts, suggesting a strong bullish sentiment toward Ripples remittance token.

Whales Show Bullishness On XRP

According to data shared by renowned crypto analyst Ali on Twitter, whales are making significant moves in the XRP market. Utilizing behavior analytics resource Santiments data, Ali highlighted the noteworthy accumulation of XRP by whales, which indicates their strong belief in the future prospects of the token.

Over the past three weeks alone, these prominent investors have acquired 52 million XRP, representing an estimated value of over $22 million.

Notably, the accumulation trend has been primarily observed among XRP whales, specifically addresses holding 10 million to 100 million XRP. This period of intense accumulation began on May 7, following a notable selloff pressure that occurred on April 12.

During the selloff phase, Ripples token experienced a prolonged consolidation period, stemming from the temporary exhaustion of the rally before the latest move. However, the selloff eventually subsided, paving the way for the current accumulation trend witnessed among whales.

What Drives The Accumulation

The sudden surge in XRP accumulation by whales has raised questions about what factors could be driving this bullish sentiment. While individual motivations may vary, several plausible explanations shed light on the underlying dynamics at play.

One significant factor could be the anticipation of positive developments within the Ripple ecosystem, such as new partnerships or advancements in the adoption of Ripples token for cross-border transactions.

Last month, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), and several other cryptocurrencies received an adoption boost through a recently...

She Said Her Dad and Brother Have to Wear Bras if She Has to Wear One at Home. Did She Go Too Far? "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

I cant help but laugh at this headline!

I mean, have you ever seen a story like this on Reddits Am I the A**hole? page before?

I dont think any of us have!

But thats why that page is so great!

So check this story out and see if you think this woman was out of line.

Start now!

AITA for saying that if I have to wear a bra at home so does my dad and brother?

For starters, I (F23) have the smallest chest in the family. My brother (M26) and father (M57) both are a bit on the heavier side, but I have never used that against them before and its never been a big issue.

Last week my parents and brother came over for a surprise visit and I happened to forgo wearing a bra since it was just me at home loafing in my room and reading stuff. They wanted to stay a while and chat/ have tea in the apartment so I didnt really see a reason to put on a bra still.

Fast forward a while and I notice my mom is giving me a look. I wasnt wearing anything particularly see through or thin, it was just a regular graphic-tee of my favourite hot sauce and some shorts. My mom told me to go change since it was inappropriate for me to be wearing so little with men in the house.

I told her politely at first that I didnt think it was anything weird and I used to wear these exact clothes at our house all the time not that long ago and she never said anything. But then she started going off on a tangent about how I wasnt little anymore and I couldnt get away with having them just swinging around.

We argued a bit about it because I really cant be bothered to put on a bra during the weekend when I have no plans on going anywhere, but she kept insisting that I was being a terrible ho...

We have several categories of Americans

  • 1) Patriots who realize the cost of freedom is never cheap
  • 2) The spineless ones who will settle for being ruled
  • 3) The sleepwalkers who never give anything but distractions and pleasure a second thought
  • 4) The indoctrinated ones, poorly educated, oblivious to the lessons of history and stupid enough to valiantly defend the party that is destroying America (Democrats)

Image result for stupid Americans

Unfortunately, there is only one category that makes an intelligent vote and seeks to take some responsibility for being free. The rest exist like livestock unconcerned with the way their masters make life more miserable with their restrictive policies and higher taxes. They live to further themselves despite the evidence of fraud and corruption all around them. This will end up being the epitaph of America.

Who they are

The paid federal government terrorists are not hard to pick out at all. They dont appear on the FBIs most wanted list. They are supported with taxpayers money, or that of America hating donors. They have powers they use illegally to harass, attack, incarcerate, and even kill when the value of the target is crucial enough. Who am I talking about?

The internal enforcers

Ask yourself how is it that the originators of BLM are rich and live in huge mansions despite conducting violent riots and even murdering people on the streets? Where do the millions come from that they somehow seem to obtain? The FBI does not even list them as enemies of the public or state. That should be a dead giveaway right there. Who do they serve? The sure dont serve hard working law abiding Americans! They exist only to hate monger and race bait. Why would the Democrat moronic Congress kneel to them? Why would NFL athletes refuse to respect the American flag, but kneel for the BLM? Do you see just how far and how deep the indoctrination has infiltrated? Oh, and they openly admit their Marxists! Does any fool see anything wrong with this?

Widow Sacrifice Ritual: Indian Woman's Suicide Sparks Debate Over Tradition "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

A female engineer in the Indian state of Gujarat committed suicide after her in-laws allegedly pressured her to perform Sati, an ancient, now illegal practice in Hinduism where a widow sits on top of her deceased husbands funeral pyre.

The victim, identified as 28-year-old Sanghita Lakhra, was a native of Bhilwara in the state of Rajasthan. She killed herself by jumping into the Sabarmati River and drowning herself. A report from the Times of India also said that she allegedly left a suicide note detailing her misery after her husband died in an accident last February 2022.

Ramesh Lakhra, Sanghitas father, who also runs a grocery store in the city of Surat, filed a complaint with the Sabarmati Riverfront (West) police station in the city of Ahmedabad. He said in his complaint that his daughters mother-in-law and four other members of her husbands family subjected Sanghita to domestic violence, which caused her to commit suicide.

Ramesh also noted in his first information report (FIR) that Sanghita experienced depression after the death of her husband. The report also stated that the suicide note she allegedly wrote was found in her diary.

The purported suicide note by Sanghita narrated that her mother-in-law, Kailash Devi Lakhra, and four other members of her husbands family constantly pressured her to perform Sati to prove her good...

Satanic Panic Nightmare Ends: Wrongful Conviction Dismissed After 30 Years! "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

A man in San Antonio was officially exonerated after being wrongfully imprisoned for eight years during the Satanic Panic in the United States, where thousands of unsubstantiated cases were made.

Last April, Judge Christina Del Prado of the 227th District Court dismissed the case against Melvin Quinney, who was accused of indecency with a child in 1990.

Its like the beginning of the end of a very long nightmare, Melvin Quinney said regarding the hearing that made his acquittal official.

Because Melvin was exonerated, his conviction has been dropped, and his name would no longer be included in the states sex offender registry. His case is among several cases of Satanic Panic that gripped the United States in the 80s and 90s, where innocent people like him were accused of either running Satanic cults or performing Satanic rituals without any substantial evidence.

Melvins case started in 1990 when he and his wife were going through a divorce. During their divorce, his wife accused him of leading a Satanic cult and murdering people as part of their rituals.

His now ex-wife contacted the authorities, and their children, John and Sarah, were taken by Child Protective Services and interviewed by law enforcement officers and therapists for several weeks.

Sarah and John started developing false memories of Satanic ritual abuse (SRA) and occult rituals after weeks of coercion and manipulation from their mother, therapists, law enforcement officers, and other adults. In particular, John came to believe that his father sexually abused him and his sister, Sarah, and committed murders as part of his satanic rituals.

Melvin was arrested in 1991, and Johns testimonies were used against his father during the trial. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison but was later freed after serving eight years.

However, Melvins...

Some Thoughts about the Ocean and the Universe "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

How to bear the gravity of being.

Some Thoughts about the Ocean and the Universe

In many ancient creation myths, everything was born of a great cosmic ocean with no beginning and no end, lapping matter and spirit into life. In the cosmogony of classical physics, a partial differential equation known as the wave equation describes how water waves ripple the ocean, how seismic waves ripple rock, how gravitational waves ripple the fabric of spacetime. In quantum physics, a probability amplitude known as the wave function describes the behavior and properties of particles at the quantum scale. Virginia Woolf described the relationship between consciousness and creativity as a wave in the mind.

Waves lap at the bedrock of being, beyond the scale of atoms, beyond the scale of stars, to wash up something elemental about what this is and what we are.

This dialogue between the elemental and the existential comes alive in a splendid poem by the astronomer and poet Rebecca Elson (January 2, 1960May 19, 1999), composed as she was dying in the prime of life, included in her superb posthumous collection A Responsibility to Awe (public library), and read here by Amanda Palmer to the sound of Optimist by Zo Keating:

FBI, CIA, and NSA Poised to steal 2024 Election all Over Again "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Former deputy national security adviser K. T. McFarland, was recently interviewed about the Durham Report and its fallout.

McFarland, who served in the Trump White House, argued the FBI, CIA, and the Justice Department are planning to rig the upcoming 2024 presidential elections, just like they did in 2016 in 2020.

McFarland noted, "We now have black-and-white evidence that the FBI interfered in the 2016 election. When they failed to elect Hillary Clinton, they set out to destroy the Trump administration."

The hyper-partisanship of our intelligence agencies started when the FBI suddenly dropped four investigations into the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton, according to the Durham Report.

Durham's report focused on Hillary Clinton and blasted her for stirring up falsehoods concerning Donald Trump, Putin, and the Russians' hacking of the DNC email servers.

Then in 2020, the biggest names of the intelligence community, in coordination with the CIA, signed a false letter claiming the stories about Hunter Biden's laptop scandal were all "Russian propaganda." We now know that the letter is 100% false.

And, the hyper-partisan FBI we...

Unseen Footage of Titanic Wreckage Reveals a Look at When the Iconic Ship Was First Found

In James Cameron's iconic film Titanic, a treasure hunter asks Rosean elderly fictionalized survivor of the shipwreckan important question: Are you ready to go back to Titanic? He then proceeds to show her video footage captured by a submersible robot that ranges over the ghostly ship. Famously, Cameron's team dove down 12 times to view the ship at a depth of two and a half miles underwater. Now, 25 years after the film's release, those who wish for their own return to the RMS Titanic can view newly released footage from the first submersible dives to the haunting wreck in 1986.

Released by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, the rare 80-minute footage is available on YouTube. A luxury liner by the White Star Line, Titanic made the news for its size and splendor. In the early 19th century, ocean liners were the way to travel. As the characters in the film note, Titanic was considered the peak of luxury and speed, an unsinkable behemoth.

On April 12, 1912, the ship headed to collect its passengers on its maiden voyage. Famously, that trip ended in incredible tragedy when the ship struck an iceberg in the Northern Atlantic. Punctured in its hull, the ship sunk within hours and well before a rescue ship could come to its aid. Only 706 of the 2,240 passengers...

Survival preparedness refers to the actions taken to ensure that one can survive and cope in the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, or other emergency situation. It involves assembling a kit of essential supplies, learning survival skills, and having a plan in place for communication and evacuation. This includes having non-perishable food and water, a first aid kit, a means of communication such as a radio, and tools to start a fire or signal for help. Mother's milk helps baby mouse hearts to develop "IndyWatch Feed Fertility"

Heart-muscle cells are endurance athletes, capable of beating for a lifetime. Now, scientists studying mice have discovered how these cells reach their full powers: with the help of mother's milk1. The research shows that a molecule in milk prompts a newborn mouse's heart-muscle cells to shift to a different food source, which then powers the cells through adulthood. This switch happens within the first 24 hours of birth, the authors found. The findings were published today in Nature. Hungry heart The heart muscle is made up of cells called cardiomyocytes, which contract to make the heart beat. The embryo's cardiomyocytes burn mostly glucose and lactic acid. But once these cells are mature, they burn fatty acids, the building blocks of fats. The steps leading to this transformation have been unknown.

James Canton: Grounded: A Journey into the Landscape of our Ancestors "IndyWatch Feed Uncanny"

From the author of The Oak Papers comes a beautiful meditation on how to foster a profound and healing spiritual communion with the natural world, exploring how the sacred can be accessed by looking to the past, to our ancestors and how they tread through their worlds.Canton's writing has an exquisite, somewhat dreamlike quality.Peter Wohlleben, author of The Hidden Life of TreesWhen James Canton walked into Suffolks Lindsey Chapel, it was the beginning of what would become a new journey in his lifehours away from the bustling city of London and distant from the years in his early twenties when he traveled from Egypt to Argentina. Standing inside the quaint chapel, Canton realized that his past cosmopolitan desires had been replaced by an intense yearning to understand the history of the place he called home, a burning curiosity about the past and the spiritual ways and beliefs of the people who came before us.In Grounded, Canton retraces his steps into the places where our ancestors have experienced profound emotion, otherwise known as numinous experiences, to help us better understand who we are. Through lyrical meditation, reflection, and a thoughtful consideration of the ways and beliefs of the people who came before us, Canton seeks to know what our ancestors considered to be human, and what lessons we can learn from them to find security in our contemporary selves. Steeped in literary and folklore references, Grounded is a powerful exploration of the power of nature to soothe, nourish, and inspire the human soul.

102-Year-Old Husband Brings Flowers to Wife in the Hospital in a Heartwarming Video

Screenshots of video showing a man arriving to his wife's side at the hospital, greeting her with a kiss, and handing her a flower as she smiles

Photo: Screenshot from Twitter

No matter how many years they've been together, some older couples still revel in sweet romantic gestures. It's moving to watch seniors show love to the person they've spent their life within any way that they can. One of the most touching moments we've seen lately stars a loving 102-year-old husband as he visits his wife in the hospital.

In a clip shared by Good News Movement, the devoted husband appears at the door and reacts excitedly as the person helping him walk points to the love of his life. He walks slowly towards her as she welcomes him with a big smile. The husband then kisses his wife, and happily presents her with a bouquet.

While it's hard to determine where the scene takes place from the images alone, the affecting power of the scene is universal. You don't need to hear their words to be completely taken away by the moment and be moved by what's unfolding in that room.

Even though the footage is only a few seconds long, it's more than enough to see that the love between these two runs deep. Not even a hospital stay can put them apartif anything, the husband goes the extra mile to show that he's there for her.

It is especially endearing to see the man's determination to deliver his flowers despite needing help to walk. This doesn't look like his first gesture of the kind for his wifeit's probably just one of many sweet moments that have shaped a wonderful life together. As one of the Twitter replies to the video states, Love above everything.

222 scientists agree: This is the biggest threat to future generations "IndyWatch Feed Health"

The devastating bushfires that scorched Australia in 2020, claiming over 30 lives and leading to widespread smoke inhalation and psychological distress, emphasized the stark reality of climate changes impact on human health. The rising threat of climate change and its multifaceted repercussions were analyzed in the report, Our Future on Earth, 2020, published by the global sustainability research consortium, Future Earth.

Drawn from a survey of 222 eminent scientists from 52 countries, the report identified five most consequential global risks:

  1. Failure in climate change mitigation and adaptation.
  2. Extreme weather events.
  3. Major biodiversity loss leading to ecosystem collapse.
  4. Food crises.
  5. Water crises.

These interconnected threats pose a significant risk to planetary health the well-being of human civilization and the sustainability of the natural systems upon which it relies. Each risk exacerbates the others, potentially leading to a cascading global systemic crisis. This understanding is crucial to move beyond isolated solutions, such as mere vegetation removal to combat bushfires, as sometimes suggested by politicians.

Our collective urgency in reducing our ecological footprint will determine the continued prosperity of humanity on Earth.

Progress Amidst Global Challenges

Beyond identifying global risks, the report also sheds light on progress made in areas such as technology. Digital innovations are utilized not just for economic growth but also for safeguarding ecosystems and promoting fair societies. For example, digital technologies can enhance energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and empower people to monitor and protect ecosystems.

Despite the substantial pressure on Earths systems due to the great acceleration of economic growth in the latter half of the 20th century, theres an opportunity to channel investments towards sustainable development through financial instruments like green bonds and sustainability-linked loans.

Health as a Unifying Lens

Linking these global risks is the lens of human health, providing a practical perspective for policymakers. By viewing sustainable development through this lens, the urgency and personal nature of these risks become clear. Were already seeing tangible health impacts; smoke from the 2020 Australian bushfires exposed about half of the countrys population to hazardous levels of air pollution for weeks, causing a rise in anxiety levels.

Despite the urgency of these risks, the transition to su...

Discerning the Decision: 8 Indicators That Matrimony Might Not Be for You "IndyWatch Feed Health"

Whether youve been in a committed relationship for a considerable period or youve been traversing the journey of life independently, you might have encountered the rather intrusive question: When are you tying the knot? Marriage, however, isnt a one-size-fits-all concept and theres an increasing trend of individuals realizing that they might not be destined for matrimony. And thats absolutely fine.

Akin to the annoyingly inevitable When are you having kids? query that couples often receive, having others prescribe life plans can be rather off-putting. Remember, the choice of walking down the aisle is a significant decision and entirely yours to make.

While the paparazzi once scrutinized celebrity couples like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, who have remained unwed since 1983, and Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham, a couple since 1986, the narrative has been shifting in recent years. Instead of portraying a lack of marriage as a void, the world has started acknowledging that these individuals arent leading an unfulfilled life, but rather are living in a way that suits them best.

The stereotype of an unmarried woman in her 30s or 40s being a lost cause is becoming less prevalent. Its important to remember that marriage isnt the only route to happiness or stability.

If youre getting a sense that marriage might not align with your aspirations, honor that intuition. Below are some signs that you might find fulfillment in being single or maintaining a long-term relationship without the official title of spouse.

Red Flags That Matrimony May Not Be Your Destiny

  1. Unwillingness to Compromise:
    • Its not a bad trait, but if you find comfort in routines and specific ways of doing things, being part of a marriage might lead to discontentment.
    • If a partners different method of doing mundane tasks, such as loading a dishwasher, irks you, its a sign you cherish your independence.
  2. Relationships Seem Overly Complicated:
    • You appreciate companionship, but also value your freedom.
    • Youve yet to meet someone who significantly enhances your life or compels you to contemplate a future together.
  3. The Concept of a Dream Wedding Doesnt Resonate with You:
    • Not everyone daydreams about their perfect wedding. If wedding planning sounds more exhausting than exciting to you, this could signal that marriage isnt your ultimate goal.
  4. Commitment Concerns:
    • Honesty about this is crucial. If the idea of committing to one pers...

Dutch Metal Detectorist Discovers a Medieval Hoard of Gold Jewelry and Silver Coins "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Dutch Metal Detectorist Discovers a Medieval Hoard of Gold Jewelry and Silver Coins

Dutch Metal Detectorist Finds Medieval Gold Jewelry and Silver Coin

The treasure of Hoogwoud. (Photo: Archeology West-Friesland/Fleur Schinning)

Do you dream of buried treasure? Many of us do, but metal detector hobbyists take this desire to the next level. Treasure hoards are real, and when discovered can vastly expand historical knowledge. Some places, such as the UK, even have laws about what to do when you find that glint of gold or silver. For one recently lucky Dutch metal detectorist, his find contained rare medieval golden jewelry and silver coins.

Metal detectorist and historian Lorenzo Ruijter has been searching for treasure since he was 10 years old. In 2021, he got the magical ping and discovered a few objects buried in Hoogwoud, a small Dutch city. He uncovered four golden ear pendants, two strips of gold leaf, and 39 silver coins. He notified Archeology West Friesland and the artifacts were taken to the National Museum of Antiquities for preservation. The experts there studied the metal pieces, noting the latest of the minted coins dates to about 1250 C.E. It is around this time they believe the hoard was buried. It is possible that someone buried it to protect it from the war raging in the area at the time between the regions of West Friesland and Holland.

The jewelry found with the coins dates even earlier. It is thought to be from 1000 to 1050 C.E. It has likely been passed down the generations and highly prized by its owner. According to a Google-translated statement from Archeology West Friesland, Gold jewelry from the High Middle Ages' is extremely rare in the Netherlands and the period in which this...

Reasons Why Highly Intelligent People Have Messy Houses "IndyWatch Feed Health"

Your Messy Home and Intellectual Prowess
Disheartened for not hopping on the Marie Kondo organizing train? Breathe easy. An untidy home is often a reflection of intelligence and creativity. Findings from various studies support the notion that clutter is not always negative.

According to psychological research, individuals residing in a disorderly environment tend to demonstrate increased open-mindedness and intellectual acuity. You can access the study in this link.

Clutter and Charitable Disposition: The Unexpected Correlation A remarkable investigation by the University of Minnesotas Carlson School of Management identified that homeowners with a cluttered living space not only exhibit a broader perspective but also tend to be more altruistic. This article examines the intriguing relationship between messiness and charity.

Given the deluge of articles and YouTube tutorials emphasizing the need for minimalism and decluttering, researcher Kathleen Vohs proposes a refreshing alternative.

Shattering the Status Quo: A Disorderly Space Sparks Innovation Vohs believes, Disorderly environments inspire breaking free of tradition, which can produce fresh insights. Orderly environments, on the other hand, encourage convention and playing it safe. This perspective echoes the study, which involved 188 participants.

In this study, subjects residing in cluttered environments were more likely to experiment with novel concepts than their orderly counterparts. Vohs celebrates the validation of clutters potential advantages.

Empowering the Messy: The Upside of Untidiness Theres a multibillion-dollar industry dedicated to assisting people declutter their lives. Relationship partners, employers, everyone wants you to be neat but there may be times when being messy is beneficial, too. I believe this is a triumphant moment for those who embrace their clutter, Vohs shares.

So next time your living room appears chaotic, dont stress its just a testament to your brilliance.

Traits of Highly Intelligent Individuals While messiness is one sign, highly intelligent people often exhibit several common traits, such as:

  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas
  • Adaptability to different situations
  • Open-mindedness and acceptance of differing perspectives
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities
  • High degree of creativity and originality

According to Psychology Today, approximately 2% of the population, or 140 million people worldwide, fall into the category of highly intelligent, with an IQ score of 130 or above.

8 Things A Narcissist Cannot Do For You (Or Anyone Else) "IndyWatch Feed Health"

If youve managed to steer clear from narcissists, be it in your romantic life or within your family circle, youre indeed fortunate.

Narcissism stands as one of the most detrimental personality traits one can possess, capable of causing profound harm to those in their proximity. Narcissists are engrossed in their own desires and needs, thrive on adoration from others, and skillfully manipulate situations to their advantage.

This article delves into eight key areas narcissists are unable to navigate, even towards individuals they ostensibly care about.

1. Genuine Empathy

Narcissists, often unknowingly, inflict pain upon their closest acquaintances. Unfortunately, they lack the capacity to genuinely empathize with the feelings of others. If youre involved with a narcissist, its critical to comprehend that expressing your emotions may be perceived as an attack, inciting defensive reactions.

2. Show Interest in Your Troubles

Narcissists lack interest in your difficulties. Unless the topic revolves around them, your concerns will likely be disregarded or overshadowed by their own issues. They offer little to no comfort or reassurance, particularly when youre dealing with personal problems.

3. Genuine Apologies

Expecting an apology from a narcissist could lead to disappointment. Their initial response will often be gaslighting, aiming to deflect blame by challenging your memory or sanity. If their gaslighting fails, theyll attempt to shift focus to your mistakes.

4. Elevate Your Self-esteem

Rather than boosting your self-esteem, narcissists might demean you, particularly in public. This belittling provides them with a sense of superiority, as narcissists find being anything less than the pinnacle of attention distasteful.

5. Assume Responsibility for Their Actions

A narcissist will seldom acknowledge their faults or shortcomings. In their perspective, they epitomize perfection, and when things go south, its always someone elses fault, not theirs.

Relevant studies:

A study published in Personality and Individual Differences journal shows that narcissism is positively correlated with psychological abuse in romantic relationships.

6. Offer Emotional Support

Narcissists excel at making others feel insignificant, thus do not anticipate emotional support from them. They often relish in controlling and belittling others, making the victim feel powerless.

7. Gratitude for Your Gestures

If youre involved with a narcissist and make elaborate plans to show them your love, brace yourself for disappointment. Your thoughts and emotions behind your actions are of no consequence to them; what they want and need is paramount.

8. Genuine Love

While narciss...

My bud E.L. got me hooked on my newest vice about a year ago. Cigar smoking. I smoked cigarettes for 16 yrs and only managed to finally kick the habit when my youngest was born 16 yrs ago. In the intervening years I wouldn't touch any tobacco products for fear of getting addicted to the cigs again. But I have found that with cigars they are not addictive like cigs are. I guess due to the fact that you don't inhale cigar smoke.

I have found that I can take or leave them with no problem. I...

How I Preserve My Wealth With Bitcoin "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

This is an opinion editorial by Konstantin Rabin, a finance and technology writer.

Good ol bitcoin, the granddaddy of cryptocurrency, is increasingly being used as a reliable store of value for those looking to move away from the more established asset classes as it is continually proving itself as a solid hedge against inflation.

In fact, this is something I have been doing for some time now and, in this article, I will explain why I allocate a share of my wealth to bitcoin and how I see it as ideal for preserving the value of my net worth.

Why Allocate A Share Of Your Wealth To Bitcoin?

Despite the volatility and fear-mongering that is prevalently posterized when talking about bitcoin as a revolutionary investment vehicle, there is plenty to be said about why it is a valid contender in this market. It should be noted that no investor worth their salt would tell you to put your life savings into crypto, but there is plenty of upside potential for those looking to make long-term returns or preserve a portion of their wealth this way.

Let me just mention a few of these advantages that make this investment in bitcoin worth looking more deeply into:

  • Alternative store of value: Bitcoin is as good as it gets when looking for a store of value outside of third-party manipulation. Being decentralized means that it circumvents many of the red-tape aspects and fees that come with leaving your money in the hands of financial institutions. As a result, it is not subject to the same inflationary pressures that are so prevalent with companies operating in the government-controlled fiat currency system.
  • Potential for long-term growth: There is no doubt that bitcoin's value is extremely volatile in the short term, but its long-term trend has historically been a fairly bullish affair. The idea of HODLing comes into play here, as you will really only be able to see the true value of your investment when ignoring the spikes and holding on for dear life.
  • Diversification: As I said before, investing in bitcoin does not mean that you dump all of your hard-earned eggs into the chaotic basket that is crypto, but you can provide some much-needed, future-oriented diversification for your investment portfolio. As bitcoin's price is increasingly uncorrelated to those of traditional assets, such as stocks and bonds, adding some of these digital coins to your portfolio can help spread out the overall risks that your investments might face from the old guard. In fact, what we have seen over the past few years is that bitcoin has become a new so...

Advanced 150,000 Year-Old Pipework Found Under Chinese Pyramid "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Picture
The Baigong pipes are one of the greatest mysteries of the ancient world. They can be found inside a badly-eroded pyramid standing on top of Mount Baigong in the Qinghai Province of northwestern China.

The collapsing pyramid once had triangular entrances on all three sides but over time, two of them caved in and are currently out of reach. The one that remains goes deep inside the mountain. Iron scraps and strange-looking stones litter the floor, suggesting that long time ago, this place saw activity.
The only surviving cave houses an intricate network of metal pipes, with diameters as large as 1.5 feet and as small as a toothpick. Dozens of pipes run straight into the mountain, leading who knows where.

Some of the archaeologists who inspected the site consider the pipework could have once supplied water inside the pyramid. Their theory seems to be backed up by a multitude of iron pipes found on the shores of nearby Lake Toson. Those are also available in a range of lengths and diameters, some reaching above the water surface, others buried below.
Picture
Intrigued by these out of place artifacts, the Beijing Institute of Geology analyzed the pipes using a technique called thermoluminescence.

This method allowed them to determine when the pipes were last subjected to high temperatures. Analysis revealed the pipes must have been crafted over 150,000 years ago.

And the mystery deepens even further. Analysis performed at a government-operated smeltery couldnt determine all the exact compounds forming the pipes. Although the pipes were made up of ferric oxide, silicon dioxide and calcium oxide, they also contained 8% of an unknown mater...

Should Everyone Be in Therapy? "IndyWatch Feed Health"

Everyone should be in therapy.

Its a sentiment I heard just about every day when I was in graduate school to become a therapist. But its also something I hear now from friends, acquaintanceseven stand-up comics.

Should everyone be in therapy?

Its a difficult proposition to test. Those who dont think they need therapy, or who dont think therapy is useful, are not particularly likely to go to therapy. Any study of therapys usefulness, therefore, contains only people who need therapy (or think they do) and who already think therapy is helpfulthe very people for whom therapy is probably useful (or for whom the placebo effect is largest, since they expect to improve in therapy). Existing studies generally focus on people with specific psychiatric diagnoses, and usually those who have pretty severe symptoms.

Everyone should be in therapy is a statement that assumes a lot. First, theres the neoliberal assumption that no matter how good youre doing, no matter how content or even happy you are, theres always something you should be working on. And then, even if there is perhaps something you could work on, the assumption that therapy can help. For instance, theres a meme floating around the internet that men will do anything but go to therapy. But has there ever been even a single study testing whether therapy can reduce toxic masculinity or promote healthy masculinity? (Answer: Not that I could find.)

Theres really no evidence base for the idea that everyone should be in therapy. But proponents will also tell you that theres no real downside. Therapy can only help, so why not give it a try?

But is that so? There are some obvious harms: wasting your time and money, of course. But researchers since the 60s have noted that therapy can also cause psychological distress, problems with existing relationships, and even relaxation-induced anxiety and panic. Even our current darlings, like mindfulness, can lead to increased anxiety, pain, and dissociative states like depersonalization and derealization.

Proponents of therapy argue that many of these effects are transient and that the positive effects of therapy overshadow these potential harms. And some of these...

Ghost Jobs: An Economic Illusion That Harms the Unemployed "IndyWatch Feed Survival"

Are you trying to better yourself by finding a new job?  We keep hearing about record-low unemployment. This would make one think that there are job openings all over the place.  Have you been diligently looking through online job postings and filling out applications, only to hear nothing?  You might be chasing after ghost jobs.

Ghost job refers to online job postings that are seemingly never filled.

Why on earth would companies do this?  Why let people chase jobs that dont exist?

A closer look at ghost jobs

Lets look at why so many ghost jobs are out there, why mainstream media is reporting on the economy in the way it is, and what steps individual job-seekers can take.

Clarify Capital conducted a survey of 1045 managers involved in hiring between August 31 and September 1, 2022.  They asked managers why they left job postings online even though they were not actively trying to fill those positions.  The answers?

  • 50% reported that the company is always open to new people.
  • 43% wanted to keep employees motivated
  • 43% to give the impression that company is growing
  • 39% the job was filled
  • 37% to keep an active pool of active applicants in case of turnover
  • 35% in case an irresistible candidate applies
  • 34% to placate overworked employees
  • 27% forgot to delete the job
  • 33% no reason in particular

Disorganization within large companies can lead to incorrect job postings as well, according to a March 20, 2023, article in the Wall Street Journal.  Many large companies have been going through rounds of layoffs and restructuring, and departments may post job openings redundantly or for jobs that havent been approved at other levels within the company.

This sounds like a fairly toxic situation between employers...

Juggalo Scientists Confirm Whoop Whoop Means Both Hello, Goodbye, and Show Me Your Butthole "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

DELRAY, Mich. Leading Juggalo scientists confirmed fascinating new research which indicates that whoop whoop has numerous meanings including hello, goodbye, and show me your butthole, according to sources who found out the hard way.

Wake your bitch asses up, weve got some big news, yall, stated lead scientist Alice E. Jensen from the prestigious Milenko Institute for Higher Learnin n Shizzle. After many Faygo-fuelled months studying focus groups, weve determined that this dope phrase was more versatile than we ever thought. We hypothesized that it could be both a greeting and farewell but discovered it was also the de facto way of politely asking to see each others cornholes. This is a very exciting development for the evolution of our language, so all you mutha fucking chickens can suck our clown wangs. Whoop fuckity-whoop!

Jessica Lamb, a normie who recently attended The Gathering of the Juggalos for the first time, shared her experience with the culture.

Im still traumatized, quivered a still visibly shaken Lamb. My Juggalo cousin Phil convinced me to join his crew down at their annual Gathering in Ohio. I thought the makeup and clothes were kind of unique so I figured it could be fun, especially with that hilarious catchphrase theyre always yelling. But what they failed to mention was that numerous people responded to my light-hearted whoop whoop by dropping their JNCOs and instantly spreading their cheeks. I thought I was on some kind of disgusting prank show or something, but apparently not. I dont speak to Phil anymore.
Linguistic expert Joseph Chartwell explained that its not uncommon for groups to communicate with a secret language.

Its all elementary, said Chartwell. Many communities have coded language that some people may not know about. The most popular example would be Aloha, which can mean hello and goodbye, but can also be used for love, peace, and compassion. Law enforcements use of 10-4 commonly means ok, but also translates to hurry, plant the evidence, and if you squeal, youre a dead man. Language is an amazing gift to society, except when an innocuous phrase results in unsolicited, indecent exposure. Not to mention its just plain nasty.

At press time, the scientists released further findings which state this phrase may be much older than believed, after a local ninja claimed to unearth an ancient pictograph in a Michigan cave depicting a primitive Hatchet Man lifting his loincloth and exposing his prehistoric fart box.

Every Thrice Album Ranked "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

Thrice is one of those bands you either like or you love to death. There is no in between, and nobody hates them. Its actually a federal crime, so if you happen to come across a criminal who says I never liked that band, just know youre dealing with a known felon. Want to know something cool? After 25 years theyve never once had a lineup change. Theyve never been a part of any drama. They went on a brief hiatus in 2012 for what felt like a hockey season including playoffs, then heroically got back together for the kids (we the fans). Theyre just four solid, easygoing, California dudes

so lets see if we can ruffle their feathers a bit by ranking their albums from worst to best, shall we? Odds are you will be able to guess the age of the person doing the rankings within 3 months by the time were through.

11. Palms (2018)

Like the song says Everything Belongs. Meaning its still Thrice, so there are no bad records, but this one is lowest on the list mostly because a lot of the songs feel forced and uninspired. Plus, 2018 was a really rough time for us and we dont wanna talk about it. In fact we dont want to talk about anything from the past 5 years, so dont ask how are you doing? the answer is always bad.

Play it again: Beyond the Pines
Skip it: Hold Up A Light

10. Beggars (2009)

If theres one thing I know in this life, its that this album is actually great but the highly questionable decision to include the lyrics YOU ARE LISTENING TO A VAGRANT RECORDS ADVANCED PROMOTIONAL STREAM on every song definitely hampers its potential. But fuck it, we still sing along to those lyrics every time we see them play one of the s...

New Water Bottle Hopefully First Step in New Lifestyle "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

BOULDER, Colo. Local woman Berkley Bauer has reportedly bought another fancy new water bottle that is hopefully going to kickstart a whole new lifestyle, hesitant sources confirmed.

Im so excited. It has a built-in straw, it has measurement indicators on the side, and it even has an integrated filter! I just know this is the push I need. Im finally going to start drinking more water and getting healthy. Maybe even hiking, said Bauer. And why stop there? This could be the start of me running ultra-marathons. Or just begin jogging and exercising for that matter. Then I could become a personal trainer to the stars after climbing Mount Everest. All thanks to my new $45 drinking receptacle. Now that Ive had this thing on my desk for two days, I realize I must have been constantly dehydrated before. No wonder I wasnt out there crushing it. I was dying of thirst, barely surviving.

Casey Knapp, Bauers long-time partner, has a few concerns.

I have seen so many water bottles come and go. Each would usher in a wave of fitness talk and an Amazon cart full of expensive activewear. I was hoping the last one, that monster 64-ounce water bottle, was it. But here we are again, said Knapp. I dont even mind the delusional lifestyle talk. Were just running out of space! These bottles are all indestructible, so I feel way too guilty to throw any away. I stash them all in a closet, but I dont think I can fit one more. The fact that they all make the transition from health devices to containers to sneak booze into theaters at some point makes them pretty hard to give away too. A used water bottle that smells like skunked Coors Light is a tough sell, even for free.

Sincere Bradley, a local wellness coach, is not shocked by this story.

I have two types of clients. The kind that are genuinely interested in improving their lives and well-being. And the kind that are very excited about a big trip to REI. And, of course, the water bottle is the highlight of their spending sprees, said Bradley. Ive started thinking of them more as emotional support water bottles. They are not just vessels for hydrating liquid. They are containers for hopes and dreams. These dreams never come true, of course, but they keep paying while the hope lasts. So God bless em.

At press time, Bauer was seen purchasing a cart full of reusable bags at Whole Foods after explaining that she forgot the bags she bought last time at home again.

Someone Emailed Saying Theyll Release Video of Me Masturbating to My Entire Contacts List, and Im Starting To Lose Faith That They Will Actually Follow Through "IndyWatch Feed Satire"

Good help is so very hard to find these days. Case in point: I received a strange email rife with misspellings and odd formatting. The gist of the message was that the sender somehow hacked my phone, recorded a video of me stroking off while watching adult-themed entertainment, and is going to send it to everyone in my contacts list.

Neat! Thank you ol chap! I thought to myself upon reading the missive. But the days and nights have passed. I occasionally ask my wife Gwendolyn or my cousin Cornelius if theyve, ya know, heard or seen anything interesting. And theres been nothing; not a peep! Im starting to lose faith that the mystery sender will ever follow through with their grand promise.

Your word used to mean something. A promise; a contract. But it seems that nowadays, a pact is meaningless. I was excited for days! To be honest, Ive worked very hard on improving my self-pleasuring form. My technique is top-notch. Distributing my accumulated knowledge in the carnal solo arts may be my ultimate lasting legacy.

I had planned to produce and record a very comparable piece of media for similar distribution, but the sheer cost of it all proved daunting. I had envisioned more of a Wes Anderson style of framing and editing, but something about the guerrilla handheld format of a hacked iPhone would lend its own indie edge.

The email did contain a little note at the bottom that if I paid $457.69 worth of Bitcoin that the sender would no longer share my lifes work. Im fairly sure I didnt make that payment because I dont know what Bitcoin is.

So I continue to wait in agonizing anticipation. Every time my bedroom door opens, I hope it will be Gwendolyn with a look of amazement and wonder on her face. Oh, how long its been since Ive seen a dazzle in her eyes.

Please, sir. If youre out there. Please send her the video of me masturbating.

And a woman on TikTok became alarmed when she noticed a difference in two receipts from her waitress when she went out to dinner.

The woman went to a restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and left a cash tip of 15% for the waitress.

And what happened to being able to watch whatever you want in the comfort of your own home?

Hmmmmthats kinda fishy, dont you think?

But lets get all the details before we make up our minds!

Check out this young mans story and see if you think he acted like an a**hole.

AITA For Watching A Horror Film With My Curtains Undrawn?

I cannot actually believe this has happened, I am still in shock because I do not understand what this lady was thinking.

So its the Easter holidays for me, which means I (15M) am home alone everyday as I dont have school. And just like anyone else, I get so bored when Im home alone. But I am an avid horror movie fan and I decided that I should spend my time catching up on a few of the films on my Netflix playlist to pass the time. Yesterday I started watching Fear Street.

In order to understand, you need a bit of background. The way my house is laid out, there is a large window that means that anyone walking by on the street can see anything that is being played on the TV and I h**e that its laid out like that because it makes me feel like I get absolutely no privacy.

With that in mind, yesterday I was watching a horror film with the curtains open which means that anyone walking by could technically peer in and see what I was watching. I was chilled and frankly having a lot of fun cause its a good film- not too gory or cliche.

It was more s**ual in my opinion. I hadnt realised but a couple of kids playing on the street were passing by and clearly they had peered in during a bloody scene because an old woman had knocked on the window and when I looked back at her she pointed to my TV, the...

Is He Wrong for Giving a Woman Her Baby His Seat on a Flight to Teach His Wife a Lesson? People Responded. "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Hell hath no fury like a woman with a screaming baby on a plane

And its best to just be encouraging and give those folks a break because thats always a tough situation.

And todays story revolves around a guy who wanted to teach his wife a lesson about compassion.

Did he go too far?

Take a look at what he had to say.

AITA for giving a mother with a crying baby my seat near my wife to teach her a lesson?

So my wife and I recently went on a trip together payed for by her dad. He flew us to Hawaii with first class seats. We had a great time.

My wife is used to travel while Im les experienced with plane travel, this was the first time I flew first class. On our way back home, we were sat near the back were by the border between us and the undesirables. A mother and her baby were one of the first to board and the poor baby was not having a good time. I felt even worse got the mother as I know shes probably equally distressed about the baby crying.

While I felt sympathy, my wife was mad. She kept making comments about how our flight was going to be miserable as the best. Her completing went on for the longest time. She kept saying that the mother was irresponsible and if she doesnt know how to calm her baby, she shouldnt be taking it on a plane.

I tried to tell her to calm down as its not that serious but she wasnt having it. Eventually I got tired of that, so I offered to go speak to the mom for my wife. She said she would be happy if I did.

I went back in between boarding groups and told the mother that if she wanted, I would give her my first class seat so she can kick her feet up and that may be more comfortable for her and the baby. She didnt want to initiall...

Just Say No to Statins "IndyWatch Feed Health"

In the U.S. alone, 40 million adults take statin cholesterol-lowering medications in the mistaken belief that this will reduce their risk of heart disease.1 But lowering your cholesterol is not the panacea to heart health that youve been led to believe.

On The Joe Rogan Experience, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, an interventional cardiologist consultant from the U.K., speaks out about the overprescribing of statins for heart disease and the widespread myths about cholesterol and your heart that still permeate modern medicine.2

Only Extremely High Levels Were a Problem

The Framingham Study, which began in 1948, involved 5,209 people from Massachusetts.3 It was instrumental in starting the myth that high total cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease, but what many people dont realize is the correlation only existed if cholesterol was over 300 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl). Very few people have total cholesterol that high, Malhotra says.4

Further, he believes, your cholesterol levels are 80% genetics. In your body, cholesterol is necessary for maintaining cell membranes and it plays a role in the immune system and synthesizing hormones and vitamin D.

In the Framingham Study, the majority of people with cholesterol levels over 300 mg/dl had a genetic condition called familial hyperlipidemia, which leads to very high levels of cholesterol. About 1 in 250 people have this condition, according to Malhotra.5

What also wasnt widely publicized about the Framingham Study was what occurred in people who were in their 50s, 60s and beyond. In this age range, as cholesterol dropped, mortality rate increased. So, the association of cholesterol and heart disease is quite weak, first and foremost, Malhotra says.6

Malhotra and colleagues conducted a study to determine if a correlation exists with lowering LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol and preventing heart attacks and strokes, and no clear correlation was found. This is based upon randomized, controlled trial data, so this is the most robust evidence you can get, he says.7

Bullish Case For Litecoin Grows Stronger As LTC Halving Draws Close "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Litecoin (LTC) is still trending low like the rest of the cryptocurrency market but one thing that separates the altcoin from the others is its obvious bullish case. Unlike the rest of the market, Litecoin looks set for another rally which will likely be propelled forward by the next halving.

Litecoin Halving Presents Bullish Scenario

Just like Bitcoin, the Litecoin halving happens every four years and cuts block rewards by 50%. The aim of this halving is to reduce the amount of new supply flowing into the market. And as demand rises, there is less supply to meet this demand, thus leading to scarcity and a surge in prices.

The next Litecoin halving is now around the corner with only about three months left to go. This halving, like the ones before it, carries the same promise of a rally for the digital asset. The last halving in 2019 saw LTCs price bottom out around $62 and then rally to a local peak of $80 in the same month.

Litecoin halving

If this years halving stays true to this trend, then the digital asset should be seeing some upside in the coming months. This could result in LTC clearing the $100 level once more as investors prep for the next leg-up.

A 20% upside is attainable at this point, especially with the halving expected to happen in early August. So more than likely, the buyers will dominate the market for the next two months, leading to rising prices for Litecoin.

LTC Outlook For 2023

Presently, the crypto market is seeing muted momentum as investors remain indecisive. For Litecoin, the upcoming halving remains a bullish event but the prospects for the months following the halving event do not look good given historical performances.

Latypova said the DNA contamination is a significant problem because the replicable DNA plasmids can invade human cells and bacteria in the gut. This invasion can lead to the replication of antibiotic-resistant genes, sepsis, cancer, and other health issues.

Experts at the World Council for Health (WCH) also confirmed that DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines is a global risk. They said the presence of replicable DNA plasmids in both the monovalent and bivalent vaccines is unacceptable and called for an immediate halt to the COVID-19 vaccine program.

Besides the DNA contamination, McKernan also discovered the presence of Simian virus (SV40) promoters in Pfizers mRNA vaccine. The SV40 found in the vaccine is just a viral piece not the whole virus. However, it still presents a risk of driving cancer.

SV40 was initially found in rhesus monkey kidney cells used to produce both inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) and oral polio vaccine (OPV.) When it was discovered to be an animal carcinogen, a law was passed in 1961 to prohibit its presence in vaccines. (Related: The true story of SV40, the cancer-causing virus hidden in polio vaccines.)

COVID-19 vaccines are disarming peoples immune systems

McKernan warned that there is a lack of quality control in the manufacturing process of Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, and it could pose risks such as anaphylaxis, blood clotting, antibiotic resistance, gene integration, and long-term production of spike protein in the body.

Upcoming Interest Rate Hikes Could Be The Next Big Challenge For Bitcoin, Heres Why "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Bitcoins (BTC) current sideways price action has left investors wondering what the future holds for the worlds largest cryptocurrency. The upcoming interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve (Fed) may pose the next big challenge for Bitcoin, according to the crypto market analysis firm Blofin Academy.

Is Bitcoin Ready For The Heat Of Interest Rate Hikes?

The US economy has shown considerable resilience in recent months, prompting the Fed to consider raising interest rates to prevent inflation. However, this could be bad news for the crypto market, as higher interest rates tend to make traditional investments more attractive, potentially leading to a decrease in demand for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

The correlation between interest rates and Bitcoins price action has been observed in the past. When interest rates rise, investors tend to move their money into traditional investment vehicles such as stocks and bonds, leading to a decrease in demand for cryptocurrencies.

However, its worth noting that Bitcoin has often been viewed as a hedge against inflation, which means that it could still hold some appeal for investors during times of economic uncertainty.

Bitcoin

The next scheduled Fed meeting is set to take place on June 14, 2023, where the central bank will likely discuss the possibility of raising interest rates in response to the current state of the US economy.

Macro Determinants Leave Crypto Traders Waiting

Noelle Acheson, owner of the Crypto Is Macro Now newsletter, has cautioned against investors piling into the crypto market at this time. While the upside potential for Bitcoin remains significant, Acheson suggests that there is currently no compelling reason for investors to take on additional risk.

According to Acheson, there are few macro determinants at the moment, such as debt limit negotiations and Fed rate policy, which are leaving investors waiting for more clarity before making any major investment decisions. As a result, there is a sense of caution in the market as traders wait to see how these macro factors will play out.

Schools must equip children to have sexual partners "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

This evidence report reveals how the World Health Organization and United Nations are sexualizing little children in primary education worldwide, for the purpose of normalizing pedophilia. This report consists of nothing but solid evidence, with many official documents, videos, books, archives, etc. All PDF documents may be downloaded from the references section at the end of this report.

"Little children are sexual beings who must have sexual partners and begin with sex as soon as possible. For this reason, kindergartens and elementary schools must teach children to develop lust and sexual desire, learn masturbation, build same-sex relationships, use online pornography, and learn different sexual techniques such as oral sex."

The above is a paraphrased summary of the official guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and the United Nations to educational authorities worldwide. Meanwhile, judicial organizations are issuing statements that sex between little children and adults should be legalized, while media outlets and political parties are calling for the acceptance of pedophilia as a...

Will This Political Deal In The US Save Bitcoin and Crypto? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Politicians in the United States will likely strike a deal and raise the governments $31.4 trillion debt ceiling for two more years. Amid this debate, the price of Bitcoin is firm but lower, tracking below the psychological $30,000 level as bulls recover after posting sharp losses mid-this week.

The Debt Ceiling Debate

There are reports that there will be more discretionary spending on the military and veterans with the reduction of other sectors.

Moreover, there are unconfirmed reports that the Biden administration will likely not fund the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to boost collection, as laid out earlier.

Instead, the immediate focus will be to hire more auditors and target wealthy citizens.

There are concerns that the Treasury Department and the United States government will default on their obligation as soon as the first half of June 2023.

Even though highly unlikely, as the Treasury Department has said it will liquidate $119 billion of debt on that day, the market is watching how discussions pan out.

Bitcoin is firming up after losses on May 24.

Bitcoin Price On May 26| Source: BTCUSDT On Binance, TradingView

As a deal is reportedly struck and consensus reached, politicians would once again lift the debt ceiling, sending mixed signals to the economy.

Unlike in previous years when top cryptocurrencies were decoupled from the mainstream economy, things have changed as Bitcoins prominence rises.

Will Bitcoin Benefit?

BTC prices will likely rally if there is an instance of default brought about by politicians disagreeing on the way forward.

On the reverse side, a deal that addresses concerns brought by the negotiating parties could signal confidence in the economy despite more debt on the table.

This averts a crisis and keeps operations running, removing uncertainty and stabilizing the economy.

In that case, the USD could strengthen, possibly reversing gains by Bitcoin bulls in the last two trading days.

Still, the crypto community remains bullish on Bitcoin considering macroeconomic events and next years halving.

After months of steady interest rate hikes, the United States Federal Reserve could slow down rate increments in the next meeting in mid-June. Their action could support the commodities and securities markets.

At the same time, the expected supply shock following the halving of Bitcoin miner rewards could make BTC scarcer, driving prices even higher.

Miners are special nodes tasked with confir...

New Report: $1.1 Trillion or 62% of the Federal Discretionary Budget Was Spent on Militarism and War Last Year "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

When we invest so heavily in militarism at home and abroad, we deprive our own communities and people of solutions to problems that pose immediate security threats.

On May 24, the National Priorities Project at the Institute for Policy Studies released a critical new analysis of the militarized budget in the United States, The Warfare State: How Funding for Militarism Compromises our Welfare. The new report found that this past year, out of a $1.8 trillion federal discretionary budget, the U.S. spent a staggering $1.1 trillion or 62%  of that budget on militarism and war. Threats to cut spending for vital domestic programs have featured prominently in the debt ceiling debate in recent weeks, but spending on militarism has been almost entirely exempt from the discussion. Meanwhile, clawing back failed military, homeland security and law enforcement spending could instead fund programs and measures to address the true needs of American communities. Read the full analysis. Key findings:

Preserving Historic Adobe Structures in Taos "IndyWatch Feed Diy"

Adobe is the oldest building material in the world, found throughout the Middle East, Asia, North Africa, South America, Europe and, of course, the Southwestern United States.

Adobe often requires replastering, which explains how adobe structures often change over time. Taos Pueblo, for instance, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited places in the nation, but the buildings one sees today are different from those first glimpsed by Spanish conquistadors.

In the 1960s when it was thought a hard cement stucco might mitigate the need for an annual replastering at the world-famous San Francisco de Asis Church in Ranchos de Taos. That effort famously failed when it was discovered water had seeped under the stucco and caused serious deterioration.

The historic Hacienda de los Martnez is now facing a slow-moving disaster that, if not addressed soon, could rob Taos of one of its vital cultural treasures.

In Taos, there are three primary communities that used adobe: there is Taos Pueblo, where Native people thrived for centuries, there was Ranchos de Taos, a settlement that has a longer history and had a greater population than the town of Taos until the late 1800s, and lastly, there was the village of Fernandez de Taos, which was established as the northern-most outpost of New Spain about 1615, preceding the Pilgrims landing at Plymouth Rock by five years.

The Hacienda de los Martnez has been called one of the last great houses, exemplifying Spanish Colonial living. The Martnez family came seeking economic opportunity in what was then a remote edge of the far-flung Spanish Empire. A farmer and stockman, Martnez was also a merchant involved with annual trade fairs near Taos Pueblo. Though the estate seems large, it was considered quite small by historic Mexican standards. Still, with its formidable walls situated on a rise above the river, it remains impressive today.  The Martnez Hacienda is now owned by Taos Historic Museums.

While the effects of weather and time have conspired to create a dire situation in the present, a group of dedicated locals have gathered expertise and a vision to repair the hacienda for future generations.

Ordinals Is Bringing The NFT Industry To Bitcoin "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

The Ordinals protocol has taken the Bitcoin world by storm. Quickly amassing over 9,000,000 inscriptions, the new protocol allows for arbitrary data to be embedded on the Bitcoin blockchain. In addition to attracting attention from the NFT industry, Ordinals have led to a major increase in the fees required to send bitcoin, eliciting new debate on how Bitcoin should deal with high fee environments

In a recent interview with Bitcoin Magazine, Farokh, founder of the Rug Radio platform and a well-known collector within the NFT industry, shared insights into the world of Bitcoin NFTs and his vision for the Bitcoin inscription markets future. Reflecting on his own Bitcoin and NFT journey, Farokh acknowledged the initial confusion surrounding Bitcoin in 2012, given the lack of development and user-friendly platforms at the time. However, he highlighted the rapid growth and development of NFT platforms in 2021, and how that is reflected now in the context of Bitcoin NFTs sudden rise in popularity.

When discussing the advantages of Ordinals, Farokh emphasized the security aspect of storing art on the Bitcoin blockchain, stating, "Ordinals now enable art to be stored on the most secure blockchain in the world, without keeping this data in external databases where it can be vulnerable to manipulation." He identified this as the biggest benefit of Ordinals over NFTs on other, less secure blockchains, recognizing the need for censorship-resistant and immutable storage solutions.

Regarding the future of Bitcoin NFTs, Farokh expressed his optimism. He also acknowledged the current challenges, such as high costs and the need for infrastructure development, but believed that with the continuous growth of the Bitcoin ecosystem, improved solutions would emerge.

Farokh also discussed the entry of luxury brands into the Bitcoin NFT space, mentioning the collaboration between Asprey and Bugatti. He expressed his curiosity about high-end brands embracing ordinals and leveraging the security and authenticity provided by the Bitcoin blockchain.

When asked about the reaction of projects transitioning to Bitcoin NFTs, Farokh noted the generally positive response. He drew parallels to the early days of NFTs, where skepticism was common but ultimately proven wrong. He also highlighted the positive reception of projects like Yuga Labs TwelveFold, indicating that the acceptance of Bitcoin NFTs was gradually gaining momentum.

Looking ahead, Farokh envisioned a mature Bitcoin NFT market with user-friendly platforms accessible to retail users. He remarked, "Look h...

Yayoi Kusamas Massive Colorful Sculptures Fill Entire Rooms in NYC "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Yayoi Kusamas Massive Colorful Sculptures Fill Entire Rooms in NYC

Yayoi Kusama Art Exhibition

Installation view, Yayoi Kusama: I Spend Each Day Embracing Flowers, David Zwirner, New York, May 11July 21, 2023 Yayoi Kusama (Courtesy of David Zwirner)

From polka dot pumpkins to mirror rooms, it is hard to mistake Yayoi Kusamas art for anyone else's work. A new exhibition at the David Zwirner Gallery in New York, titled I Spend Each Day Embracing Flowers, assembles some of the many different facets of the artist's oeuvre, featuring massive sculptures, colorful paintings, and immersive installations. The extensive collection is stretched across David Zwirner's spaces at 519, 525, and 533 West 19th Street.

The title of the show comes from three large-scale sculptures that are featured in the exhibition. These pieces depict massive blooms colored in bold hues and a mix of polka dot and abstract prints. The flowers convey a duality, present throughout Kusamas work, between life and death, celebration and mourning, figuration, and abstraction, with each opposite simultaneously pushed to its limits, the exhibition states. Flowers and other parts of the natural world are recurring themes in Kusama's art and a lifelong interest.

Also included in the exhibition is another series of monumental sculptures. Titled Aspiring to Pumpkin's Love, the Love of My Heart, these massive polka dot pumpkin works resemble an undulating wall that wraps around the room and creates an enclosure for visitors. Pumpkins have been a great comfort to me since my childhood; they speak to me of the joy of living. They are humble and amusing at the same time, and I have and always will celebrate them in my art,&#...

Arbitrum (ARB) Fallout: 70% Price Drop, But These Charts Reveal Its True Value "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Arbitrum (ARB) has been making waves in the crypto world as it recently became the 4th largest ecosystem in the market. Despite experiencing a sharp decline of 70% since its airdrop, Arbitrums native token has continued to gain attention from investors, currently trading around $1.158, down from $1.1808 on April 18th.

Arbitrum Defies The Odds

According to the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) researcher Deebs, Arbitrum has emerged as a major player in the crypto market, with its Total Value Locked (TVL) soaring to an impressive $2.3 billion. This puts it in 4th position by TVL, surpassing many of its competitors.

Arbitrum

Additionally, since the launch of Arbitrum, the value of stablecoins has grown by over $500 million in just two months. At its peak, the networks active user base reached over 600,000, surpassing Optimism (OP), a fast, stable, and scalable L2 blockchain built by Ethereum developers, and nearly overtaking the blockchain platform designed to host decentralized, scalable applications Solana (SOL).

Despite these impressive metrics, ARBs price has experienced a significant drop of 70% since its airdrop and has had very little positive price action since. However, DeFi researcher Deebs believes that this dip in price may be a sign of a hidden gem in the crypto market.

One of the main factors that make Arbitrum an attractive investment opportunity is its high TVL, user base, and liquidity. In fact, since its launch, Arbitrum has maintained the highest liquidity of all Layer 2 (L2) networks and is the third highest of all chains on DeFi Llama.

Arbitrum

Furthermore, while many other chains have a market capitalization to TVL ratio above 1, Arbitrum boasts one of the sma...

In 1933, Helen Keller Wrote a Letter to Book-Burning Nazis About the Power of Ideas "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

In 1933, Helen Keller Wrote a Letter to Book-Burning Nazis About the Power of Ideas

Nazi Book Burning

Helen Keller is known for her activism for the disabled community. After a childhood illness rendered her deaf and blind, she learned to read, write, sign, and speak. Graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Radcliffe College in 1904, Keller was the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelors of Arts degree in the United States. A writer, a socialist, and a suffragette, her activism extended far beyond the deafblind community to touch many national and world affairs. Powerfully, in 1933, Keller penned an open letter in The New York Times warning Nazi studentswho were openly burning books, including her ownof the perils of the fascist desire to crush opposing ideas.

The letter can be seen in a typed draft by Keller from May 9, 1933. It contains handwritten additions from Keller's aid Polly Thompson. Keller's book, How I Became a Socialist, had been earmarked for burning on a long list made by the Nazi party for a mass burning event on May 10, 1933. On that day, university students participated in burnings across Germany. The 25,000 books burned targeted a variety of topics, from socialist works like Keller's to Freud to science fiction like H.G. Wells. While anything deemed un-German or antithetical to the Nazi...

Why This Signal Means Uniswaps Bear Run Is Almost Over "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

The price of Uniswap, the largest decentralized exchange by trading volume, is down roughly 35% from Q1 2023 peaks. Even so, on-chain data from Etherscan shows that there has been a steady increase in the number of UNI holders in the past two days.

As of May 13, there were 369,646 UNI holders. Since then, the number has increased to over 370,100 as of May 26. During this time, UNI prices have remained stable but relatively high.

Uniswap Price On May 6| Source: UNIUSDT On Binance, TradingView

Based on the UNIUSDT chart, the prices have found support around $4.9. However, prices have increased by approximately 10% over the past two weeks, rising to $5.4. Although the number of UNI holders may not directly affect the prices, there is a clear correlation between the demand for UNI and the increase in token prices.

Several factors could have provided tailwinds for UNI, the governance token of Uniswap.

Apple Jail Break

On May 23, Uniswaps mobile wallet was released from what Uniswap Labs, the team maintaining Uniswap, said was Apple jail.

With this jailbreak, users can download the Uniswap Wallet, thats non-custodial like MetaMask.

Through this wallet, users can buy and sell various supported cryptocurrencies.

This announcement is bullish because as more users opt for Uniswap Wallet, the demand for the decentralized exchange could rise, increasing its dominance and stature.

While MetaMask remains the most dominant Ethereum and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) wallet enabling the storing and trading of various tokens, even using processors like PayPal, the popularity of Uniswap could see Uniswap Wallet gnaw market share.

Presently, Uniswap Labs said their wallet could support the trading of tokens across Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, and Arbitrum.

Uniswap To Launch On Base?

Earlier on, the Uniswap contributors proposed the deployment of the DEX v3 on Coinbases Base.

Among supporters of this proposal is GFX Labs, one of the largest UNI holders and supporters of Uniswaps expansion to other chains. Recently, GFX Labs voted for the launch of the DEX on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and MoonBeam.

Even so, before voting starts, the proposal will undergo a temperature check-up to gauge community support. If there is majority support,...

In Ocean Sentinels, Jason deCaires Taylor Installs Eight Hybrid Sculptures as Coral Guards "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

a figurative sculpture melded with textured sea life is underwater

All images Jason deCaires Taylor, shared with permission

A new cast of hybrid characters continues Jason deCaires Taylors effort to revitalize the Great Barrier Reef. Recently installed off the coast of Townsville, Australia, as part of the Museum of Underwater ArtOcean Sentinels is comprised of eight figurative sculptures that meld the textures of marine life with the likeness of influential conservationists.

Similar to The Coral Greenhouse, which was embedded in the aquatic landscape in 2020, these works are made of pH-neutral, low-carbon concrete and stainless steel and are created with the intention that sea creatures use them as homes. It is hoped that in years to come a variety of endemic species such as corals, sponges, and hydroids will change the sculptures appearance in vibrant and unpredictable ways. Like the Great Barrier Reef itself, they will become a living and evolving part of the ecosystem, emphasising both its fragility and its endurance, Taylor says.

Due to warming waters caused by the climate crisis, much of the reef is experiencing coral bleaching, a stress-induced reaction that causes the sea creatures to expel algae in their tissues and drain themselves of their characteristically vibrant colors. Taylor...

Sagittarius Full Moon Ritual June 2023 "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

The Sagittarius Full Moon on June 3/4, 2023, captures an adventurous spirit. It guides us to lighten up, not take things too seriously, and make time for play. But when looking deeper, it also seems this Full Moon wants us to tend to our responsibilities and get organized.

With the Full Moon carrying both of these vibrational qualities, we may find ourselves playing a bit of tug of war. Depending on where we are in our lives, we may need more time for play or more time for responsibilities. The two may even be intertwined.

Sagittarius is ruled by the arrow of the archer, and perhaps this is our clue. The archer has to get focused to make its mark and if we adopt the same focus, and keep aligned with what is really important, we will have a much easier time navigating these energies.

To guide you with this, I have created a ritual just for this Full Moon. This ritual involves some reflection and release work. It also includes a great recharging meditation and your Sagittarius Full Moon Oracle Reading. I hope you enjoy it!

Sagittarius Full Moon Ritual 2023

This ritual is best done from June 1- 11, 2023

You will need:

Directions:

1.) Gather all your ritual ingredients. Take your cleansing tool of choice and begin cleansing your aura. As you do this, feel free to recite the following:

I prioritize a self- care routine that allows me to thrive. I tend to my heart, so my playful spirit can soar. I am light. I am love. I am cleansed. I am light. I am love. I am cleansed.

After you have cleansed your own energy field, cleanse the space around you and your ritual ingredients. As you do, you can recite the following-

I cleanse this space with light and love. Only love may dwell here. Only light may live here. My space is cleansed. My space...

The British Male!: On Martin Amis "IndyWatch Feed Literature"

Amis in Lon, Spain, 2007. Photograph by Javier Arce. Licensed under CC BY-SA 2.0, via Wikimedia Commons.

To be British is a very complicated fate. To be a British novelist can seem a catastrophe. You enter into a miasma of history and class and garbage and publicationthe way a sad cow might feel entering the abattoir. Or certainly that was how I felt, twenty years ago, when I entered the abattoir myself. One allegory for this system was the glamour of Martin Amis. Everyone had an opinion on Amis, and the strangeness was that this opinion was never just on the prose, on the novels and the stories and the essays. It was also an opinion on his opinions: the party gossip and the newspaper theories, the Oxford education and the afternoon tennis.

The British male! Or at least the British bourgeois male, with his many father figures, both real and acquired. From certain angles, in certain photos, Amis looked like Jagger, and so he became the Jagger of literature. He was small, trueI feel a permanent pang of camaraderie at his line in The Pregnant Widow about a character who occupies that much-disputed territory between five foot six and five foot sevenbut he was also hypermasculine. It wasnt just his subjects: the snooker and the booze and the obsession with judging all women sack artists. It wasnt even just the style: an inability to leave a sentence alone without chafing at every verb, the prose equivalent of truffle fries. It was also the interview persona, all haughtiness and clubhouse universality, however much that could be contradicted in private by thoughtfulness and generosity of conversation.

But most of all, his British maleness was in the purity of his comic perception of the world. He practiced a very specific form of oral literatureanecdote, putdown, punchline, alcoholic joke: monologues from the ruined-dinner table. This morning I picked up an old copy of Money taken from my parents house and there they were, the riffs: You just cannot park ro...

Portrait of Marie Antoinettes Dog Skyrockets at Auction "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

A delightful little dog portrait made a royal showing at Sothebys this morning, where it sold for $279,400 including fees nearly 56 times its high estimate of $5,000. Jacques Barthlmy Delamarres late 18th-century oil painting is thought to be a depiction of Marie Antoinettes Pompon, one of the French queens many canine companions. Mystery shrouds the subject of the portrait, but little is known about the artist, too.

Jacques Barthlmy Delamarre was accepted into the Acadmie de St-Luc in Paris in 1777 and painted in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Aside from those facts, Sothebys Old Masters Specialist Elisabeth Lobkowicz told Hyperallergic, all that is known is that Delamarres small body of work almost exclusively depicts versions of this exact dog and other small pets, including cats and rabbits.

Delamarres other portraits of Pompon show the dog eating biscuits and lounging on a lush red cushion. Lobkowicz said that although these compo...

Person Asks if Theyre Wrong for Not Giving Their Mom Their Old Medication "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Pills can be dangerous and its understandable why someone who has struggled with addiction in the past would be wary when it comes to anything drug-related.

And this story is pretty interesting

Did this person who is a recovering addict act like an a**hole for not giving their mom their old medication?

Read the story below and see if you think they were out of line.

AITA for not giving my mom my old medication?

I am a recovering addict. I used to have xanax prescribed to me for panic attacks but it was discontinued. I kept an old bottle in the cupboard just in case (I know, I know.)

On Saturday my parents came over. I told them how I was doing in my recovery and that I was going to properly dispose of my old Xanax at the pharmacy or police department.

For the sake of brevity, she asked me for the drugs and I said No. My No was not respected. When I said no she said well why, Im not an addict! She then proceeded to rub my nose in the fact that I stole drugs from her when I was in active addiction, and basically said I owed her.

I was so upset, that I brought up a time she medicated me without a doctors consent or prescription when I was a child. She then gaslit me, saying I was making it up and that never happened. I kicked her out of my house.

Im so upset. Im in very early recovery and trying my hardest to get well. We havent spoken since I kicked her out and my heart hurts. I just wanted my mom to be proud of me, but instead she tried to guilt me for my old medication.

So Reddit, AITA?

Check out how folks reacted on Reddit.

This reader said they are NTA and her mom can get her own meds.

JPMorgan Predicts Bitcoin (BTC) To Revisit $45,000, Heres Why "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

In a recent note, JPMorgan strategists have made a prediction, suggesting that Bitcoin (BTC) could soar and revisit its former trading price of $45,000 due to the rising price of gold. This prediction comes amid Bitcoins price action of a blend of bulls and bears in the past week.

Meanwhile, over the past 24 hours, BTC has seen a 2.1% gain with a current trading price above $26,000. The current surge comes after Bitcoin previously fall that dropped its price below its previously ranging market price of $28,000.

Bitcoin And Gold: A Correlation

Bitcoin and gold have often been regarded as alternative investments by investors, and their prices have displayed a tendency to move in tandem.

Given this, JPMorgan analysts note that the current gold price, hovering near $2,000 per ounce, implies a Bitcoin price of $45,000. This assumption is based on the idea that BTC will reach a similar standing as gold in the portfolios of private investors.

JP Morgan wrote in a note:

With the gold price rising above $2,000, the value of gold held for investment purposes outside central banks is currently valued at around [$3 trillion]. In turn, this implies a $45,000 price for bitcoin under the assumption that bitcoin equalizes gold in private investors portfolios in risk capital or [volume]-adjusted terms.

One key factor contributing to JPMorgans optimistic prediction is the upcoming Bitcoin halving event, scheduled to take place between April and May 2024. The halving mechanism reduces the rate at which new Bitcoins are produced, effectively doubling the production cost.

The JPMorgan strategists believe this event will push Bitcoins production cost to approximately $40,000, acting as a lower bound and potentially driving the price upward.

Drawing from historical data, JPMorgan highlights the bullish trajectory observed during previous halving events in 2016 and 2020. These events were accompanied by significant surges in Bitcoin prices, indicating the potential for a similar outcome following the next halving.

As a result, JPMorgan sets an upper limit of $45,000 for BTC, indicating limited potential beyond the increase driven by the doubling of production costs.

Reflecting On Ethereum (ETH)

While Bitcoin takes the spotlight in JPMorgans prediction, the bank suggests that Ethereum (ETH) may face some selling pressure in the near term, extending beyond the Shanghai upgrade until mid-year. JPMorgan expects Ethereum to somewhat underperform...
